A wave of blood surged forth like a tsunami, revealing a towering figure standing seven feet tall. His crimson eyes glead with an evil light, and chains draped across his muscular fra, clanking with every step. The air grew heavy with his presence, so oppressive that Apollo and the others felt their blood heat up, almost as if it were boiling inside their veins.
"Tsk... so you ca too," the Void Witch muttered, her expression darkening at the sight of the new arrival.
"Ahh... Blood King!!!" The robber leader scread, his voice quivering. "We’re done... finished... we’re all going to die!" His shoulders slumped in defeat, the hope draining from his face as he stared at the two overwhelmingly powerful figures before them.
Apollo and the others ignored the terror-stricken expressions on the robbers’ faces, their focus solely on the two powerful figures standing before them.
"Since you are here, that other idiot should be coming soon," the Void Witch murmured, annoyance flickering across her face.
As if on cue, they all felt an oppressive, powerful aura approaching. It was like a bulldozer, razing everything in its path with an unstoppable force.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
In re seconds, a monstrous being, towering twenty feet tall and several feet wide, erged. It radiated an aura of sheer power and strength, so palpable that even its slightest movents conveyed a terrifying ssage: no matter what stood before it, it would be torn apart effortlessly by its sheer might.
Seeing this, Apollo and others look at the leader robber, who was quite the comntator, expecting the answers for him and confirming their guess.
"Ahh," the robber leader exhaled, noticing everyone’s eyes fixed on him. Realizing what they wanted to know, he decided to speak. After all, with two monsters already here, the arrival of a third hardly changed his grim fate. He had already resigned himself to his impending death.
"It is the Demon King," he revealed, his voice now strangely calm. He had already reached the peak of panic; there was no room left for further terror.
Hearing this, they all knew that the big three of the Abyssal Scar were present there.
"Give the key."
Blood King seed to not care about anything, but from the mont he appeared, his eyes were always on the floating key.
He was ready to make his move, but suddenly an ultimate force descended on him and compressed the space around him, stopping him in his tracks.
"Nah, ah, you are not getting that." Void Witch made her move to stop Blood King.
But at that mont, the Demon King jumped toward Apollo and the others.
"Damn! Move, move!"
Apollo quickly took the floating key, and they quickly scattered, scrambling to evade the towering behemoth’s powerful charge.
The ground quaked beneath them as the Demon King hurtled forward, each of his footsteps causing deep craters to form in the stone platform. Apollo barely managed to roll aside, the air around him violently swirling as the behemoth’s gigantic form shot past, missing him by re inches.
Bang!
On the other side, space shuddered again as the Blood King, sensing the Void Witch’s interference, unleashed a shockwave of blood energy to break free from space confinent.
The wave of blood surged toward her, tearing through the air with a sinister hiss. The Void Witch, however, stood her ground, weaving her hands through the air. In an instant, the space around her twisted, swallowing the blood wave into a spatial vortex, leaving her unhard.
"You’re not getting that key, Blood King," she hissed, her eyes narrowing with dark determination. With a swift motion, she compressed the space around the Blood King even further, forming an invisible prison that crackled with raw energy.
Imdiately after, she teleported and appeared beside Apollo, who was clutching the glowing key, having just narrowly evaded the Demon King.
"Give it to , kid," she demanded, reaching to snatch the key from Apollo’s grasp. At the sa ti, the Demon King noticed her and lunged in their direction, aiming to intercept her.
To her surprise, Apollo vanished, reappearing a hundred ters away in the blink of an eye, putting a considerable distance between them. He had used his blink spell to escape.
"Damn," she cursed, realizing too late that she had overlooked the faint trace of space laws emanating from him.
"Bitch!" Blood King also quickly freed himself and beca angry, as he was stopped two consecutive tis.
"Die!" he roared, his fury erupting as he launched a massive blood spear at the sa ti as the Demon King.
BOOOOOM! BOOOOOM!
The two colossal attacks landed simultaneously on her, creating a cataclysmic explosion that sent shockwaves rippling through the air. Apollo and the others were blasted away, thrown far from the impact’s epicentre by the sheer force of the blast.
But at the centre, the Void Witch was still safe as the space around her was twitter and torn, but she was alright like the attack never landed on her.
Far away Apollo, who just sohow survived, couldn’t help but be confused as to what to do with this key and why they were behind it. If they wanted to revive the outer god, he would gladly give them; he was already prepared to be the bad guy here.
But couldn’t they know reviving one of the greatest enemies of this world wouldn’t do them any good? Or they don’t know and have other reasons?
"Bitch, you are not going anywhere." Blood King said as he looked at her.
"Hehe, you both should step aside. It belongs to ; I carry the noble blood of the lord. It is rightfully mine!" The Demon King declared, his voice echoing with sinister authority as he joined the fray.
"You two are nothing but foolish n, undeserving of anything!" the Void Witch snapped back, refusing to back down.
The three powerhouses stood in a tense standoff, their eyes locked on one another. They didn’t even spare a glance at Apollo and the others, dismissing them as re ants unworthy of their concern.
"Stop!"
The sudden shout echoed through the chaotic atmosphere, startling even the mighty beings of the Abyssal Scar. The confrontation ca to an abrupt halt as they all turned towards the source of the voice.
"You three want the key; we get it. So, how about we use it directly instead of wasting ti-fighting over it? What do you say?"
The tense silence that followed Apollo’s proposal was palpable. The three powerhouses—Blood King, Demon King, and Void Witch—glared at him, their expressions a mix of surprise, suspicion, and amusent. The air crackled with their collective power, threatening to unleash chaos at any mont.
"Use it directly?" The Void Witch finally sneered, her eyes narrowing dangerously. "And what makes you think a re insect like you has the authority to make such a suggestion?" Her tone was laced with disdain, but there was a flicker of curiosity in her gaze.
Blood King, his eyes blazing with malice, crossed his arms, the blood spear dissipating into a crimson mist. "Bold words, boy," he growled, his voice vibrating with suppressed rage. "Why should we listen to you? What’s stopping us from tearing you apart and taking it by force?"
The Demon King tilted his massive head, a smirk curling on his lips. "Let the child speak," he rumbled, his voice deep and commanding. "I’m intrigued. How do you propose we use the key, little one?
Apollo took a deep breath, steadying himself as the attention of these three monstrous beings weighed down on him. He could feel the intensity of their combined auras, each one far beyond his current capabilities.
"You three are indeed very strong," Apollo continued, his voice steady despite the overwhelming presence of the three figures. "But a winner among you cannot be decided in just a few minutes. You all know that. So why waste your ti?"
The three powerhouses remained silent, their eyes locked on him, listening intently.
"The noise this key made when it appeared must have already reached outside the Abyssal Scar. It won’t be long before forces from beyond co rushing here. Instead of fighting among yourselves, why not focus on opening whatever is hidden here?"
He took a breath, trying to maintain his composure. "Anyway, we’re far too weak compared to you three. We’re not the problems here. So why not make use of this key now?"
The Void Witch’s eyes narrowed as she studied Apollo, clearly contemplating his words. Her lips curled into a faint, mocking smile, though the cold gleam in her eyes betrayed her wariness. "Clever boy," she muttered, her voice dripping with a mix of amusent and calculation. "You’re not wrong. Prolonging this fight will only draw unwanted attention."
Blood King let out a low growl, his crimson eyes flickering toward the horizon as if sensing the encroaching forces Apollo had alluded to. "Tch..." His anger simred beneath the surface, but he, too, seed to acknowledge the truth in Apollo’s proposal. "Fine. I agree.
The Demon King’s massive fra shook as he laughed, the sound deep and rumbling. "Hah! You’re amusing, little one," he said, his gaze never leaving the key. "I’ll play along... for now."
