The aura around Shadow Sovereign changed, and from the black-crimson heart, a terrifying aura burst out, destroying the void and stopping the ti.

"Welco the great one." And the black-crimson heart exploded, and its blackish aura started to take shape in humanoid form.

Slowly, unmistakably, a figure manifested.

A being cloaked entirely in black stood within the shattered void, crimson patterns pulsing faintly across its form like veins of living calamity. In its hand rested a black-and-crimson scythe, curved and cruel, exuding an aura of absolute annihilation—like a reaper born to harvest worlds.

The mont it fully materialised, even the Sovereigns felt a chill run through their souls.

The figure seed to look at the shadow sovereign, whose aura seed to have weakened quite a lot.

"It seems you were unable to succeed." The grim reaper-looking being calmly said, looking at the shadow sovereign. His voice was cold and devoid of emotion, yet the legendary sovereign felt terror. The Shadow Sovereign lowered his head, unable to et that gaze.

Then it seed to ignore the shadow sovereign and glanced at Sword Sovereign and seed a bit surprised.

"Hm," it murmured. "I did not expect that soone in this era would reach the Eighth Order."

There was a trace of surprise in its tone—but no fear, no caution.

As if even an Eighth Order Sovereign was nothing more than a mildly intriguing anomaly.

The void fell into an oppressive silence, the kind that ca only when sothing far above all appeared right in front of them.

Sword Sovereign was still able to maintain his calm, but the other two sovereigns from the Empyrean Sword Realm felt extre pressure as the aura of the grim reaper-looking figure had surpassed the seventh-order sovereign realm.

"This being... It’s above the Shadow Sovereign..."

Before either of them could speak further, the Sword Sovereign’s voice rang out—calm, absolute, and leaving no room for hesitation.

"You two deal with the Abyssal Sovereigns," he commanded. "I will handle this one."

The instant his words fell, he moved.

There was no chant, no buildup of aura.

With a single step forward, he swung his hand as if drawing an invisible blade—

Ssss—

The void itself scread.

Space was severed cleanly, split into two entirely separate sections as though void had been sliced apart by an unseen sword. Laws shattered, dinsions peeled away, and causality itself was forcibly divided.

In one section stood the Sword Sovereign, facing the grim reaper–like entity and the weakened Shadow Sovereign.

In the other, the battlefield was forcibly isolated—the two Abyssal Sovereigns locked against the two Sovereigns of the Empyrean Sword Realm.

The separation was absolute.

No aura leaked through. No perception crossed the boundary. Even ti seed to flow differently between the two spaces.

The Sword Sovereign stood alone before the unknown existence, his presence steady and unwavering.

"This battlefield," he said calmly, "is enough for the two of us."

"Tch, kid, you are still too young."

And without saying anything more, they attacked each other; one side swung his scythe while Sword Sovereign slashed with an invisible sword.

Boom!

The entire void seed to shake as the shockwaves seed to break dinsion; even the supre outside in the Empyrean Sword realm felt terrifying shockwaves that seed to tear through dinsion and affected the realm.

The entire empyrean realm and its three thousand domains trembled violently; mountains collapsed, skies split apart, and even many battlefields were destroyed just because of the aftershocks that travelled far.

Apollo felt it as well.

The instant the shockwave reached his battlefield, his body was hurled backward, forced several thousand tres away despite his defences. Fortunately—or perhaps inevitably—the only remaining threat, the ghostly Abyssal Transcendent, was also swept away by the sa force.

Apollo steadied himself midair and took a sharp breath.

This chaos... was an opportunity.

Before the shockwave, he had already crushed two of the three Transcendents with overwhelming counterattacks. Only the ghostly Transcendent had managed to survive—badly injured, its form unstable and distorted.

And now, with space in turmoil, laws disordered, and perception disrupted—

Apollo’s eyes turned cold.

Instead of retreating, he advanced.

"This ends now."

He urged his eternal sword to rule and slashed again in the chaos, and powerful space-tearing sword energy attacked the shocked ghostly transcendent.

This ti he quickly noticed this, as the magnitude of the sword strike was strongest, and it seed to have surpassed the level of first-order transcendent.

"No, I will not die to a puny eternal god." He knew he could not evade as it was too fast.

"Spirit annihilation."

He roared as his form erupted in a violent explosion of soul and rule energy, burning away his own existence to unleash one last, desperate counterattack.

Boom—!

Two overwhelming forces collided.

The clash birthed an apocalyptic phenonon—space collapsed inward, light vanished, and violent shockwaves tore through the battlefield.

Yet, in the end—

The ghostly Transcendent’s power faltered.

His desperate outburst could not overco Apollo’s terrifying sword strike.

"Nooooo—!"

The unwilling roar was cut short.

The sword energy devoured everything in its path—body, soul, will, and rule—leaving nothing behind. The ghostly Abyssal Transcendent was completely annihilated, erased without even the possibility of reincarnation.

This happened within an instant without anyone having any chance to interrupt him, and not to ntion they have other problems to face, as the shock waves didn’t end, but one after another shock wave seems to ravage the realm.

Across the Empyrean Sword Realm, ancient formations activated in response.

Deep within distant outposts and massive cities, runes ignited as towering arrays ca to life. The mont the shockwaves reached them, layers of radiant force fields unfolded, instantly enveloping the weak and the unprotected.

Invisible barriers shimred across the skies, intercepting the destructive aftermath and dispersing the residual power before it could descend upon ordinary warriors and mortals.

Even so, the sheer magnitude of the shockwaves made the heavens tremble and the earth groan—as if the realm itself were struggling to endure the clash of powers far beyond its limits.

Apollo cald down, although the shock waves were terrifying, but if you remain alert, it will be alright, but still couldn’t help but look above and think, ’What kind of battle is going on there?’

But after the shocks, naturally, the transcendent of both sides noticed he had killed all three enemies. Abyss quickly wanted to attack him, and he was ready to face them, but suddenly a hand appeared from behind and pulled him through a space rift.
