Whether it was divine essence, spiritual power, or even the strength of his soul — all of it had been drained dry. His limbs felt heavy like lead, his vision blurred, and he could no longer even muster the strength to stand.
At this mont he was utterly exhausted, but there was a smile on his face. He slayed a sovereign; although injured, he still killed a mighty sovereign. He wanted to laugh loudly with excitent, but he didn’t even have the strength to do that.
On the other hand, outside was in chaos, as when Shadow Sovereign died, a weeping, bloody heaven and earth phenonon shook the entire Empyrean Sword realm.
Both sides—whether from the Empyrean Sword Realm or the Abyss—were shaken to their cores.
The older generation, in particular, felt their hearts turn cold. They understood all too well what this bloody on represented.

If it was from the Empyrean Sword realm, then even if they were winning on the battlefield, they would still lose because Sovereigns are the ones who truly determine the fate of this war and this world.
In the deep void, Sword Sovereign stood facing the reaper-like entity. Nearby, the two Sovereigns of the Empyrean Sword Realm confronted the two remaining Abyssal Sovereigns. Their battle had reached a terrifying intensity—
Yet suddenly, everything stopped.
At the sa instant, all of them felt it. An aura—ancient, domineering, eternal—vanished completely.
Silence spread through the void. The expressions of every sovereign changed.
Shock. Disbelief. They all understood what this ant.
The Shadow Sovereign was dead.
For a mont, even the endless void itself seed unable to accept this reality.
"Trash!" the Grim Reaper entity expressed his anger as his voice broke the silence.
"Haha, looks like your plan wasn’t going to work. You lost." Sword Sovereign laughed as he knew what Shadow Sovereign’s death ant.
The grim reaper entity didn’t say anything, as he knew Sword Sovereign was right. He cannot defeat Sword Sovereign as even though he was summoned through special ritual his spiritual form can only use 70% of his true strength and with that he cannot defeat sword sovereign.
He seems to made his mind, "Hmm since we cannot get it then then just let it lost for eternity." He roared with anger.
Sword Sovereign’s expression changed instantly.
He sensed sothing was wrong—sothing decisive.
Just as he was about to make his move, the grim reaper–like entity began to fade. His form dissolved into black and crimson mist, dispersing into the void as if he had never existed.
On the other side, within the Sword Tomb, Apollo slowly, with his worn and tired body, moved towards the remains of the shadow sovereign, who didn’t leave a physical body, but there was a space ring, suspended quietly in the air.
The spirit image of Sword Sovereign, who was standing above, was looking at Apollo with a shocked expression as he just saw an eternal god kill a Sovereign. Its figure then slowly started to disappear, as it had used all of its strength to hold back the Shadow Sovereign.
Apollo naturally saw this as he knew without the Sword Sovereign spirit image holding the shadow sovereign, he couldn’t gather the ancient sword’s strength, let alone kill it.
"Thank you," He said quietly.
The Sword Sovereign looked at him one last ti. There was no pride, no regret—only a faint, satisfied smile, as though he had seen the future he had long awaited.
Then the projection dispersed, turning into countless motes of sword-light that dissolved into nothingness.
The Sword Tomb fell silent once more.
After this his eyes narrowed slightly as he focused on it. Even without sensing its contents, he knew a Sovereign would never travel empty-handed. The accumulation of countless eras, divine materials, and treasures capable of shaking worlds would undoubtedly be stored within.
For him, this ring was not rely spoils of war. It was practically an opportunity for him.
With anticipation burning in his chest, Apollo reached out.
His fingers were only a breath away from the space ring—
Thump.
His heart slamd violently, as if struck by an unseen hamr. In the sa instant, his soul trembled, his consciousness rang, and an overwhelming sense of crisis exploded within him.
Every instinct he possessed went completely berserk.
Danger. Absolute danger.
He instantly used all his strength even burn his soul blood and divine essence not caring about anything to awaken the ancient sword and activate the origin of universe within.
The ancient sword in his grasp humd.
No—it awakened.
But at that instant, the space ring of the shadow sovereign cracked, and world-destroying energy burst out from it.
Crack, Crack...
Apollo’s pupils shrank.

It was the terror of world annihilation.
A colossal black hole manifested where the space ring had shattered.
The black hole expanded silently.
There was no sound.
No explosion.

One hundred domains out of the Empyrean Sword Realm’s three thousand were swallowed whole.

They were erased.
Cities, continents, mountains, rivers, living beings, and laws—everything vanished without leaving even dust behind, as if they had never existed in the first place.
Space collapsed inward. Ti distorted violently. The world’s foundation shook.
The battlefield in all corner of the world stopped as the terrifying aura shook their soul.
