Christina nodded, her eyes shifting to Lana with a sparkle. "Does anyone want to add anything?"
The next second, Wade chid in, "If a person constantly watches negative things, it can affect the possession speed too."
"There are also so crystals or artifacts that can speed up the possession," Layla said softly.
"Also, if the ghost invites more ghosts, the target is done for!" Fay sighed.
Quinn lazily looked at his classmates and sighed, ’These idiots. Don’t they know... Christina is waiting for Lana to reply.’
Sure enough, the next second, Christina turned toward Lana and asked softly, "Lana, do you have sothing that you want to add?"
Lana froze for a brief second before giving her honest reply, "Fear. Ghost thrives on fear. As long as a person is afraid, there is no need for the presence of any artifact or roaming in any negativity-filled area; even crystals aren’t effective if the person is courageous."
Lana wasn’t speaking without proof. It was later revealed in scientific studies that those who show extraordinary courage often have high chances of escaping ghosts or surviving a possession.
Quinn lazily looked at Lana and gave a dismissive snort. "Fear isn’t everything. What type of ghost a person encounters decides the possession rate."
"That’s your answer, and I understand your thought process; however, till the real scientific research is conducted, no one knows which is the right answer," Lana replied in a nonchalant voice.
She didn’t continue to argue; she didn’t feel the urge to correct Quinn.
The research that was going to be conducted in the future can’t be pushed to now. And neither was she planning to use the future knowledge to crush a genuinely smart person.
Christina stared at Lana with admiration.
"Lana is correct. I agree with her answer more. Nevertheless, everyone else’s answers were correct since they were derived from personal experience."
Her words made all the other classmates feel less resistant toward Lana’s answer, which didn’t go unnoticed by Lana. She marvelled at the fact that teachers in mystic departnts have high EQ.

Even though Lana felt the approach was rather unrealistic, she still listened.
The weaknesses of ghosts ranged from mystic energy to talismans. There was also so ghost who broke all the norms. They might be unaffected by all of them.
Usually, these ghosts have cultivation far above the mystic cultivator or the talisman. In those conditions, the most suitable counterattack was... defense.
Like the case where Lana had protected Naina by injecting so of her mystic energy through so... unspeakable thods and increased Naina’s life force.
The lecture continued till Christina assigned them the howork.

Christina didn’t leave imdiately after the lectures were over; instead, she stayed behind, looking as if she hadn’t digested the food she had eaten before the lecture.

As if on cue, Christina opened her mouth, but Wade beat her to it and laughed.
"Lana, you must be imagining things. What could Miss Christina possibly want? It isn’t like she might want to see your yellow mystic energy, right? It is not like your yellow mystic energy is the eighth wonder of the world! Haha!"
Wade’s laughter echoed in the empty silence of the classroom, making everyone else sigh in their heart.
Just how clueless can soone be?
Christina gritted her teeth before saying in a stern voice, "After checking all the papers of the previous sester, Wade, your scores have dropped significantly. You will copy the textbook of this subject 10 tis."
Wade’s expression changed. Just a few seconds ago, he was joking, and now... he looked more like a joke than others. It was... devastating.
"Why do I get punished every single ti? It’s so unfair!" Wade murmured under his breath, while Layla rolled her eyes, comnting,
"Because you are the most stupid among all of us."
Lana almost laughed out loud; she watched as Christina walked out of the departnt with a reluctant expression.
For the sake of her future grades, Lana followed her out, and when Christina felt a presence, she turned around sharply, "Wade, you can forget... oh! Lana dear, what are you doing here?"
The transformation of a voice filled with malice to a honeyed voice made Lana break out in goosebumps.
"That teacher... I wanted to show you my energy and wanted to get so pointers. Are you free?"
"She is!" Another voice chid in, and both Lana and Christina turned around only to find Tyler Red. A middle-aged man wearing a formal pastel green shirt with black pants, his neat black hair was short, while his tanned skin highlighted his sharp muscles.
The mont he appeared, Lana sighed in her heart. Tyler was the teacher of energy cleanser classes.
