Lana smiled faintly, as if what she had just done was nothing extraordinary. "It’s a storage talisman."
She gestured toward the talisman now resting in his palm. "That’s a storage talisman. I prepared so things for you."
Her tone remained casual. "You can access them slowly. There’s also a description for each item in case you don’t know how to use them."
Jas looked down at the talisman, then back at her, shock clearly written across his face. ’A storage talisman...?’
That wasn’t sothing ordinary people could even dream of owning. Even the wealthiest individuals struggled to obtain one.
And yet...she had just... given one to him.
"To use it," Lana continued, "just flick it in the air. A portal will open. You can reach inside and take whatever you need."
She paused slightly. "You can also explore it with your consciousness."
Jas said nothing. After a mont, he did exactly as she instructed.
He flicked the talisman lightly into the air. The next second... A ripple ford in front of him.
It spread outward like water, forming a translucent, portal-like surface that shimred faintly.
Jas hesitated for a fraction of a second before extending his hand forward. His fingers touched the surface...and passed through it.
His hand entered... nothingness. A vast, silent void. His breath caught slightly. Closing his eyes, he focused.
In an instant...his awareness shifted. He could feel it. The space inside the talisman. It was enormous. At least four hundred square ters.
’This... is impossible...’
Items were arranged neatly within the space... rows upon rows of supplies, each categorized with precision.
Food. Equipnt. Stacks of yellow talismans. Strange spherical objects. Various tools he couldn’t even recognize at first glance.
Curious, he reached for one bundle of talismans. His fingers brushed against them... and his eyes widened.
Each stack was perfectly arranged. At least ten thousand talismans per stack.
His throat went dry. Slowly, he picked up a description slip. "Exorcism talisman, capable of dealing with a 100-year-old ghost."
He froze. "A... hundred-year-old ghost?" he muttered under his breath.
’Is this a joke...?’
That level of power... those weren’t basic talismans. Those were at least interdiate level. If not higher.
And the price...even one could range from one million to a hundred million dollars. And here...there were thousands.
No...Tens of thousands. His grip tightened slightly. ’How can she just... give this...?’
Then a thought crossed his mind. ’What if... this description is wrong?’
Maybe it was exaggerated. Maybe... But then again...
’Would she lie about sothing like this?’
His thoughts clashed violently. One side scread that this was impossible. The other whispered that Lana wouldn’t do sothing aningless.
His heart pounded, caught between disbelief and awe. Swallowing hard, he moved to the next stack.
Water talismans. Invisibility talismans. Teleportation talismans. Fire talismans. Good luck. Bad luck. Safety. Speed. Enhanced hearing.
Almost every imaginable ability... All condensed into talismans. His breath grew uneven.
’Does she think I’m going to war...?’
Each of these alone could deal with most threats. And she had given him an entire arsenal.
Taking a deep breath, he forced himself to calm down. His gaze shifted toward another section.
Food. Carefully packed. Raw seafood. Fresh vegetables. Various ingredients. And alongside them... Staple food items.
Long-lasting supplies. His chest tightened slightly. ’She even thought about... preservation...’
A faint, complicated emotion surfaced within him. He didn’t stop.
Moving further, he saw survival kits. dicines. Cold relief. Pneumonia treatnt. Ergency supplies.
And then... an IV drip set. Jas stared at it blankly. ’Does she think I’m a doctor too...?’
Even if he had it...he wouldn’t know how to properly use it on soone.
There were also clothes.
Not just a few, but an entire collection... ranging from stylish outfits to simple, everyday wear, and even worn, rough clothes that a beggar might use to blend into the streets.
Jas stared at them, stunned.
There were also protective clothes... padded jackets, reinforced layers, and garnts clearly designed to withstand harsh conditions. Everything was arranged neatly into four separate sections, each labeled and prepared for a different season.
’She even thought about... weather changes...’
His fingers brushed lightly against one of the jackets, feeling its thickness, its durability. And alongside all that...there were other supplies. And... a gaming console.
He froze for a second, blinking as if he had seen sothing completely out of place.
’A... gaming console...?’
For a brief mont, a strange thought crossed his mind... ’Did she prepared for ... just in case I get bored?’ but he quickly suppressed it, shaking his head slightly.
’Focus...’
Turning away, he continued exploring. Then...he stopped. A large rack stood in the distance. His eyes narrowed slightly as he approached it.
And when he saw what was placed on it... his breath hitched. Pistols. Rifles. Heavy weapons.
Even things that looked disturbingly close to missiles.
Jas’ mind went blank. ’Where... did she even get these...? How can she have firearms...?’
A faint unease crept up his spine, but before it could grow further, he forced himself to move on. ’Don’t think about it...’
Further ahead, he noticed sothing else. A collection of strange spherical objects... small, smooth, and faintly glowing.
This ti, there were clear descriptions attached.
"Protective sphere.... capable of blocking attacks from a 200-year-old ghost."
"Concealnt sphere... renders the user undetectable even to a thousand-year-old ghost."
His eyes widened slightly. ’Even... this kind of thing exists...?’
These were not ordinary tools. These were life-saving artifacts. From talismans to equipnt... everything inside this storage space was designed for one purpose.
Survival. Especially in ghost zones. His throat tightened.
’She... prepared all of this... for ...’
A faint sting rose in his eyes. He quickly closed them, taking a slow breath before opening them again, forcing himself to remain composed.
When his gaze returned to reality, he saw Lana standing there, watching him quietly.
Her eyes held a faint expectation.
Jas coughed lightly, his voice coming out softer than usual. "...Thank you."
Lana smiled, her expression gentle. "It’s nothing."
She waved her hand lightly. "If you ever need anything in the future, just contact ."
