Right at the entrance. She was... different. Elegant.

Draped in ancient garnts, a thin veil covering part of her face. She laughed softly, her voice echoing unnaturally.

"Honestly," she said, her tone amused, "I never expected soone to bring sothing like that here."

Her gaze locked onto the talisman. "But it was worth it."

Her smile widened. "That thing might stop a hundred-and-fifty-year spirit..."

Her voice dropped, turning cold. "But I... am two hundred years old."

Her expression twisted into a dark grin. "Are you ready?"

At once, everyone scread.

anwhile, on the livestream, the viewers saw nothing. Just an empty entrance.

"What are they doing?"

"This looks fake. Honestly, they should have hired so actors."

"If you’re going to act, at least rehearse properly!"

The comnts flooded in, mocking and confused.

But far away, Lana saw everything clearly through her ability.

Her face darkened.

"Damn it..." she muttered. ’Their luck is terrible... There must be soone among them attracting this...’

She moved faster.

’Just two more minutes... if they survive...’

Back at the cetery, Aiden suddenly rembered sothing.

He turned to York urgently. "Check the comnts! Did Lana say anything?"

York’s trembling fingers scrolled frantically.

Then his eyes widened.

"She said... two minutes..." he whispered.

Aiden exhaled sharply. Relief flickered in his chest. He turned toward the ghost.

And he smiled. A bold, almost reckless smile.

"Do you know who I am?" he said.

The ghost paused, curiosity flickering in her gaze.

Aiden straightened slightly, his voice gaining confidence as he continued, "I’m a high-ranking mber of the exorcism association."

He let the words hang.

Then added, "I ca here... specifically for you."

His heart pounded wildly.

’Please... just stall for two minutes...’

He drew in a slow breath. "I will begin the exorcism now."

For a brief mont, the ghost simply stared at Aiden.

Then, without warning, it burst into laughter.

The laughter didn’t feel human; it scraped against the ears like rusted tal.

Aiden’s heart quivered in his chest.

’This... this is wrong,’ he thought, a cold sensation creeping through his veins.

Before he could react, the ghost suddenly surged forward, closing the distance between them in an instant.

His breath caught in his throat as fear plunged through him like icy water.

"What a surprise," the ghost hissed, its voice low and distorted, as if multiple voices were overlapping.

"I have only just begun to materialize... and you claim you were sent by the exorcism association?"

Its lips twisted into sothing grotesque. "That is pure nonsense."

Aiden’s composure was shattered.

Being exposed... especially in front of the live stream... sent a wave of panic crashing through his mind.

Before the silence could swallow them whole, York suddenly stepped forward, his voice breaking through the tension.

"It’s because we already knew," he said, forcing confidence into his tone, "that a ghost here had beco overwhelmingly powerful."

The ghost paused.

For a few seconds, everything froze.

Aiden and York exchanged no words, yet their thoughts aligned. ’It’s working... It’s actually working.’

Hope flickered, fragile, uncertain.

But just as quickly as it appeared, it was crushed.

The ghost lifted its hand and gave a casual wave.

In that instant, the exorcism talisman in Aiden’s grip ignited.

Flas devoured it completely before he could even react, reducing it to ash that scattered into the air like dying embers.

They barely managed to dodge the following attack, stumbling back in desperation.

Yet survival brought no relief.

If anything, the situation had only worsened.

A suffocating dread settled over them as realization struck; without the talisman, their last line of protection had vanished.

Their bodies began to tremble uncontrollably.

The ghost watched them, its grin widening.

"I see what you were doing," it sneered.

"Stalling for ti. But you fail to understand one thing..." Its voice dropped into sothing colder, sothing final. "Your ti is already over."

With another flick of its hand, everything changed.

A sudden, invisible force gripped their bodies.

All four of them stiffened as a violent sensation overtook them.

Their muscles began to twitch uncontrollably, as though sothing inside them was trying to tear its way out.

Their arms twisted at unnatural angles, joints cracking with sickening sounds.

On the live stream, viewers erupted into panic.

Comnts flooded in, chaotic and desperate.

So scread for help; others demanded intervention from the exorcism association.

"They’re going to die!"

"Do sothing!"

"You can’t just watch this!"

But the horror only deepened.

York’s body was suddenly lifted into the air, suspended like a puppet on invisible strings.

His limbs twisted violently, jerking in ways no human body should ever move.

Anyone watching could tell... he wouldn’t last much longer.

And then there was Emily.

Her body convulsed uncontrollably, her back arching as if sothing were snapping her from within.

Foam began to spill from her mouth, her eyes rolling back as a seizure overtook her completely.

Fear gripped everyone watching.

The protective amulet wasn’t better, cracks spreading across it like a shattered mirror. It was monts away from breaking.

Tyler wasn’t faring much better.

His arms and legs cramped violently, muscles locking and twisting, yet sohow, he managed to remain standing.

His amulet, though strained, held slightly stronger than the others.

’I can’t die here... I can’t!’ he thought, gritting his teeth.

Summoning what little strength he had left, he staggered toward the entrance, aiming for the broken steps.

But he never made it.

A swarm of lesser ghosts lunged at him, their forms blurring into shadows. In the next second, he was slamd to the ground.

His body bent at an unnatural angle, a choked cry escaping his lips before he fell still.

The main ghost watched everything unfold, its laughter ringing louder, filled with twisted delight.

It was enjoying this.

But just as the scene reached its peak of despair...a figure appeared.

Out of nowhere, in the very center of the chaos, a presence materialized.

Lana.

She exhaled slowly, a faint sigh of relief escaping her lips.

’Good... I made it in ti.’

Without hesitation, she reached into her pocket and pulled out an interdiary exorcism talisman.
