The High Tier Human Professionals on Coral Island watched the charging Giant Demons, who outnumbered them several tis over, and a cryptic smile appeared on all their faces.
The next mont, just as the Giant Demons were about to set foot on Coral Island, thousands of colossal creatures suddenly burst from the ocean and lunged at them.
"Damn it! It’s these accursed Sea Elental Spirits again!"
"Sothing’s not right. Many of them are rged entities, and their power is nearing the High Tier."
"It’s a trap! The humans must have many Priests of the Ocean Deities on their side!"
"Quick! Charge! We have to kill those Priests imdiately!"

The Giant Demons roared in fury, but the twenty-so High Tier Human Professionals had already charged to et them!
At the sa ti, a large number of Sea Elental Spirits launched a surprise attack on the Giant Demon Fleet.
In that instant, the battle erupted into a white-hot frenzy.
Every mont, countless Giant Demons and Elental Spirits fell in battle, interspersed with the occasional death of a Human Professional.
From the mont the two sides clashed, they seed locked in a struggle to the death.
Both sides were unleashing their full power.
The Giant Demons craved glory, while the Human Professionals fought to buy ti for the residents of the Underground City to evacuate.
Both sides had a reason they could not back down.
This battle was therefore destined to be a bloody one.
Amidst this great war between Giant Demons and humans, a giant eagle was now approaching the battlefield, observing everything from a distance.
The giant eagle’s presence had actually been noticed earlier.
However, because it maintained a great distance and was completely alone, the Giant Demons hadn’t bothered to chase it away, let alone hunt it down.
But now, with the battle raging, the giant eagle had drawn closer.
This couldn’t help but make so of the High Tier Giant Demons in the rear frown.
’Is there really sothing wrong with this Demon?’
’It’s been following us this whole ti. Could it really be what the commander said it was—a spy for the otherworldly civilization currently plaguing the continent?’
’But what use is just one of them following us? How could it possibly send a ssage back from this distance?’
A High Tier Giant Demon stared intently at the giant eagle—a small black dot high in the distant sky. But when a Sea Elental Spirit attacked him, he abandoned the thought and headed to the battlefield to pick off more Ocean Elves.
As for the giant eagle, no one was paying it any mind.
Through the eagle’s eyes, Lince was carefully observing the entire battlefield from within a spiritual dinsion.
’One Saint Tier Giant Demon.’
’His Power is impressive. That Black Scripture artifact he’s holding looks a little strange, too. It seems he isn’t using his full strength... Is he waiting for an opportunity to land a killing blow?’
’As for the Human Professionals, there are two Saint Tiers.’
’The old man seems to be the strongest, but it looks like he’s burning through his life force. He’s at the end of his rope.’
’The burly one, on the other hand, seems to be handling things with ease. It looks like they’re both holding back.’

Lince used his spiritual vision to observe the states of the three Saint Tiers’ auras.
From the fluctuations in their Magic Power to the colors of their life auras, Lince could deduce a great deal.
’A Saint Tier Giant Demon, here in the overseas territories, and all alone.’
’Opportunities like this are rare. If I can capture a Saint Tier without revealing myself, I can definitely torture so core information about the Giant Demon Empire out of him.’
’Heh, oh well.’
’And while I’m at it, I might as well recruit these two human Saint Tiers. They’ll add a decent amount of Power to my ranks.’
Having thought this, Lince imdiately withdrew from his spiritual vision.
And so, 50,000 ters above Dawn City, the Giant Dragon resting high in the heavens slowly opened its eyes.
The mont its eyes opened, Lince’s terrifying, colossal figure vanished.
All that remained was a patch of rippling Space, filled with propagating waves.
