Moreover, the impromptu strategy devised at the onset of battle enabled him to break away from the Black Wood Squad at the first mont the crystal people charged, maneuvering to the side and attracting several enemies targeting him over.
This ensures that he can quickly assist teammates on both sides when needed by leveraging his speed advantage, without negatively impacting the two mbers of the Black Wood Squad due to lack of coordination.
Unfortunately, the [Night Mother’s Gaze] following the maxed-out Skill Level of [Teeth Hunting] had little effect on these crystal people, whose awareness is already obscured and whose minds are out of control, otherwise, it could have eased so pressure on his teammates.
Nonetheless, the loud commotion Xia Nan deliberately made during his repositioning still drew 7 out of the total 27 crystal people out from their main group.
With the howling echo of the wolf in the air, he arrived at the side of the square.
Without any hesitation, once the distance was sufficient to ensure his movents wouldn’t affect the two mbers of the Black Wood Squad, Xia Nan decisively turned around and charged at the nearest crystal person.
Regarding the enemy, the currently known intelligence:
1. Exceptional strength and explosiveness, seemingly at a professional level;
2. Extrely strong physical defense, with skin surface crystals even harder than so tals used in making armor;
3. Weak awareness, lacking tactics, and combat skills, even inferior to the most basic adventurer.
With all of this in conclusion, the response becos obvious...
It boils down to four words—"Avoid the solid, strike the hollow."
Given their exceptional strength, Xia Nan is happy to leverage his advantages in speed and agility, using [Teeth Hunting] to wander and pull away;
With their hazy awareness and negligible tactics or skills, he treats them like slightly smarter beasts, using strategies that would easily be seen through at other tis, yet proving more effective in this instance.
The only troubleso aspect might be their extraordinary physical defense capability.
Of course, Xia Nan needs to personally test just how "extraordinary" it is.

The test results were just as he anticipated.
The pink crystal particle-covered skin did indeed have outstanding physical defense performance.

In an instant, this thought flashed through his mind, further completing his battle plan.
His figure transford into a black wolf, its lithe limbs tread shadow, leaping lightly among the crystal people.
With a patient deanor, Xia Nan capitalized on his agility advantage, not anxious to inflict severe damage, striking one sword after another at the necks of the 7 crystal people pursuing him.
In just twenty seconds, a high frequency of sword strikes caused his opponents’ necks to be covered in blood traces.
The crystal particles on their surfaces had been cracked and scraped off, exposing the bleeding skin tinted with the remaining pink color underneath.
Judging that preparations were nearly complete.
Suddenly, Xia Nan stopped moving at high speed among the enemies, wrapped in the black wolf shadow.
Standing still in place, panting, he raised the gray-black straight sword horizontally beside him in a charging stance.
The crystal people, in their bewildered state, were almost acting purely on instinct now.
Seeing Xia Nan stop in place, they imdiately roared and lunged forward together.
Thanks to his prior intentional positioning adjustnts during his maneuvers, these previously scattered and disorganized crystal people surprisingly ford a semicircular formation, quickly closing in on Xia Nan’s position.
