All seven Crystal People still maintained their forward lunging posture.
But their toes were already off the ground.

For a mont, he sat there stiffly, unmoving.
Xia Nan seized the opportunity, stepped forward boldly but cautiously, and gently tapped the pink Jadestone on his chest with his fingertip.

Margaret probably didn’t need his help.
Compared to the two responsible for combat and clearing, on the other side of the square, Dwarf Soldin’s state was precarious.

Holding the highest trust in his companions, this stocky, straightforward Dwarf, once the battle started and after Taunting the enemy, paid no more attention to Xia Nan and Margaret’s movents.
Entrusted his back to his teammates, fully committed to defending, relieving pressure, and winning as much ti as possible.
The truth proved his trust was well-placed.
Just as Soldin’s Light Shield flickered as if about to extinguish, a wolf’s howl exploded beside him.
Xia Nan, rushing from the other side of the square with the black wolf shadow, charged into the midst of those fifteen Crystal People with fierce montum.
With the change in battlefield dynamics, his strategies differed.
With teammates exhausted, he needed to buy them a brief respite for recovery.
Rather than searching for openings and agilely maneuvering,
he focused on utilizing his speed and explosive impact to create chaos in the enemy ranks.
The efficiency in causing damage was less than before, but it bought Soldin ample breathing space.

The Dwarf was too exhausted to speak, and seeing reinforcents arrive, he instinctively stepped back a few paces, pulled a stamina-recovery potion from his pouch, gulping it down as he glanced back the way Xia Nan had co.
Then he saw the seven headless Crystal People corpses.

"Moradin’s beard! (Dwarven slang) Damn, that was exhilarating!"
The Dwarf panted heavily, instinctively expressing encouraged admiration.
Feeling his Stamina rapidly returning due to the potion, without resting for even a second more, he started bashing the Shield at the Crystal People, already disrupted by Xia Nan’s arrival:
"Hey! Bastards! Look over here!"

The battle ended much faster than expected.
Initially, the Crystal People infected by the pink Jadestone seed highly troubleso due to their strong physical Defense Ability.
But as familiarity grew and their weaknesses were understood, the battle beca manageable for Xia Nan and the two seasoned professionals.
Though a single strike might not break their defense, continuous attacks on the sa spot would grind away the crystal particles on their skin’s surface, revealing the ordinary structure underneath. Their vulnerabilities remained, allowing one sword swipe to completely dismantle their Combat Ability.
Throughout the battle, there were 27 Crystal People.
When Xia Nan beheaded the last head grown with pink crystal particles on the square.
From the beginning of the fight, scarcely ten minutes had passed.
