From MC's Perspective:
Supre Wizard Phylia cos out of her lab and arrives at her eting hall. She sat on the main seat before asking Paul Lin to co.
Shortly afterwards,
Paul Lin enters the Main Hall. After seeing the frowning expression of Elder Phylia. His heart skips a beat.
"Elder, please look at this," After saying that, he takes out the Crystal Ball and activates it.
The footage starts to play out.
Phylia raised her eyebrows in surprise. Her vision was sharp. She imdiately recognised the images in the footage.
"That kid, what is happening to him?" She thought.
Then she continues to watch the video.
A few minutes later,
Her expression turned solemn. She saw through everything. She knows that Aristocratic Families were always scheming and trying to take more resources from the True Elents Society.
But she didn't expect to find sothing new.
"A decade-old plan. What's that about?" She asked herself.
"Elder I think that Aristocratic Family Wizards are trying to take over the True Elents Society. We have always known about their intentions."
"But this ti I think they are planning sothing serious," He added.
A quick gleam flashes in Phylia's eyes.
"We can show it to the Head of the Organisation later. But I think you have sothing more to tell," She asked.
Paul Lin nodded his head before replying, "The Beast Taming Departnt Council Elder has called for a eting. They don't know that I have this recording with ."
"Hmm," Phylia began to ponder.
She thinks that it's not easy to accuse them. If they poke the hornet's nest, things might go ugly. She doesn't want to confront them without finding out their plan.
Because there were Supre Wizards who supported the Aristocratic Families as well. So without proper planning, it's not wise to confront them. Otherwise, the internal conflicts would be severe.
It won't be long before other Wizard Organisations take notice.
"Elder Paul, give this crystal ball to . I'll give it to the Head later. When it cos to the council elders eting. Don't worry about it."
"You were on the scene. Tell them you are following the duo to see who's causing problems and accuse the Beast Taming Departnt instead," She said.
Hearing that Paul Lin's eyes lit. He can tell that Elder Phylia wants him to use the sa tactics as the Beast Taming Departnt.
Then he handed over the Crystal Ball to the Supre Wizard Phylia.
Then they discussed other topics for a few minutes before Paul Lin left the place.
After returning to the Floating Building, Elder Paul Lin filed a complaint to the Departnt of Law and Order. He knows it's better to tell them instead of calling up for the Council Elders eting.
There are terrific wizards in the Intelligence Departnt who can use their magic to tell whether anyone is telling the truth or not.
After filing a complaint, he inford the Head of the Intelligence Tower, Stella, as well.

Inside the mana chamber, I opened my eyes after ending the ditation. Feeling the changes inside the body. My eyes flash with a surprise.

Looking at the stats, my mouth curves into an arc. The Talent "Elite Bottom" started showing the effects. All the stats have increased by 6 points. Previously, it was 3 points.
My talent was improved from Top Bottom to Elite Bottom earlier. So the practice speed was faster than before. The Core progress increased by 3 points.
But it's taking a lot of days. I can only figure out the pattern slowly. After dismissing the start panel, I stood up and went to the console panel to turn off the mana chamber.
The pure mana decreases in the blink of an eye. Then, I walked out of the Mana Chamber and decided to return to the dorm.
Not long after, reaching the first floor. I realized Elder Paul had asked to visit him. Then I turned around and started walking towards his office.
It's already late at night; I wonder what's going on. He won't ask to co without any reason.
When I got there. I walked into the office. I saw him sitting behind the desk. I nodded to him before taking the seat.
"You must be curious. Why have I asked you to co?" Paul Lin asked.
"Yes," I replied. I felt no mana coming from him. But when I recall his punch hitting the face of Elder Jordan. I guess he must have used his brute strength.
Paul Lin said, "Elder Stella and I had a discussion. She assigned a special task to the Special Mage Departnt. It's about assisting the Intelligence Dept to find the Transmutation Wizard."
"And she wants you to take the task," He added.
My eyes flash with a glint. I don't want to co across the Sick Wizard again. His magic is weird. He has foreign implanted organs in his body.
If anything happens to , I doubt anyone in this Organization can help . Because the Transmutation Study is rare. It's not taught in all Wizard organizations.
More than that, I fear a confrontation could happen. Such a situation could force to use my full strength. I had survived the Yellow River Academy without exposing my real strength.
Here, it's different. Even among the locals, there are many high-level wizards. There are no regular humans. Every newborn kid has a talent for magic.
Paul Lin saw that Vincent was hesitating for so reason.

Then I returned to the room and went to take a bath.

Elder Stella received information from the Elder Paul Lin. Seeing that the fresher has accepted the Special Task. Her eyes flash with a surprise.
She expected that Kid would be afraid. But to her surprise, Vincent Carey has accepted the task. She knows that the Transmutation Wizard is dangerous.
