From MC's Perspective:
The following day,
After getting ready, I left the dorm building and hurriedly stride towards the Floating building. I have a feeling that today will be busy.
"Elder Paul told about that council elders eting yesterday. I wonder whether it's going to be today or not," I thought.
A few minutes later,
I arrived at the entrance of the Floating Building. After scanning my ID, I walked inside. The place appears serene and calm. I imdiately thought of Dimitry.
Thinking about him I couldn't help but shake my head in disappointnt. He succeeded in dragging into a trap yesterday. If not for Elder Paul Lin's arrival, things could have gone worse.
But after having that conversation with him last night. My heart is at peace. Soon, I arrived at the lecture hall. I walked inside. I spotted only a few of them.
As usual, my appearance has caused them to look towards . I gently nodded to them as I walked towards the last row of seats.
"Hey, he is doing fine lately. Looks like the other departnts have forgotten about him."
"Yeah, I heard that as well. Not even the bloodline beast departnt wizards are troubling him."
"I wonder what he did to convince them. "
The classmates started discussing in a low tone. But they don't know that Vincent Carey can listen to their words.
After sitting on the chair, I closed my eyes. But I could hear the conversations. My mouth twitches. I'm even getting confused by the Bloodline Beast Departnt's response.
Especially after smacking those 2 idiots, I thought that revenge would be crazy. But to my surprise, they have stopped bothering . Instead, the Beast Tars appeared as a new headache.
10 minutes later,
The Puppet Study lecture begins. I saw no sign of Dimitry. I wonder whether he was able to recover fully. Then I started paying attention to the lecture.
anwhile, a couple of minutes earlier before the council elders eting.
The Council Elders Milo and Aaron t each other.
"Are you serious?" Aaron asked, with a hint of doubt in his eyes.
"It's true that brat had used magic spells against our departnt wizards. Fortunately, one of the Departnt elders was there to calm things down," Milo replied with a confident tone.
Deep down, he knows that it could be a lie. The Beast Tars were the ones who went after Vincent Carey. This involves the Clonius Family. So he won't tell outsiders about it.
Especially soone to the Perry Family mber.
Aaron Perry sneered inwardly. He was well aware that the Beast Taming Departnt had a large number of wizards from the Aristocratic Families.
As far as he knows, the Clonius Family was involved as well. But he won't go deep into it. It does not serve his interest.
"Alright, I will support you in the eting. But you have to convince others as well," Aaron said to him. It's not easy to convince others without evidence. So they can only use their influence.

The Council Elders appeared one after another. None of them were happy about it. Because of the topic of the eting their blood boils.
The council elders eting is not the place for sorting out the troubles between the 2 Magic Departnts. Even if soone commits a cri, then they will be taken care of by the Departnt of Rules and Order.
But these elders can only keep their opinions in their hearts. They can't speak against the 3 Major Departnts in the Organisation. Especially they got Powerful Palace Masters behind them.
As ti passes, more and more people appear. Milo and Aaron appeared as well. These 2 people's appearance caused quite a surprise. They couldn't help but sll so conspiracy. They each sat in their seats without much noise.
Shortly afterwards,
Elder Stella appeared. Upon seeing Elder Aaron and Milo, she smiled. She greeted everyone before sitting on her seat.
Aaron's eyes flickered. Elder Stella's smile made him uncomfortable. There has been no bad blood between them. Because Elder Stella belongs to a neutral faction.
Milo noticed his expression as well. After glancing at Stella, he thought, "Why do I feel she is expecting so drama?"
Right at the mont, one more elder made his appearance after a long ti. The person is none other than Elder Paul.
Seeing him everyone was taken back by surprise.

"Maybe another elder has so other work to do"

The Council Elders from other departnts discussed in a low tone.
Milo's expression turned ugly. Because he had heard the whole story from Elder Jordan. "There is a possibility that he might have witnessed the whole thing," he thought.

Aaron frowned as well. He heard that this Elder was helping that new kid a lot.
Stella revealed a gentle smile as usual. No one can guess what's on her mind.
Paul Lin nodded at her before taking seat.
When everyone was seated. The Council Elder from the Rule and Order Departnt raised the question.
"Elder Milo, could you explain your accusation against Vincent Carey, a fresher mber of the Special Mage Departnt."
The old man with a long white beard asked.
"Elder Alec, two Special Mage Departnt mbers have attacked our students by casting magic spells. In response, our Beast Taming Departn's Wizards summoned their partner to protect them."
"If not for Departnt Elder Jordan's tily arrival, things could have gotten worse," Milo said with anger, with an expression on his face seeking justice.
Aaron showed a serious expression as well.
The council elders revealed a complicated expression. It's a matter related to the Rule and Order Departnt. They can find out the truth. There is no need for this eting.
The old man, Alec, raised his eyebrows and said, "You could have inford us. Yesterday, Elder Paul from the Special Mage Departnt filed a complaint against the Special Mage Departnt."
"According to the rules, I should listen to his request first. You didn't have to call for this eting. Unless you don't trust the Rule and Order Departnt," he added.
"This idiot," Aaron said in his heart.
Milo dumbfounded. I didn't expect a direct rebuttal from the old man Alec. He then turned towards Elder Paul Lin. His eyes flash with anger.
"Elder Paul Lin, this is the reason why I have called for this eting. I know you have connections in the Rule and Order Departnt. So I don't trust anyone."

The council elders sucked a cold breath of air. The re ntion of "Palace Masters " has raised the tension in the eting.
The old man Alec's eyes flash with a cold glint. He is well aware that it's a ga of the Aristocratic Faction. Yet he didn't expect soone to throw an allegation against his departnt.
"Elder Milo, do you think we are dumb?"
"It's not that your departnt has the support of the Palace Masters. We have Palace Masters as well," Old man Alec said.
Hearing that the neutral elders and the elders on the Head of the organization's side agreed with the statent.
"This idiot, did he co prepared?" Aaron thought.
