Thornflower Hotel
The Supre Wizards then accessed the video footage. It clearly showed the entry of the wandering wizard group, but not the exit. They must have exited the place through a different point.
The hotel manager and staff sighed in relief. They understood they were right; the wandering wizard group had just left the place for so reason.
"This matter is serious. We should discuss this with the higher-ups," the old man said.
"Let's first alert the city guards to stop the entry and exit of people," the old woman added.
Hearing that, the others agreed. The Supre Wizards then left the hotel. Only then did the hotel manager and staff relax. They had been close to death.
Fortunately, the evidence was on their side.
The hotel manager couldn't help but wonder whether his questioning had alerted the group. He recalled their expressions; it was as if they were doubtful of his actions.
Now he understood they were all fooled by the group of wizards.

From MC's Perspective
Several minutes ago,
Inside the Gregor Mansion, the system warning woke up. The warnings were not good. I quickly arrived in front of the control mirror.
Then I saw three Supre Wizards entering the hotel room and looking for us.
A quick gleam flashed in my eyes.
"I was right. They had already marked us. I did the right thing by bringing everyone here," I said in my heart.
The Zero Puppet was still doing its job. Seeing that, I asked the puppet the sa question again. The Zero Puppet replied that it needed ti.
But I felt a sense of urgency. Earlier, I used the system to confirm the presence of the Magic Lord in the city.
I didn't know what he was up to, but it was definitely not good. I walked out of the control mirror.
Patrick, Hank, Otto, and the Vine Monster were there.
"Master, what happened?" Otto asked.
I told them what had happened. Everyone's faces changed.
"What's wrong with this city?"
"Why is every place so different and life-threatening?" Otto asked.
"I'm going to leave the city. If I need help, I will summon you guys." After saying that, I disappeared from the spot.
I appeared back in the hotel room. I wore the mask again to hide my identity. Then, I walked up to the window to check whether there was an opportunity to escape.
My gaze imdiately fell on the weird magic trees. A sense of uneasiness filled my heart, as if the magic trees were alive and knew of my presence.
[Ding! Warning!]
[The 11th Order Thorn Tree Monsters are close to sensing the host.]
The system voice sounded in my mind. My heart skipped a beat. I turned around and left the hotel room in a hurry.
In the blink of an eye, I arrived at the hotel lobby. The manager was not there at this mont, but the staff recognized the masked man.
They imdiately tried to stop .
"Stop!"
"Where are you going?"
I heard the shouts behind . I ignored them, reached the exit gate, and left through it. In the blink of an eye, I reached the main street, ditching them.
The hotel staff looked at each other. If they didn't follow the person, they could face a scolding from the hotel manager and the elders.
They were granted relief earlier, but right now, so of them decided to capture the person. They could tell that the person was not a Supre Wizard.
They knew the appearances of the other two Supre Wizards on the na list. A few of the staff left their hotel to capture the Level-9 Wizard.
A few minutes later,
They saw the Level-9 Wizard's back. He was approaching the City Gate. They gave a fast chase, their bodies moving in mid-air.
[Ding! Warning!]
[The host is being followed by hostile wizards.]
The system voice sounded in my mind. Then I saw a street next to . It was not the ti to hide. If I delayed, others would be alerted.
But if I went to the city gate, the guards would stop . By the ti I could walk away from the place, the people behind would catch up to .
What to do? Then a terrible idea ca to mind. My gaze fell on the 100ft tall city wall.
Swoosh!
The next second, I appeared in mid-air and started darting toward the city wall.
Gasp!
The people on the ground and the hotel staff exclaid in surprise. Apart from vehicles, Wizards were forbidden to fly in the air.
It was breaking the rules here.
"We can't use spell attacks here!"
"It will fall on the city."
The hotel staff and the locals were afraid. They could tell that the criminal was trying to flee.
Buzz!
At the sa ti, the weird magic thorn trees sensed that soone was breaking the rule. They didn't act yet.
For this minor cri, the City Lord wouldn't intervene. But everything was under his watch. He wanted to see what the guards were going to do next.
Magic Lord Johan sensed that the criminal was not a Supre Wizard. He would soon be caught by the others. Then his fate would be the sa; he would beco a sacrifice for the magic trees.
On the other hand, the City Guards on the ground were shocked. They went after the criminal. They, too, knew the risk of using magic spells here.
At the sa ti, there were Supre Wizards at the city gate. They noticed the situation as well. Seeing that the criminal was not a Supre Wizard, they didn't move.
It was sothing beneath them, so they let the city guards capture the person. It was not the first ti sothing like this had happened.
There were incidents from ti to ti, but those people were undoubtedly captured and handed over to the city officials.
Later, their whereabouts were unknown. It was going to be the sa fate for the person this ti.
So, the Supre Wizards watched the show.
