"Alright, that’s enough." Li Nuanzi noticed that the situation was escalating way too much and intervened imdiately. She knew how crazy her cousin was when it ca to Shao Xia, and honestly, she wanted to know what exactly made his cousin wrap himself around Shao Xia’s little finger. No matter what, he should at least see where he was before making a fuss. She glared at the r and then turned to look at Shao Xia. "You should deal with this. Since he is just soone you slept with, you should clear the air with him lest he cause trouble for you and soone else."
Though she knew that the one at fault was likely Shao Xia, Li Nuanzi also knew that there was no point in talking sense about it with her brother. That stupid r was bewitched by Shao Xia and wouldn’t listen to a thing that she had to say, even if Li Nuanzi were to prove that the r was being cheated.
If he had enough brain cells to rub together, then possibly her aunt would not have chosen her as the deputy chief of the tribe; it was all because this r was an idiot and her aunt was worried that he would sell the tribe off for pennies that she picked her.
Sighing, she turned her attention to Hong Xiao and said to him, "Take him around the tribe."
At the sa ti, Shao Xia pulled Bai Mumu to one side and tried to reason with him, "You cannot just attack soone from another tribe. I am just being a good host and nothing else. You know that these are my friends, and there is nothing wrong with showing them around. Is there?"
"Friends? Shao Xia, do you think that I am a fool? That r clearly takes you as his partner, and you are telling that he is just your friend?" Bai Mumu was truly upset. He glared at the woman in front of him and said to her, "If you are going to act dishonestly, then at least have the sha to admit it. You just wanted to find a place to stay and nothing else. You think I am without a brain, that I cannot even understand sothing so simple. Clearly, you wanted nothing more than a place where you could eat and drink for free and be safe!"
Bai Mumu was not like the rest of the rs who blindly trusted Shao Xia. He did admire her; that was the truth, but his admiration was not without rationality.
After he saw Shao Xia with Li Rong, he naturally understood that the woman was thinking about jumping tribes and was ambitious enough to abandon him. Now, the only good thing about this was that he was not pregnant, or else he would have been ruined by this woman. He was still young and could find a partner, but if he got pregnant and this woman abandoned him, then there was a very good chance that he would have died.
No woman would have accepted him with a child, and a r’s cycle was longer than that of a woman. If he got pregnant and Shao Xia abandoned him, who would have fed him? He would have starved to death!
This woman was vicious. How could she make promises like raising a child and whatnot when she was already determined to leave him? She could have simply told him that she had no intentions of such, or at least told him that she did not want a child at the mont.

He glared at her and stated word by word, "You will definitely suffer the consequences. I don’t know what is going on in your mind, Shao Xia. But one day you will suffer due to your own wild ambitions, and I promise you that."
Bai Mumu then turned around on his feet and headed back to his cave. He was not going to waste another minute with this woman. It was bad enough that he had beco the joke of the tribe after being abandoned like this; the last thing he needed was to beg this woman to keep him in her life. He would rather cut his tongue off!
Shao Xia watched the r leave and gritted her teeth. She was quite glad that the r had left her alone without causing her any more trouble, but at the sa ti, she hated the very fact that the r walked on her with that sass and attitude. In her mind, Bai Mumu was supposed to beg her!
Bai Mumu and Xie Daiyu, the two of them are cut from the sa piece of beast skin; their arrogance simply knows no bounds!
Shao Xia got what she wanted, but at the sa ti, she was not happy with the turn of events.
Li Nuanzi also noticed their little scuffle and curled her lips in disdain. She had to admit that she had seen countless shaless people, but she had never seen soone as shaless as Shao Xia. She was the one who wanted to use Bai Mumu and she got what she wanted in the end, but instead of admitting that she had done sothing wrong, she wanted the r to regret and beg her.
Her cousin wanted to imprint on a woman like this. Li Nuanzi wondered if this r would suffer in the long run. She shook her head and turned to look at the tribe and its people. Though most of the tribe’s people were wary of them, they still didn’t show any kind of hostility towards them. She wondered how soone like Shao Xia could even beco a part of this tribe, soone who was this shaless and traitorous. How could she be a part of such a decent tribe?
Li Nuanzi nodded and smiled at the people to express that she was not a threat. Of course, it was not well received at all, as so rs pulled their kids inside the caves.
