Seeing that the Aurors from Britain had all skillfully taken their seats, Andre now felt like a country bumpkin who had never seen the world, so he quickly stepped forward and sat down at the head of the conference table.

At this ti, Andre, Alan, Hog, Alia, Moody, Newt, and Kettleburn were seated in order at the head of the conference table, with the German Aurors and British Aurors sitting on either side.

Alan, seeing that everyone was seated, turned his head and said, "Hog, everyone is here. Let's start when you're ready."

"Yes, sir." Hog responded, then ostentatiously pushed up the glasses on his nose. "Hello everyone, we are about to begin the first phase of the operational eting. I am your host, Hog. This operation will be jointly conducted by the German and British Departnts of Magical Law Enforcent. The code na for this operation is 'Concentric Circles'!"

The mont Hog opened his mouth to speak, everyone on the German side, including Andre, was stunned. What was going on? Why could a dog talk? Andre was also a bit bewildered at this mont. They were actually listening to a dog chairing their eting. He swore that if he told his friends about this, no one would believe him, and he might even be ridiculed by everyone. His subordinates also cast questioning glances at him, as they had no idea what they were there for before they arrived.

However, Andre noticed that the British Aurors next to him showed no unusual reactions, so he gave everyone around him a reassuring look. He didn't want to appear as if he had never seen the world and make a fool of himself in front of the British.

Hog was truly different from before. Due to Alan's increasing influence, his identity was no secret in Britain, especially among the Ministry of Magic's high-ranking officials, which was why he dared to speak so openly now.

Seeing that no one around showed any unusual reactions, Hog continued, "At the sa ti, since this operation will involve a large amount of international classified information, for safety reasons and to protect intelligence from the German Ministry of Magic from leaking, everyone is now required to sign a confidentiality agreent."

With that, Hog waved his hand, and parchnt and quills appeared in front of everyone.

Andre quickly scanned the contents of the magic contract and found that it only bound all signatories not to spread any information they heard related to the German Ministry of Magic or the Silver Spears. Upon seeing this contract, Andre's heart ward slightly. He could tell that this act was to protect the German magical world. After all, everyone might soon learn about so scandals within the Ministry of Magic, and if those British Aurors spread them around, they would lose face completely. So, when Andre's subordinates cast inquiring glances at him, Andre imdiately responded with a positive nod.

However, Alan's original intention did not actually consider this aspect. The reason he wanted to sign a confidentiality agreent was because he feared there might be spies among the people Andre brought, and he wanted to prevent them from leaking secrets. But no matter what everyone was thinking at the mont, they all signed the contract very readily, as the restrictive clauses on it were not harsh; it was rely about not leaking secrets.

After completing the contract, Hog began the formal content. "First, I will inform everyone of the operational objectives of the Concentric Circles operation. There are three predetermined targets for this operation, all of which are magical animal breeding bases under the Silver Spears organization. Our goal is to destroy all three of these bases, seize the magical animals within them, and capture all the wizards inside."

"You've already found out the number of their bases. Your efficiency is quite fast." Alia looked at Alan with so surprise; she had only just learned this information herself.

"Just good luck. However, the internal situation of the two other bases is still unclear, so we can only use the first target as a reference for now." Alan humbly replied, then motioned for Hog to continue.

Hog nodded slightly, then opened the manual in front of him. "Now I will first inform everyone of the intelligence we have gathered so far."

With that, Hog raised a hand and pointed, and the sand table in front of everyone slowly lit up, revealing a miniature model of No. 1 Park.

"What you are seeing now is the No. 1 Park model. This is the base we understand most thoroughly, and it is also the first target of the Concentric Circles operation. This park is located east of Cologne, West Germany, covering an area of approximately 300 acres. The entire base is laid out in a circular pattern, with 64 human buildings and 240 magical animal sheds. Among these, there are 22 staff dormitories..."

Hog reported the relevant information to everyone as if he were giving a presentation to a leader, and as he continuously narrated, the areas he pointed to on the sand table would be highlighted. Therefore, although none of the people present had personally visited that park, they could easily figure out where everything was.

At this mont, everyone looking at the central sand table had a stunned expression. Of course, so were awed by the scale of this park, so were surprised by the impressive effect of the sand table, and others were amazed that Alan had not only discovered the locations of the three bases but also figured out their internal situations. Among them, Andre was the most shocked. He was the type who accounted for all three. His mouth hadn't closed since Hog activated the central sand table.

"Hey, ape, stop looking so uncultured. Do you know what professionalism is? This is professionalism." Moody, listening to the report, couldn't help but tease Andre, who was wide-eyed.

In fact, Moody and the others were also seeing Alan produce sothing like this for the first ti, but they had more contact with Alan, so they were ntally prepared when he brought out strange things, unlike Andre, who seed like a country bumpkin who had never seen the world compared to Moody and the others.

"Hmph, does interrupting soone's report make you polite? You crippled old man!" A sowhat annoyed Andre glared fiercely at Moody.

At this mont, Hog, as the eting host, also glanced at Moody. "Please do not interrupt casually, Captain Moody. We haven't even started the main topic yet."

Finding himself being lectured by a dog, Moody couldn't help but roll his eyes, then tightly shut his mouth. However, this small interlude also caused a burst of suppressed laughter among those around him.

"Silence, please!" Hog appeared quite authoritative while chairing the eting. "Next, I will inform everyone about the personnel and magical animals within the park."

Upon hearing Hog's warning, everyone imdiately shut their mouths, like elentary school students seeing their horoom teacher.

"After detailed screening, we have now determined that out of the 240 sheds or animal pens for magical animals within the entire park, 153 contain magical animals. Each unit's shed houses between 1 and 8 magical animals, with the total number of these animals being around 300 to 350. Among the more dangerous magical animals, we know there are at least 8 dragons, two chiras, one griffin, and 4 nundus..."

As Hog continuously reported the intelligence on these magical animals, the wizards, who had just returned to silence, once again showed expressions of surprise. Hagrid and Kettleburn, in particular, showed expressions of indignation. So many young darlings confined in such a small space—these people were simply scumbags!

Hog did not stop his reporting speed at this ti. "As for the personnel configuration in No. 1 Park, we can confirm that there are currently 213 people in this base, including 117 wizards and 96 Muggles. Among these Muggles, 36 are responsible for base security, 35 for daily maintenance, 25 are dical wizards, and there are 21 wizards as mobile personnel!"

"What? There are over two hundred people in here?"

"Are you kidding ? How can this park even have Muggles?"

"Are you not joking? Can we, with so few people, deal with them? And capture all of them?"

"Are you sure this place is a breeding park and not a wizard village?"

"Are these over two hundred people all enemies? All criminals? German prisons aren't big enough to hold so many people!"

"Did you just say there are two other similar parks? So that would make it five or six hundred people in total. Are they really all criminals?"

Previously, when Hog was reporting on the magical animals, everyone was only relatively surprised. Now, upon learning that there were so many people inside the base, everyone beca restless.

Including the supporting Aurors from Britain, everyone raised questions, and so even began to doubt the legality of this operation. Who knew if Alan and the others were telling the truth about the opponents being the Silver Spears?

If they were facing a dozen or a few dozen people, they could still say they were fighting cri. But now, they were to face hundreds of people at once. What if they beca criminals after the operation? And it was still questionable whether their few dozen people could even deal with so many wizards.

Even Alia and Andre cast questioning glances at Alan, especially Andre, who had previously heard that this place was for training wizard armies. So, when he first learned that they would be dealing with over two hundred people, he didn't raise any objections. However, according to the report, it seed that many of them were civilian wizards responsible for daily services, and there were nearly a hundred Muggles among them. Was it really okay for them to raid such a base? They didn't want these people to turn around and sue them. After all, with such a large number of people, paper couldn't wrap fire, and they couldn't possibly kill all these people to silence them.

"Silence!" Alan imdiately stood up. "I know you are all wondering why there are so many people in this park and about their identities."

Everyone nodded in agreent. This was no joke; as official Aurors, they needed a legitimate reason to act against hundreds of people. Otherwise, what distinguished them from criminals? In Britain, a conflict between over a hundred wizards could even be called a war.
