Ōhira looked at Goshiki in front of him and shook his head, his expression filled with helplessness. The match coming next would require all of them to work together. Although they made it into the finals every year, they still needed to keep working hard and could not give up easily.
"Keep working hard."
When Kenjiro walked past Goshiki, he could not help reaching out and patting him on the shoulder. After that, he walked onto the volleyball court with an indifferent expression.
"I'll definitely prove it to Ushijima!"
"I'm the future ace of Shiratorizawa!"
Goshiki suddenly shouted, then imdiately walked onto the court as well. As Shiratorizawa entered the volleyball court, the entire venue instantly beca lively. Many of the players watching from the sidelines imdiately beca interested. Unless sothing unexpected happened next, most of the fans in the venue would probably be from Shiratorizawa.
"Let's go in too."
After Hank saw that the small episode had ended, he spoke to the Aoba Johsai team beside him. Next, they were about to face Shiratorizawa, currently the strongest team in Miyagi Prefecture. They had to go all out. Relying on his individual ability alone probably would not be enough to win this match.
He also needed help from his teammates.
"Of course."
Oikawa put an arm around Hank, a confident smile appearing on his face. Imdiately afterward, the mbers wearing Aoba Johsai's uniforms appeared on the court. The mont they had just stepped in, they were stunned by the scene before them.
The spectator stands in front of them were actually packed with people. Everyone was waiting for them to enter, and all around the court, massive caras had been set up to record the entire match.
Just one glance was enough to make the match feel incredibly official. This was a match with real weight behind it: a best-of-five, first-to-three-sets final.
If they wanted to take down Shiratorizawa next, they had to win three sets first.
Otherwise, even a team as strong as Aoba Johsai would be eliminated. No one would disagree with that.
"The finals court. Looks like this is the place we'll have to fight from here on out."
Oikawa could hardly hide the excitent on his face. Being able to display his talent on a court like this was sothing he had dread of, and now he had already made it here. The feeling was almost intoxicating.
However, the spectators around them began discussing the match. Many of them were locals from Miyagi Prefecture, so they understood the difference in strength between Aoba Johsai and Shiratorizawa very clearly.
"As expected, Aoba Johsai and Shiratorizawa made it all the way to the final. But even if they're both powerhouse teams in Miyagi Prefecture, if you really compare them… Shiratorizawa is still stronger!"
"Yeah. Even if that Hank from Aoba Johsai is strong, there's still no comparison when you put them against Shiratorizawa, whose overall strength is above Aoba Johsai's."
"This is the huge gap in strength. You can already see how big the difference between the two clubs really is."
