That required more than simply having an outstanding jump. It required a top-tier vertical jump.
"That guy really is a monster. His reputation for elite jumping power is absolutely deserved."
When Satori Tendō saw that Hank had actually managed to stop the ball that way, his expression changed drastically. Cold sweat even began to bead on his forehead. A terrifying vertical like that was sothing he never would have imagined before.
It had definitely reached a world-class level.
"Was that luck?"
Wakatoshi Ushijima spoke calmly. He also found it sowhat hard to believe that Hank could casually jump to such a height. It truly felt a little unreal.
The fact that Hank could jump so high was simply incredible.
"That was already the second touch. I've got it!"
After seeing that Hank had managed to receive it, Toru Oikawa ignored the stunned expressions on every player around him and sprinted straight toward the direction of Hank's pass. This ball already counted as their team's second touch on the court.
Next, they had to send it over, or they would look far too sloppy.
"It's coming!"
Kenjiro watched the ball that was about to co over and had already prepared to block. But he never expected that Oikawa would use a feint and directly drop the ball onto the court in front of him. Without question, that point was awarded to Aoba Johsai.
"Ushiwaka's getting a little angry now. Looks like we'll have to push straight through from here."
Oikawa glanced at Ushijima, who was already starting to look sowhat angry, and made up his mind. Next, they had to settle this quickly. At the very least, they had to take the first set first.

Aoba Johsai had 16 points. Shiratorizawa had 15 points.
Aoba Johsai now held a slight lead. And after Oikawa's point, it was Hank's turn to serve.
Bang, bang, bang!
After the match official beside them blew the whistle, the entire court instantly fell completely silent. Almost everyone's gaze was now fixed on Hank. After a crisp, clear impact rang out, the ball shot directly into the opponent's court like a cannonball.
"This guy's serve is that stable too!"
When Tsutomu Goshiki, standing in the back row, tried to receive Hank's serve, he suddenly felt a sharp pain shoot through his wrist, as if soone had smashed it with a hamr. That alone proved just how much power Hank possessed.
Without question, he was a heavy-cannon type outside hitter.
This was the first ti they had ever encountered a situation like this.
Two super aces were facing each other in a match. No matter what happened between them, it would make the entire venue erupt into cheers.
"It's not just his receiving, or his serving. This guy is powerful in every area! Looks like Aoba Johsai really went all in this ti."
"I hope they can win from here. Otherwise, this might turn into another deadlocked match!"
"Hank's na is probably going to be rembered by a lot of people!"
