Garion stepped fully through the Demon Gate.

The mont his foot touched the other side, the air changed.

It felt heavy and thick.

Every breath carried a strange pressure that pushed against his skin, but it did nothing more than make him aware of it.

He looked around slowly.

The land was exactly what most people would imagine when they heard the word demonic.

The ground was black and cracked, like burned stone that never cooled down.

Red lines of glowing heat ran through the earth, pulsing faintly.

There were no trees. No grass. Just jagged rocks, broken terrain, and a dark sky that never fully brightened.

Garion let out a quiet hum. "Yeah. This looks about right."

He rolled his shoulders once, feeling his body adjust on its own.

Before he could take another step, a voice echoed through the empty land.

"Who are you?"

Garion stopped and turned toward the sound.

Two figures were standing on a higher rock formation not far away.

They looked humanoid, but only at first glance.

One had deep red skin, the color of dried blood.

The other was blue, dark, and cold like deep water.

Both had horns curling from their heads, shaped like thick goat horns, rough and ridged.

Large bat-like wings stretched from their backs, folded neatly for now.

Their eyes glowed faintly as they stared at him.

Garion tilted his head. "Demons?"

The two demons stiffened.

"A human?" the red-skinned one said, clearly shocked. "How can a human be here?"

The blue-skinned demon narrowed his eyes. "You should not be able to survive this place."

Garion raised an eyebrow. "You don’t know about the gate?"

The demons exchanged a quick glance.

"A gate?" the blue one repeated. "So that’s how you got here."

The red demon’s lips curled into a grin. "No wonder."

He stepped forward, wings spreading slightly. "If you can walk in here like this, you must be strong enough to resist the demonic mana."

Garion shrugged. "I guess."

The red demon licked his lips slowly. "It has been a very long ti since we tasted human at."

The blue demon chuckled softly. "Fresh, living humans don’t co here anymore."

Garion stared at them for a mont.

Then he laughed.

"You know," he said casually, cracking his neck, "you guys really shouldn’t say things like that out loud."

The demons frowned.

"Why?" the red one asked.

Garion smiled, slow and calm. "Because I feel the sa way."

The demons paused.

Garion continued, his tone almost cheerful. "I just found two fresh demons. Perfect timing."

He looked them up and down like items on a shelf. "Good enough to beco my new cadavers."

The blue demon blinked. "Cadavers?"

The red demon scowled. "What the hell is this human talking about?"

They didn’t bother thinking any further.

"Enough talking," the red demon snarled. "Kill him."

Both of them lunged forward at the sa ti, wings snapping open as demonic mana burst from their bodies.

Garion didn’t move.

He didn’t dodge.

He didn’t raise his hands.

The mont the demons crossed a certain distance, their bodies slamd down into the ground.

BOOM.

The earth shattered beneath them as if sothing invisible had crushed them from above.

"What the hell?!" the blue demon shouted, his limbs shaking as he struggled to move.

The red demon growled, muscles bulging. "I can’t move!"

Garion looked down at them, hands still in his pockets.

"It’s my domain," he said simply.

Both demons froze.

"A domain?" the red one spat. "That’s impossible! No domain should be this strong!"

Garion tilted his head slightly. "That’s because I’m not using a normal one."

The blue demon gritted his teeth. "Then what are you?"

Garion smiled wider. "I’m just ."

The red demon cursed loudly. "Damn it, you bastard!"

They roared together and forced their mana outward.

The red demon’s body ignited, flas rolling off his arms as he thrust his hands forward.

The blue demon followed, icy power surging as sharp frost and cold air blasted toward Garion.

The attacks didn’t even reach him.

The flas were flattened, crushed into sparks before vanishing.

The ice shattered into mist and disappeared.

Garion watched it all like he was observing an experint.

"I already told you," he said calmly. "Nothing works inside my domain."

He stepped closer, his shadow falling over them.

"Now it’s my turn."

He tapped his chin, pretending to think. "But I want your bodies in good condition."

The two demons froze.

Garion’s eyes lit up slightly. "Ah. Got it."

The red demon struggled harder. "Don’t listen to him! Kill him first!"

The blue demon snarled and forced more demonic mana out of his body. "Move! Just move!"

Garion sighed. "You’re really loud for people who can’t even stand."

He stepped forward in one smooth motion.

Before either demon could react, Garion slipped behind them.

His arms shot out.

He hooked the red demon’s neck under his right armpit and the blue demon’s neck under his left, pulling them both close.

The demons’ eyes widened.

"Wait!"

"Let go!"

They thrashed wildly. Wings flapped. Claws swung back blindly.

Demonic mana burst out in ssy waves.

Flas exploded from the red demon’s body, licking at Garion’s arms.

Ice surged from the blue demon, frost spreading across Garion’s shoulders.

None of it worked.

The flas were crushed flat the mont they touched his skin.

The ice cracked and fell apart before it could even freeze him.

Garion didn’t even flinch.

The demons gasped as pressure wrapped around their necks.

"I told you," Garion continued, voice steady, "nothing works in my domain."

He adjusted his stance, feet planted firmly, arms locked in place.

"Let’s keep it clean."

The demons struggled one last ti.

"Damn human!"

"You monster!"

Garion smirked.

[Neckbreaker]

There was a sharp, clean snap.

Then another.

Both bodies went limp at the sa ti.

Garion released them, and the two demons collapsed to the ground without a sound.

He looked down at them, nodded once, and stretched his arms.

"Good," he said to himself. "Fresh. Minimal damage."

He glanced deeper into the demonic land.

"Alright," Garion muttered. "Let’s see what else this place has to offer."
