"Thank you." She smiled softly, her voice very low and gentle like the wind, "I’ll be more careful in the future."
He suddenly smiled too, but it was a very faint smile, yet it didn’t lose any of his elegance or charm, instantly adding a touch of tenderness.
Clunk, as she watched the smile rise on his face, her heart skipped a beat. That smile instantly lted into her heart, finding a place there without her even noticing, even Xia Qingqian herself was unaware.
She stared blankly at Beitang Yao, unable to utter a word.
"What are you staring at?! Haven’t seen a handso guy smile before?" Beitang Yao glared at her angrily, quickly restraining his smile as he left the tea room.
His humorous words made Xia Qingqian feel as if her whole being swayed, in a daze.
After accompanying her for dinner, Beitang Yao sat for a while and then left. Ye Feng followed suit; at this ti, there were still many things waiting for him to handle, moreover, no matter what, he would not relent on the matter of Xia Qingqian being kidnapped!
As she watched Beitang Yao leave, she stepped forward, anxiously asking regardless of status, "Young Master, it’s so late, where are you going?"

"Stay at ho and don’t go anywhere!" His affairs were not for her to intervene, and of course, he would pay attention to safety. However, in this world, only he could harm others; no one could harm him in the slightest bit!
If Ye Feng went along too, the villa would only be left with the elderly Uncle Quan and the unard Maria; they simply had no ability to ensure Xia Qingqian’s safety, so Beitang Yao assigned ten bodyguards to guard the villa in all directions and activated pinhole caras.
Any slight movent would be monitored clearly.
After issuing these instructions, Beitang Yao ordered Maria to move into Xia Qingqian’s room tonight, to stay in the side room and watch over her.
Xia Qingqian felt warmth in her heart as she listened, and after watching Beitang Yao’s car leave, she turned around under Uncle Quan’s aningful laughter, smiled awkwardly, stepped forward a few steps, and helped Uncle Quan back to the hall.
"Girl, do you believe it now? No matter how cold the Young Master’s words may be, his heart is not like that. The Beitang Family’s people have cold exteriors but passionate hearts; once they set their heart on soone, it’s a lifelong thing." Uncle Quan chuckled, relishing the subtle relationship between Beitang Yao and Xia Qingqian.
"Uncle Quan, you misunderstand." Xia Qingqian shook her head with a self-aware smile, "The relationship between the Young Master and is not what you think. I have never thought about falling in love with the Young Master. I just hope everyone can peacefully go through each day."
Being free from illness and pain is happiness in life; health is the foundation for everything else. To her, anything else is a luxury.
Moreover, the Young Master lives in a world admired by everyone, not one she, an ordinary person, could aspire to.
