"What about ?"
Mu Yichen was still leaning against the wall, frowning as he asked her softly.
"You, a strong big man, of course, can sleep on your own!"
Qin Mu deliberately played dumb.
"Hmph! A strong man can sleep alone? Didn’t I tell you that if a man is too healthy, he needs his woman to warm the bed every night?"
Mu Yichen helpfully reminded her.
Hearing his deep voice, Qin Mu knew he was unhappy. She walked forward, wrapped her arms around his slim waist, and looked up at him coyly.
"Just for these few days! You know that a pregnant woman can’t manage alone in the last days. Even just turning over is hard. Rember when I was pregnant with Chengcheng?"
Qin Mu appealed to his emotions.
"But when you were pregnant with Huanshuan, there was no one else around!"
Mu Yichen looked down at her, knowing she was trying to coax him, fully aware he had to agree, yet he was still displeased.
Honestly, although he wished Qin Mu would be a bit more pampered so he could have more chances to care for her, he still didn’t like won being too pampered.

Mu Yichen stayed silent, just staring at her deeply. He knew when she blinked, she was lying.

Qin Mu replied.
It wasn’t that hard to avoid soone if you set your mind to it.

Qin Mu suspected Jian Yan wasn’t avoiding Xiao Wei. Could it be her?
But she was far away in Rongcheng.
A sudden pang in her heart.
Alone in the room, Mu Yichen couldn’t sleep and felt miserable all night, so the next morning, he blocked Qin Mu in the bathroom when she was getting ready.

Although he still had so reservations in his heart and used so tricks to avoid awkwardness, he wouldn’t back down at all in his words.
Eventually, Qin Mu got angry too. After being lifted onto the bathroom counter by him, not caring about the foam in her mouth, she cupped his face and kissed him.
At first, Mu Yichen was still unhappy, but once the foam from her mouth got on him, in a matter of seconds, he beca assertive again, teasing her lips with his tongue.
