"Why am I this mad and still helping you hide it? Why is it you get hurt for another woman, and I’m the one suffering?"
Qin Mu yelled at him, but he only responded with a smile.
"Because you’re the woman I love most!"
That light little sentence stuffed Qin Mu so full she couldn’t squeeze out another word.
All she could do was glare at him. After glaring enough, she turned and walked to the bed, sat at the foot, lowered her head, and sulked.
Mu Yichen was still leaning against the door, watching her fu so gloomily. He’d be lying if he said his heart didn’t ache, but he was also a little helpless.
"You use just one word and block to death. Don’t you think you’re going too far?"
Qin Mu was still angry when he suddenly sat down beside her. She turned her head, slanting him a look as she asked, her gaze a bit sharp.
"Mrs. Mu’s temper has been a bit big these past few days, but I know it’s all because you feel bad for , right?"
Mu Yichen suddenly grabbed one of her hands, gripping it so tightly that Qin Mu didn’t even have the slightest chance to struggle.
Qin Mu lowered her eyes to look at the hand he was holding, then silently shifted her gaze away.
Yes!
She did feel bad!
She had never seen him this badly hurt before, and it was over so completely irrelevant person.
But that wasn’t all. She really was just fed up.
"Don’t be mad anymore. Worst case, whatever you want to do, I’ll do it, okay?"
"If I tell you to imitate a gorilla, you’ll do that too?"
Qin Mu turned to look at him. So problems obviously couldn’t be solved in a minute, but this one he could perform imdiately. Her sharp, clever eyes locked onto him.
"Well... I haven’t learned that one yet, but I can pick it up on the spot. Is it like this?"
Mu Yichen said as he stretched his mouth into a grin and made a weird face. Qin Mu instantly burst out laughing. "Idiot!"
That soft little "idiot" made Mu Yichen feel a lot better. He grabbed her hand again. "I’m going to love you now!"
Mu Yichen suddenly murmured low in her ear. Qin Mu thought she’d misheard, but when she turned her head, he had already pushed her down beneath him.
"You’re practically a level-two disabled person now, and you still think you can move faster than ?"
Lying under his body, Qin Mu said weakly, lifting her hand to gently stroke his forehead. "Sigh! What am I supposed to do with you?"
Mu Yichen kissed her lightly, and a hint of devilishness suddenly flashed in his gentle eyes.
He used to say this line to her all the ti.
Now, the roles were reversed.
"From now on, you’re not allowed to play tricks to get to go to your office."
"Mm."
"And you’re not allowed to deliberately make look bad in front of the elders."

"Mm! Mrs. Mu, you’ve got so many demands today. Now... can your husband eat you?"
Mu Yichen narrowed his dark eyes at her as he asked.
"It should be who gets to eat you now."
Qin Mu was still cupping his face. After hearing her words, Mu Yichen instinctively cooperated, and Qin Mu easily swung a leg over and straddled him.
Even though her mood had swung back and forth, it was still a beautiful ti and a lovely night.

In Feng Fanghua and Mu Zihao’s bedroom.

Feng Fanghua ca out of the bathroom wiping her hands, asking her husband, who was putting on his clothes.
"Really? I don’t think so."
Mu Zihao frowned, trying to recall how Qin Mu had behaved these two days, and asked back.
"How could you not? Didn’t you hear her yelling at Huanhuan? And not just once or twice."
Feng Fanghua looked at Mu Zihao, a little displeased, thinking how co it seed like she was the only one in the whole family who’d noticed?
"She did raise her voice at Huanhuan a few tis, but Huanhuan has been a bit of a handful lately."
Mu Zihao said again, still in that unhurried tone, which only made Feng Fanghua more anxious.
"Hmph! In your hearts, that girl is always so considerate and understanding, and I’m just so shrew. It’s always my problem; how could she possibly have a problem, right?"
Feng Fanghua snorted, then turned and walked out.
After she left, Mu Zihao let out a helpless sigh, though there was a hint of doubt between his brows.
Feng Fanghua had an appointnt with a friend for a spa that morning, so she left right after breakfast.
When Mu Yichen and Qin Mu were about to leave, Mu Zihao stopped them.
"You two, hold on a bit before you go."
The two of them exchanged a look, both puzzled, but still obediently stayed.
After that, the four of them sat in the living room: the old man, Mu Zihao, plus Qin Mu and Mu Yichen.
The old man’s weathered eyes looked at his grandson and granddaughter-in-law, his expression sowhat serious.
Mu Zihao’s eyes, on the other hand, were practically full of curiosity.
"You two tell us yourselves: what on earth is going on?"
