The atmosphere in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom was extrely delicate.
So students were so frightened that they fainted, and seeing Dumbledore appear, they gathered around him, while quite a few seized the opportunity to run towards the door and flee.

Dumbledore slowly spoke, his voice unusually steady as he addressed the little wizard, though his gaze never left the towering, unmoving giant serpent.

He had already determined that this was trouble caused by the little wizard.
Ian closed his eyes, feeling the magic power flowing within him and the tenuous connection. To his surprise, he found that he could indeed sense Jormungandr’s thoughts—a kind of ancient and chaotic consciousness, filled with a primal hunger, and he also had significant control over Jormungandr.

Ian nodded.
"It can communicate and even speak human language."
The little wizard introduced Jormungandr’s situation.
Prompting Jormungandr to roll its eyes.
"I see." Dumbledore’s gaze t Jormungandr’s, suppressing the influence of its rank, and he spoke to Jormungandr with his voice as calm as ever.
"Then, ancient and noble being, why have you appeared here?" The old Headmaster maintained a gentlemanly deanor, although he was ready for battle with his wand in hand—he did not doubt Aurora’s judgnt, as the Grindelwald family always seed to know what others did not.

And then Jormungandr spoke again.
"The magic power you gave is insufficient; I need more magic power." The giant serpent opened its mouth, revealing sharp, white fangs, but instead of a hiss, it produced a voice as deep as thunder.
One has to admit.
This world-devouring serpent indeed speaks little but seems intent on devouring sothing upon arrival, its tone filled with disdain for Dumbledore.
How can I say this?
It’s not hard to understand; as a mythical being, even the usual legends seem trivial to it. This serpent was now only concerned about whom Ian summoned it to deal with.
Its serpentine eyes constantly shifted between Aurora and Dumbledore.
A look of confusion crossed them.
And then impatience, as if contemplating whether swallowing both would be a better idea—this startled Ian so much, his keen insight and perception noticed this.
"It’s fine, it’s fine, it was all an accident. There’s no need to eat anyone for now." Ian gulped, trying to sever his connection with the giant serpent to avoid any mishaps.

In Jormungandr’s puzzled expression, its body began to turn translucent, its dark scales gradually transforming into wisps of black mist, eventually all being drawn into Ian’s wand.
The little wizard’s trembling did nothing to affect the speed at which the black mist entered. This was clearly unlike the usual scene where a serpent summoned by "Black Snake Erges from the Hole" would vanish after the withdrawal of magical support.
"Still, it’s good, it’s good, no bigger troubles were stirred." Ian looked up at the destroyed classroom ceiling. After the giant serpent’s disappearance, the broken ceiling was particularly evident. This wasn’t a major issue; repairs and patching were routine for Hogwarts Castle, and hopefully, Hogwart would not mind it.
