"Alright."

Ian also walked back.

Everyone focused intently. Sunlight slanted through the high windows, casting golden beams on the oak floor, with tiny dust particles floating slowly in the light.

"This ti it’s Ian’s turn to demonstrate ’Black Snake Erges from the Hole.’" Aurora announced in Lockhart’s signature flamboyant tone, her blue eyes shimring with caution under her blonde hair.

Although maintaining a perfect disguise, Ian noticed that her fingers gripping the magic wand were slightly white.

"What kind of snake do you think Ian will summon?"

A short boy asked eagerly, his eyes sparkling with expectation.

"Maybe a cobra, that thing is poisonous!" his companion replied.

"In my opinion, it could be a python, thick and long, just thinking about it is scary." another voice ca from the corner; it was Michael, who had an obsession with large creatures.

"Why not a delicate beauty serpent with succubus blood?" Soone else speculated wildly at this ti, clearly having read many prohibited books.

Aurora slightly turned her head, her ears catching the students’ discussions. Although maintaining the seriousness a professor should have, Ian keenly noticed that she was also sowhat nervous.

"Ready, professor?"

Ian carefully asked.

Aurora took a deep breath, raised her wand in a defensive stance.

"Ready at any ti." She adjusted her mindset, full of fighting spirit, body slightly leaning forward, ready to counterattack, eyes fixed on the magic wand in Ian’s hand.

Compared to this.

Ian seed quite relaxed.

But still had to perform his role.

"Black Snake Erges from the Hole!"

Ian shook his magic wand, pretending to recite the incantation; after all, one must act it out fully, not doing so would highlight his earlier casting of the Avada Kedavra spell as deliberate.

Details!

Details are crucial!

"Professor! Be careful!" Along with the controlled input of Ian’s magic power, a small amount injected into the wand, in an instant, the tip of the wand exploded with brilliant light.

The light was more dazzling than the noonday sun, causing everyone to squint their eyes.

"Hmm?"

Ian realized sothing was wrong after the wand reacted.

There was genuine confusion in his voice. Then, with a "boom," there was a trendous noise; the classroom ceiling was forcefully broken by a great power.

Dust and bricks fell from the ceiling with a rustle.

"My rlin!"

Michael scread and crouched down with his head in his arms.

His reaction was the sa as most little wizards; the classmates were all terrified—no way, as a giant serpent almost filled up the entire Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom!

This was supposed to be a magically expanded space, like a small Quidditch pitch, yet it was completely occupied by a giant serpent as if to cover the sky and blot out the sun!

It was a pitch-black giant shadow, its scales gleaming with a tallic cold light, each as big as a human head, and the snake’s head so large that one could believe it could swallow a giant dragon whole!

And when the serpent lowered its head, looked down on the ground, the air in the entire classroom seed sucked dry, none of the little wizards dared to scream or move.

The giant serpent’s golden vertical pupils were like two cold full moons, reflecting the humans below like tiny ants; it glanced at Qiu Zhang, and Qiu Zhang imdiately fainted with her eyes rolling back.

It’s not Qiu Zhang being timid.

But the giant serpent carried a terrifying aura.

The fierce oppression made the hearts of all the little wizards in the classroom tremble. Michael and William, his two roommates, were already stiff like two statues.

They were counted as brave enough; other students either went weak on the ground or clung to the walls trembling, so even began to weep silently.

"Uh..."

Ian looked up and locked eyes with the giant creature he summoned.

He swore.

He really hadn’t input that much magic power.

The giant serpent seed to feel the fear of those below, it raised its huge head and let out a deafening roar. The roar seed filled with endless anger and majesty, making the entire classroom tremble, the glass on the windows shattered, and the shards flew everywhere, appearing extrely formidable.

"Damn! Ian! What magic are you using!" Even Aurora, who was prepared, was truly stunned, caring little about the role she was playing.

The German girl suspected Ian was up to sothing again.

"This is really Black Snake Erges from the Hole, you must believe ." Ian sweated nervously, not because he lost control of the giant serpent, but because the classroom was wrecked, making him feel guilty.

And just at this mont.

"Who to eat?"

The giant serpent actually spoke towards Ian.

"!!"

Ian was greatly surprised.

"This black snake can talk!" He hadn’t anticipated his "Black Snake Erges from the Hole" would have this effect; surely, such a scenario couldn’t be found in historical records.

"You still call this a black snake?"

Aurora didn’t dare to raise her wand, because she had recognized the snake, though its size looked much smaller, she was sure it was a figure she had seen in a prophecy.

She wanted to warn Ian about the seriousness of the situation—and just at this mont, suddenly, a figure flashed into the classroom; it was Albus Dumbledore’s figure.

In Hogwarts.

The old headmaster had even used Apparition, forbidden by magic.

Could imagine.

What kind of danger he had sensed.

"What is this?"

The old headmaster holding the Elder Wand, with his hands hanging in front of him, didn’t attack but turned to the perpetrator, feeling Ian’s magic power on the giant serpent.

"Uh... a sowhat bigger black snake?"

Ian spoke with an uncertain tone.

"Black snake?"

Dumbledore was stunned for a mont by these words.

He had a strange expression.

"It’s Jormungandr! The ’World Serpent’ of Northern European mythology!"

Aurora suddenly chid in, her voice raised by eight degrees, correcting Ian’s description. This not only shocked the old headmaster but also made Ian involuntarily swallow hard.

The young wizard looked down at his trembling magic wand.

In his mind,

he couldn’t help recalling when he was in the Room of Requirent, using the wand to ’loan’ power—though delayed, it seed the wand truly responded?

Uh.

Hope it’s not a high interest loan!
