As soon as the main brain finished speaking, a drone flew to a position five ters in front of Sun Hang, hovering in mid-air.

However, Sun Hang believed that the convenience store owner would most likely not disclose the fact that he is a Mysterious Creature Hunter to Lin Lun and the gang leaders loyal to Lin Lun.
The reason is simple; if Sun Hang were in the convenience store owner's shoes, having completely ssed up events, knowing that any efforts of redemption would be in vain to save himself, directly spreading "a hunter is investigating in Liuxu District, and has discovered a modified container" would be tantamount to detonating a bomb in Liuxu District—the counterasures Lin Lun takes are one thing, but those gang leaders would definitely flay the convenience store owner's fat body first...
His only chance of survival would be to get the news out but conceal the part about Sun Hang being a hunter, letting Lin Lun and the gang mbers prioritize "silencing"—then, when Sun Hang and the gang mbers turn the place upside down, he would seize the chaos to escape Liuxu District.
From the convenience store owner's perspective, he would even prefer that Sun Hang uproots Lin Lun's influence in Liuxu District—he'd rather face a joint hunt by the Anomaly Investigation Bureau and Public Security Bureau than be hunted and avenged by Lin Lun.
Having studied a bit of law, he understands that while his cris are serious, they aren't the worst. At most, he would pay a fine, serve a dozen or so years in prison, and regain freedom eventually... But if he fell into Lin Lun's hands, his fate wouldn't be his to decide.
Being killed instantly might be the best outco.

At the sa ti, more gang mbers followed behind them, sticking close to the buildings lining the street to form a circle, surrounding Sun Hang inside.
Sun Hang noticed that quite a few of them were holding guns, and one burly man even had two fragntation grenades hanging from his waist.
