Theresa whispered, "An Upper-Rank Heroic Spirit, possessing both the abilities of a mage and an assassin. She holds the Royal Authority Law, specializes in poison, and can summon the Imperial Guard of Russia."
"In her last action, she killed one of the leaders of the Jacobins."

"When faced with Robespierre’s [Guillotine Judgent], she seed seriously injured and never appeared again."
Why does it feel like the summoned Heroic Spirits this ti aren’t strong enough?

Is it really enough to complete the Great Holy Grail ceremony in Paris?
Keep in mind, during the Arican War of Independence, even though Duncan did not directly intervene, more than a dozen powerful Heroic Spirits and dozens of mid to low-rank Heroic Spirits were summoned, fighting fiercely. They almost summoned a mythical level existence.
At that ti, the ritual energy pools set up by Duncan in South Arica and North Arica were directly replenished.
The magic nodes that Duncan had arranged over hundreds of years in the Root World need a final charging-initiation process. Through the historical montum of the North Arican War of Independence, the Arican portion is already fully charged.
The next is the European portion.
From the French Revolution to today’s rise of Napoleon, if this grand lee in Paris still cannot complete the magic recharge, other historical threads must be sought for opportunities.
In the past one to two hundred years.
All wars related to Heroic Spirits, the Holy Grail ceremonies launched by the mysterious world, the magic energy networks behind them are all ’Elental Tide’ activation nodes set up by Duncan.
Once fully charged, it will be the real ’Elental Tide’.
The Heroic Spirit Wars are ignition ceremonies.
Their appearance is itself [Mythological Return], and the magic power surging after the Heroic Spirit’s demise will be absorbed and transford into the nourishnt for launching a ’Great Miracle’. Or, the appearance of Heroic Spirits is itself the sacrificial offering for launching the ’Mythological Return’ Great Miracle.
There are two nodes in Arica, three in Europe, three in Asia, and one in the subcontinent.
Duncan needs a larger scale sacrifice.
"Which other Heroic Spirits did they summon?" Duncan asked, stroking his chin.
Hearing Duncan’s words, the witch before him hesitated, carefully saying, "I heard soone obtained Princess Altoria’s Holy Relic."
"But it’s uncertain if anyone can summon her Heroic Spirit."
"However."
"During the Arican War of Independence, indeed, a mage from Big Ben summoned the princess’s sister, Morgan le Fay, reversing the favor in a local battlefield."
"They initially planned to summon rlin."
"But it was sabotaged by the European Magic Association, and the gathered magic power couldn’t complete the summoning of rlin."

If it’s to summon rlin, indeed a vast amount of magic power is needed.
The Heroic Spirit Summoning ceremony doesn’t rely require a Holy Relic; it also needs to provide a magic pool for their arrival. Generally, to summon an ordinary low-ranked Heroic Spirit (around 4-star), a mage would need at least a 2-star power level.
But if it’s a mid-ranked Heroic Spirit, fluctuating around a 5-star whiteboard power level, an ordinary mage won’t suffice; they’d at least need around a 3-star power level.
The minimum threshold for an Upper-Rank Heroic Spirit is the power level of a 5-star gold, corresponding to a true mage, nearing a 4-star casting standard.
To summon a fully-fledged rlin, you’d need a Legendary Mage.
The body Duncan currently inhabits, assembled with the power of the entire Eye of the Wizard summoning, has a power cap only reaching a 6-star gold level.
"Has no one summoned mythical creatures?" Duncan pondered aloud.
After thinking for a mont, Theresa responded, "Not near France."
"But I heard in Italy, soone summoned a legendary creature [Vampire]."
Oh?
The legend of the vampire has erged?
In the era when Duncan was still active, it was an era belonging to dragon legends; vampires hadn’t yet erged. The legend of vampires appeared relatively late.
The spread of monotheism fueled the rise of vampires as a classic dark creature.
Theresa continued, "So secret channels indicate the Church is sending a mysterious Holy Relic to Paris."
"It might be related to the Dragon Slayer - Saint George."
"Simultaneously, around Napoleon Bonaparte, there are forces from the Corsica Island wizard betting on it, and they might have obtained so Holy Relics from the Imperial Age."
This ti’s turmoil in Paris is estimated to bring out more than ten Heroic Spirits.
When quality falls short, quantity compensates.
Currently, the whole of France is in chaos like a pot of stew; so wizards even summoned Heroic Spirits unauthorized through unique secret rituals, but they were all lower-ranked Heroic Spirits with about 4-star power. During the French Revolution, so lower-rank Heroic Spirits were even killed by mortals and mages working together.
Approximately equal to the high-tier warriors in other worlds who have slain the lower-rank otherworld divine attendant summoned by the Divine Country.
Four-star strength, capable of being killed by firearms and cannons.
Duncan rested his chin and slowly said, "The Hermitage, the Judgent Court, has the current Pope not made any moves?"
Theresa said softly, "Yes."
"Big Ben in Britain and the Vatican’s Judgent Court have made moves, the Hermitage is currently unclear, but they’ve found the Cup of Blood."
Speaking of this, she hesitated and said, "The Hermitage seems to be planning to summon Your Majesty."
"Or, to summon a part of Your Majesty’s consciousness to descend."

The Hermitage’s base seems to be in France. When Duncan conquered the Franks back then, the Hermitage could still train the Frank Holy Temple Knights, and they even possessed a replica of the Holy Grail.
Duncan, with a look of interest, asked, "Is it a real Cup of Blood?"
Theresa shook her head and said, "Not sure, but it’s said to be the Dragon Cup reclaid from the devil’s hands."
"For this, the Hermitage also slew a fearso devil."
Oh, I see.
Then perhaps they really might be able to summon one of my incarnations.
"Any movents from Arica?" Duncan asked.
Theresa seed troubled, cautiously said, "Your Majesty, our intelligence network has yet to cover Arica."
"But George Washington died."
"Rumor has it during a clash against dark creatures, soone summoned his heroic spirit, and he split open a vampire’s skull with an axe, said to be Dracula."
"Ever since Arica’s independence."
"The entire European dark forces have been shifting towards Arica, even so Divine Churches migrated there."

Duncan seed to think of sothing. Against the backdrop of the mythical great retreat, Arica is indeed a great place for retirent.
He then inquired about so other matters, and having roughly understood the current situation, he prepared to set out for Paris. Nowadays, as long as the magic nodes in Europe can be activated, the second stage of ’Magic Enlightennt’ would be utterly complete; by then, many ordinary people with slight talents can learn to wield magic.
Technology and magic coexist.
The future of the Root World will head towards unforeseeable directions, but undeniably, the upper limit of civilization will significantly rise.
"Over here, we can use the Heroic Spirit Ceremony to ignite the Elental Tide."

This kind of ultra-large-scale ceremony affecting the Root Law needs a dium. Duncan is experinting with this now; if it works here, it will work elsewhere too.

As Duncan thought about where to suppress the last Ding in the future, his heroic spirit incarnation suddenly slled a stench sweet enough, as if soaked in the marinade, with both the scent of perfu and the pungent stench of feces.

Developing Africa was an arduous process.
