Cai Qidong didn't dodge. He rounded his arms, and as the sphere hit, his shirt exploded off him.
His skinny fra started to swell like it was being pumped up—every muscle sharply carved and bulging.
With his arms forming a circle, he kept stepping back, the two-ter-wide light sphere shrinking in his grasp. Twisting his body, he spun and dispersed it completely.
Originally a middle-aged man, Cai Qidong's appearance was shifting back to his younger days.
He gradually transford into a hard-jawed, thick-browed, big-eyed muscle-man—like a sculpture, fierce as hell, even burlier than Qin Kun in full burst mode.
Wen Yan stared from afar, eyes practically popping out.

Off in the distance, Huang Zhiji was so stunned his Compass dropped to the ground—his mind totally blank.

Before the thing even completely hit the ground, Cai Qidong was already on top of it, stepping onto the Night Vigil Deity's body and charging all the way to its upper half.
