"Director Palr..." Vera Wave quickly spoke up, "How am I supposed to get there?"
"There is a car waiting downstairs to take you to Jade Apartnt. Rember, you must have the photos ready for post-processing in the Design Departnt before twelve o’clock!"
After saying this abruptly, Kate Palr left swiftly like the wind.
Vera continued downstairs, flipping through the information in her hand.
This ti, she was tasked with shooting promotional photos for a company project called the Jade International Apartnt. The tiline specified that the grand opening was set for early tomorrow. These photos were ant to promote that event.
For the promotion of this project, Ashton hired a rising star known as the new goddess of the arts by the dia—Maggie Clarke.
As Vera reached the ground floor, she noticed a business car waiting at the door. Upon seeing her, the driver beckoned to her right away.
"Are you from the Advertising Departnt? Get in, I’ll take you there."
Expressing her thanks, Vera settled into the back seat and promptly began to search for information about the new apartnt property on her phone.
Given the last-minute order, she had to ensure the photos t specific requirents. This ant she needed to at least understand the new property’s target market and selling points.
By the ti the car pulled into the front gate of Jade International Apartnt, Vera had already gained a decent understanding of the property.
The apartnt’s selling point was its artistic style, targeted mainly at white-collar workers.
This was why the company chose Maggie Clarke as their spokesperson. Maggie had starred in two art films in recent years, her on-screen persona perfectly fitting that of an urban professional. The sizes of the apartnts in this property were relatively small. They were designed for single white-collar workers or couples with purchasing power who had not yet started their families.
The car stopped in front of Building #1. Vera entered the lobby to see that all the electrical wires, tripods, and lighting equipnt were ready, but nobody had started working.
She walked up to a staff mber holding a reflector board and drinking mineral water and asked, "I’m Vera Wave from Ashton’s Advertising Departnt. Who is the person in charge of the shoot?"
"That would be !" The young man stood up straight and extended his hand. "I’m Dior Perkin, the Business Manager of aningful Creations Photography."
"Good to et you, Manager Perkin." Vera shook his hand. "It’s almost ten o’clock now, why hasn’t the shoot started?"
Dior rely shrugged and jerked his chin at an area across the hall. "We’d like to start, too, but our Artistic Goddess is still enjoying her breakfast in the sun. We can’t exactly start by taking still shots of the hall, can we?"
Vera turned to glance across the hall, then imdiately walked over.
Across the lobby, there was a café. With the grand opening of the apartnts scheduled for tomorrow, staff had already started working in the café to cater to the potential custors who would be visiting.
She pushed open the wooden café door, and at first glance, saw a woman with shoulder-length dark hair leisurely sunning herself at a table by the window.
The young lady looked to be in her twenties, with a delicate face, and exuded an artsy elegance.
In front of her was a breakfast spread, but she wasn’t eating. Instead, she was continuously adjusting her coffee and bread to take selfies.
Vera furrowed her brows. The shoot was scheduled for nine o’clock, and it was already ten. This woman hadn’t even started makeup, and she was still taking selfies.
If it continued like this, having photos ready before twelve o’clock seed like a dream. A delay here would an holding up post-processing and printing. If they didn’t have promotional pictures ready for the grand opening the next morning, it would be a responsibility she couldn’t bear.
