"Okay."
Kris Cooper replied with a smile.
The two of them walked out of the living room together. Vera Wave glanced quietly towards the living room and saw Grandma Wave still standing at the door. Helplessly, she "walked" Kris Cooper to the doorway.
"Honey, this..."
Turning around to wave to the elderly lady, Kris Cooper reached out and grasped her hand in his palm.
"It’s okay, I’ll head ho first tonight. You should spend so quality ti with Grandma."
Vera Wave reverses her grip on his fingers.
"Thank you, darling."
He smiled dotingly, "No need for thanks between us!"
As they stepped out the door, Vera Wave walked him to the car, eyes filled with apology.
"Later, I’ll explain clearly to Grandma."
Even though the house was bought by Kris Cooper, he was now being chased out, and Vera naturally felt guilty.
"No need for that, otherwise she’ll definitely be upset." Kris Cooper raised his hand to pinch her cheek gently, "You’ve been very tired these past few days too. Just rest well, I’ll see you at tomorrow’s press conference."
Feeling the affection in his words, she couldn’t help but feel touched and imdiately reached out to embrace his waist.
"Honey... why are you so good to ?!"
"You silly thing, what do you think?"
"I don’t know," she feigned ignorance, "By the way, what was that detail about the photo you ntioned earlier? I didn’t catch it?"
Kris Cooper didn’t say a word; instead, he fumbled sothing out of his pocket and drew her wrist over, carefully putting it on.
Feeling a cool sensation around her wrist, she hurriedly raised her palm, only to see a beautiful bracelet now on her wrist.
"Give your phone!"
Kris Cooper extended his palm.
Vera Wave handed over her phone in confusion. He took the phone and operated it for a bit, then handed it back to her.
"I installed an APP for you on the phone. It’ll remind you to charge it when the battery is low. It can also sense the chip in your bracelet; if your phone’s distance exceeds two ters and can’t sense it, it’ll automatically alert you."
Saying this, Kris Cooper took her phone and walked a couple of steps to the side. The phone instantly rang with a cute voice alert.
"Master, don’t lose the Murphy Family!"
"How adorable, there’s actually sothing like this! How co I didn’t know before?"
Vera Wave looked in awe at the bracelet on her wrist.
"Because this is an APP your husband made today, exclusive in the world!"
"Wow, hubby, you’re amazing!" Vera Wave lifted her face, gazing at his handso eyes as if looking at a pile of money, "If this APP is released, the company will definitely make a fortune."
"Little money-grubber!"
Kris Cooper rolled his eyes in return. This was an APP exclusively customized for her; others don’t have the privilege to use it.
"Hehe!" She giggled and extended her arms once more to hug him tightly, "Money tree hubby, marry !"
"See you at the entrance of the marriage registry at eight tomorrow morning."
"What for?"
"Aren’t you going to marry ? To get the Marriage Certificate!"
Vera Wave imdiately lifted her face to make a silly face at him, "There’s an event tomorrow, let’s do it another day, okay?"
"What day is another day?"
"When you’ve got red envelopes all over you."
"I have them now."
"Really? Let shake and see."
She pretended to shake his waist, and Kris Cooper bent down to lean closer to her face.
"How big of a red envelope do you want?"
She lifted her little face and, with a mischievous smile, spoke.
"One hundred!"
"One hundred is too little, not my style. Let’s make it a thousand!"
With that, he leaned forward and kissed her lips.
