She was originally sitting on his lap, her arms around his shoulders. When he lay back, she fell directly on top of him. Before she could get up, he had already rolled over, pinning her beneath him.
He pinned her arms down, lowered his head, and kissed the side of her ear.
"Do you want it?"
She ducked her head, feigning strength.
"No... no... no..."
"Honey... no... it’s not... Honey... I want it, I want it..."
Kris Cooper had only ant to tease her, but now... With a sweep of his large hand, he pushed up her T-shirt.

Listening to the sounds of the man and woman from inside the room, Irene Spencer clenched her fists so tightly in anger that her fingernails dug deep into her palms.

Gently holding the ring, Kris Cooper recalled how he felt when he bought the pair years ago, and a smile touched his lips.
"This was bought for you!"
"Liar!"
"I’m not lying!" Kris Cooper placed the ring against her chest and gently tilted her chin up. "I ca across this pair of rings at an auction when I was on a business trip in Italy. I thought they were so beautiful that I unhesitatingly bought them, intending to use them when I proposed to the woman I loved most... and that woman is you!"
That last sentence was not a lie.
Years ago, he had bought this pair of rings specifically to use for their wedding. Because the woman’s ring was a little too large, he had specially sought out the best jeweler to resize it to fit her perfectly.
It was just a pity that she left back then and never returned, which is why he ended up wearing this pair of rings himself.
The young woman arched an eyebrow slightly. "But back then, you didn’t even know ."
He smiled radiantly. "We were bound to et sooner or later, weren’t we?"
She smiled too. It really wasn’t that strange to co across such a beautiful pair of rings and buy them to keep. After all, if I’d seen such gorgeous rings and could afford them, I probably would have bought them too.

She feigned disdain, but inwardly, she was overjoyed.
When in love, sweet nothings are always the most touching, especially when spoken from the lips of a man she loved so deeply.
