The other party was so direct that Vera Wave was even more surprised.
"What do you need?"
"I really liked your style after seeing your proposal last ti." The woman smiled as she walked up to her. "I have a film about to be released and I’d like you to help with so planning."
Film planning?
Vera was completely puzzled. She was just a mber of Ashton Group’s Planning Departnt, so why were they asking her for film planning?
At this mont, not far away, Kate Palr’s door had already opened, and Archie Perkin and Kate Palr walked out one after the other.
"Alright then, feel free to co to anyti if you need anything!"
Kate Palr exchanged a few words with Archie, noticed Vera standing not far away, shifted her gaze, and her eyes landed on the woman, her brows imdiately twitching.
"Bailey Hansen, why are you here?"
Others might not know who the visitor was, but Kate Palr recognized her.
This was none other than the wife of Ashton Group’s Chairman Christoper Cooper, and the big boss CEO Kris Cooper’s mother, who also served as the Planning Departnt Consultant for both Ashton and Glimr Group, Bailey Hansen.
"Oh!" Bailey Hansen smiled sideways at Kate Palr, "I ca over to discuss a proposal with Vera."
Discussing a proposal with her future daughter-in-law?
Kate Palr was also dumbfounded.
"So it’s Bailey Hansen!" An oblivious Vera hurriedly extended her hand to Bailey Hansen, "Hello."
In fact, heaven bear witness, she didn’t know who Bailey Hansen was either!
But since Kate Palr recognized her and was so respectful, the person was obviously not simple.
Beside her, Kate Palr nearly burst out laughing, realizing Vera didn’t know who she was. It seed she couldn’t wait to et her future daughter-in-law.
Since Bailey Hansen didn’t reveal it, Kate Palr certainly wouldn’t ruin it for her. She imdiately waved to Archie Perkin and Mary, "You guys go back to work first. Vera, let Bailey Hansen co in and chat!"
"Alright." Vera responded graciously, neither humble nor arrogant, and raised her arm, "Please, Bailey Hansen."
Bailey Hansen was not reserved and imdiately stepped into Kate Palr’s office, sitting down on the sofa.
"Would you like sothing to drink?" Vera stood by, politely asking.
Kate Palr ca over and held Vera’s shoulder, "I know her taste. Your hand’s injured and it’s inconvenient, sit down and chat with Bailey Hansen, I’ll get the drinks!"
Kate Palr walked out of the office, and Vera began to speak with a smile, "I’m sorry, I haven’t been with Ashton for long and I’m not familiar with the managent yet, please don’t mind."
"It’s okay, I rarely co to the company, so not many know ."
While speaking, Bailey Hansen took a closer, serious look at the young girl.
Hmm!
She’s even prettier in person than in photos, especially her bright eyes. She speaks and acts with poise, not showing any arrogance because of her connection to Kris Cooper.
Bailey Hansen was quite satisfied with her first impression of Vera.
Hence, her tone beca even more gentle.
"What happened to your arm?"
"I accidentally hurt it."
"Did it hurt the bones?"
"No, no, it’s just a minor external injury."
Only then did Bailey Hansen nod in relief and went on to ask her about her work, how long she had been at Ashton, whether she was adapting, and so on, to which Vera answered one by one.
"By the way, what’s your current position?"
At this mont, Kate Palr just happened to walk in with juice, heard this question, and imdiately answered with a smile.
"Vera is currently competing for the position of Manager of the Planning Departnt."
