He didn’t know how long he had been moving forward when he suddenly felt a peculiar vibration coming from ahead.

This vibration was faint, like a gigantic monster far away gently stomping its foot, yet it persisted without ceasing.

The experienced [Geisla] instantly beca alert, his ears trembling slightly as he carefully discerned the source and nature of the vibration.

He knew very well this was unlikely a sign of Abyssal Demon activity.

When Abyssal Demons move, it is often accompanied by heavy footsteps and savage roars, and those vibrations are violent and short-lived. However, this ti, the vibration had a unique rhythm.

Could it be another treasure encounter?

Sila speculated with a bit of excitent in his heart.

In the Underground City, many treasures often co to life in unknown corners, sotis accompanied by peculiar anomalies when they appear.

The last ti he found an Advanced Magic Gem was within a wall cracked open by vibrations in the Underground City.

However, at the sa ti, such signs in the Underground City also represent danger.

After all, it’s not just him attracted to them, but also various Abyssal Demons.

[Geisla] knew this well, biting his teeth as he wrestled with a ntal dilemma.

On one hand, he worried about facing those powerful Abyssal Demons, worried he might be stopped here;

On the other hand, he ca into the Underground City precisely for the treasures, and this anomaly seed much more special than last ti. He couldn’t bring himself to not take a look.

After a ntal struggle, his desire for the treasure and longing for adventure ultimately won.

He took a deep breath and cautiously proceeded forward.

He moved slowly along the passage, testing the ground to ensure it was firm with every step he took.

As he approached the source of the vibration, the tremors grew stronger, and [Geisla]’s heartbeat quickened correspondingly.

Eventually, he arrived at a spacious Underground City area.

The area was shrouded in a faint yellow mist, obscuring visibility of its contents.

[Geisla] hid at the entrance, carefully leaning out to observe.

Upon stepping into this area, the scene before him took his breath away, as if he had entered a dreamlike otherworld.

This place resembled a wondrous canyon, utterly different from the other dark, damp, and stench-filled parts of the Underground City.

Here, it seed as if an invisible and enormous hand had ruthlessly torn the Earth open, revealing its deep depths.

The canyon’s rock walls towered on either side, as if they were loyal guardians protecting this magical land.

The canyon walls were covered with luminescent blue moss emitting a gentle glow.

These mosses, like stars in the night sky, decorated the rock walls, casting a dreamlike glow over the entire canyon.

Clear streams flowing from crevices in the rock walls andered down like graceful ribbons.

The water flowed with a clear, crisp sound, akin to a lodious symphony orchestrated by Nature, providing a sense of purification to the spirit.

These streams ultimately converged into a small lake in the center of the canyon. The lake surface glistened, reflecting various colors under the glow of the luminescent moss.

In the center of this small lake, there was a lone blue stone platform.

The stone platform was ancient in design, bearing various mottled markings on its surface.

On the stone platform, an oval brown-yellow Crystal Stone hovered.

This Crystal Stone was like a mysterious star, emitting a unique charm.

Its surface wasn’t smooth, appearing as if composed of countless glass-like reflective surfaces, each reflecting the surrounding light, radiating a starlit glow that was srizing.

A dense concentration of Earth Magic Elents floated around the Crystal Stone, drifting like light veils, bestowing an air of mystery and solemnity to the Crystal.

These Earth Magic Elents appeared to have life, constantly shifting and transforming in shape.

Sotis they coalesced into massive earthen blocks, sotis they transford into tiny grains of sand, leaving one in awe.

At the sa ti, [Geisla] noticed quite a few Abyssal Demons already sensed the anomaly and gathered on the canyon walls.

These Abyssal Demons varied greatly in form, so huge like a small mountain, covered in tough scales exuding a terrifying aura, while others were as agile as leopards, with a fierce glint in their eyes.

Oddly, these Abyssal Demons seed extrely averse to the Crystal Stone.

Whenever their gaze fell upon the Crystal, they showed a look of displeasure, instinctively moving forward as if wanting to destroy this peculiar Crystal.

Yet simultaneously, they dared not approach the Crystal, as though an invisible force around it was warding them off.

[Geisla] hid behind a large rock at a distance, his eyes fixed intently on the Crystal Stone and the surrounding Abyssal Demons.

[Geisla] dared not get too close; any one of these Abyssal Demons had an intimidating presence.

Couldn’t afford to provoke them!

Clearly, there was no way to stealthily take the Crystal Stone.

Though a bit disappointed, [Geisla] quickly recomposed himself.

Such a special treasure, even if unreachable, its information alone was imnsely valuable.

Coincidentally, the White Dove Chamber of Comrce had been offering high prices for Extraordinary resources and precious treasures from the Underground City.

Submitting this information should bring worthwhile rewards.

[Geisla] made no hesitation. After all, several similar posts on the player forum already proved the White Dove Chamber of Comrce’s reputation in such matters was indeed quite comndable.

Yet at this mont, a lion-like Abyssal Demon seed unable to resist its impulse, leaping down from the rock wall in a sudden rush.

Its form was like a streak of dark red light, filled with madness, as it dashed viciously towards the Crystal Stone radiating mysterious light.

Its gaping maw, lined with sharp tusks, reflected a chilling gleam, as though ready to swallow the Crystal Stone in one bite.

The Abyssal Demons already agitated due to the Crystal were suddenly thrown into chaos by this abrupt act.

So let out low growls, so tensed up, as though hesitating whether to join the charge.

However, just as the lion-shaped demon beast was about to make contact with the Crystal Stone, the still lake below it suddenly surged violently.

A colossal, imnsely imposing silhouette erged from the lakebed—a terrifying Stone Giant radiating a strong aura.

This Stone Giant was composed entirely of hard rocks, its surface etched with rough textures, and its eyes burned like blazing embers, exuding imnse authority and anger.

The Stone Giant stood in the water, extending its pillar-like arm at lightning speed to seize the lion-shaped Abyssal Demon.

The lion-shaped demon beast struggled in fear, letting out a shrill cry, but under the Stone Giant’s terrifying might, its struggle was utterly futile.

With a trendous yank, the Stone Giant brutally tore the lion-shaped demon beast in two with a rip.

Blood and entrails rained down like droplets, splattering the earth around the Crystal Stone and releasing a pungent scent.

The other Abyssal Demons recoiled from the bloody and terrifying spectacle; their previous restless inclinations vanished without a trace in an instant, leaving the entire valley in dead silence.

[Geisla] witnessed this scene, and had no other thoughts, quickly turning to leave.

...

And just as he was leaving, two figures stood in the shadows of the Underground City, with one saying:

"Morris, the Earth Church is actually so generous to bring out a [Heart of Origin Soil]?"

"Look at who they’re offering it to."

"Then... do we have to return it after use?"

"They never intended to take it back once given."

"In that case, I won’t stand on ceremony."
