Following Aldric to the practical assessnt site, they arrived in a secluded chamber.

Looking at the runes and inscriptions on the walls, Nash felt the place’s solemnity.

"This place is monitored by the Covenant of Truth all year round. The assessnt will be confird and evaluated fairly, so you don’t need to worry."

"I see." Nash nodded, understanding the importance of the matter.

"Let’s first start with the Tier 2 Scientific Assessnt. What do you have for ?" Aldric asked.

"It’s this potion," Nash answered, handing him the tier 4 perfect-quality soul relieving potion.

"Oh? Is this the potion that’s been circulating in the Solaris Capital lately? I didn’t expect you were the one who created it." Aldric muttered in surprise.

Although he knew it ca from the Star Alliance, there were no details as to who created it.

Knowing there were many high-tier scientists in their organization, the origin of the matter was even more uncertain.

"Yes, I guarantee that I’m the one who deduced the formula of the potion."

Each assessnt by the Covenant of Truth was thorough. Not only would they confirm whether there were already similar products, but they would also trace whether it was really their creation or if they received help in creating it.

anwhile, taking the potion in his hands, Aldric began to analyze all of its materials and composition.

Then, after entering it into the database, he began searching for any similarities within the Solaris Domain.

For tier 2 to 3 scientific assessnts, the scope was only within the Solaris Domain.

Only when one took the Tier 4 Scientific Assessnt would one be compared to data from the entire Chronos Empire.

Confirming there were no similarities, Aldric couldn’t help but look at Nash in admiration.

"I didn’t expect you to create such a rare potion with not only different materials, but also common ones at that."

For these pioneering scientists who could bring usually expensive resources to a price that most could afford, Aldric could only offer his respect.

"I just wanted a cheaper alternative." Nash smiled, rembering why he created the potion.

"You have quite a talent to be an alchemist. You should pursue more of this path." Aldric suggested.

Although it would limit Nash’s path as a scientist, Aldric felt he could reach farther this way.

Scientists are different from other professionals.

While scientists could pursue multiple professional paths, a professional had a harder ti becoming a scientist.

A scientist is on a path to discover, while various professionals follow a path to create.

It might not be apparent at lower tiers, but as one advanced in level, the distinction between the two would widen.

Scientists train in creativity and pursuit, while professionals only need the ability to copy and create.

If Nash pursued the path of alchemy earlier on, he might even surpass what he could achieve as a scientist.

After all, while scientists could discover, they might not be able to create as well as dedicated professionals.

Especially those blueprints and theoretical designs that were archived in the Covenant of Truth.

Because no one could create them, they were rely gathering dust, wasting the precious knowledge scientists had discovered.

anwhile, hearing Aldric’s suggestion, Nash just shook his head.

"Whether it’s a scientist or other profession, they’re rely tools for my advancent. My path is the pursuit of strength, not the truth of the world." Nash clarified.

He wouldn’t be like those crazy scientists who forgot to train and sleep just to study, nor professionals who practice endlessly for profit.

Nash’s pursuit from the beginning was power, the power to reach beyond anyone.

"Only you can decide what you’re worth. However, your path is a thorny one."

"Anyway, when can I start the practical assessnt for tier 3 scientist?"

"You can start shortly. I’ll just docunt your earlier assessnt and send it to the Covenant of Truth."

Soon, after working on various data he extracted from Nash’s potion and his evaluation, he sent everything to the Covenant of Truth.

"Alright, it’s done. What is your second submission?"

"It’s still the sa potion, but a tier higher." Nash smiled, taking out the tier 5 perfect-quality soul relieving potion.

"You—"

Feeling speechless, Aldric took the potion from Nash’s hand to examine.

He didn’t expect there would be soone to exploit the system.

While it was novel, the concept that Nash gave was already available.

More importantly, the assessnt for being a tier 3 scientist was stricter.

"What’s the problem? Can’t this pass?"

"It should, but you could get a lower evaluation. It would be a pity for your earlier score."

"That’s fine then." Nash didn’t mind.

Although the evaluation was important, it was just an assessnt.

As long as Nash advanced, what would it matter?

Furthermore, his goal was not to beco a tier 3 scientist but tier 4.

With his preparation for the following assessnt, his scores in these two should be balanced.

"Truly willful." Aldric sighed.

Extracting various data from the potion, he quickly processed the result and sent it to the Covenant of Truth.

Since Nash didn’t care about the result, he wouldn’t mind either.

"What about your tier 4 scientific assessnt? Co, give it to ." Aldric said lazily, thinking Nash would still send a potion.

"It’s quite big. Could this place accommodate it?"

"Don’t worry, this chamber is filled with intricate spatial arrays. All materials past the size limit will be shrunk down."

"That’s good."

Hearing there wasn’t a problem, Nash took out the Potion Purifying Device, the size of thousands of kiloters.

Seeing it shrink to a miniature version, Nash was a little shocked.

He didn’t even feel anything before it turned into a toy.

"What is this? So kind of machine?"

Seeing it was not a potion, Aldric’s interest returned.

Tinkering with it, he quickly identified what it was.

"A potion purification machine? Aweso! I didn’t expect a fledgling scientist could create this potion crucible!" Aldric muttered in admiration.

Even he, as a tier 6 scientist, would take years to create a complete blueprint for such a device, much less create it.

Just the requirent for the purity of the runic engraving that required 95% would already stump many.

He didn’t expect Nash would create such a thing in just a short period of ti.
