Now reading: Chapter 56 - 23: What Must Come Will Always Come from I Can See Health Bars in Real Life, a Fantasy novel by Momentary brilliance.

Gu Mo also noticed the area beside him, catching a glimpse of a crimson hue from the corner of his eye, and more importantly, feeling a warmth that seed almost tangible.

Like sitting in front of a blazing fireplace in winter, he could clearly feel the radiated warmth and heat from the hearth. But it wasn’t unbearably hot; instead, it was a comforting sensation enveloped and protected by warmth... He turned his head to look and, unsurprisingly, saw the large fox lying beside him.

It looked exactly the sa as the one he saw in the "Treasure Vault" room before. So, does this an the randomly selected reward was this?

Did he actually draw a Guardian Spirit?

Gold Level rewards are really this generous? Although it states that a random reward is drawn, and what appears in the "Treasure Vault" when you use the key is entirely up to chance, getting a Guardian Spirit...

It already indicates that Gold Level rewards basically correspond to this tier of items, right?

As expected from the Golden Key and Golden Treasure Vault, they’re truly worth their weight in gold!

He thought that a B-level overall rating was easy to achieve. He hardly put in much effort and could easily attain that rating, so he assud it might look high-end but was actually a standard that anyone with hands could achieve, since he’d encountered similar things before.

Like action ga ratings, where even mashing the keyboard could earn you a B-level or A-level rating, beginners might be misled to think they have so talent.

But in reality, it’s not even considered satisfactory, because as long as you’re not standing still doing nothing, you can get a rating with a few random attack button presses... It’s really just about having hands, or maybe not even that. It was precisely because of this that, realizing he hadn’t contributed even one percent of the total damage thus far, Gu Mo felt it might be the sa trick.

But now it seems that’s not the case. If it really were so easy to get sothing of this level, he would be laughing in his sleep from the dreams.

Perhaps the surprise ca too suddenly, Gu Mo felt a bit overwheld. He blinked, naturally showing no reaction, but nodded calmly at Fujikichiro by the door: "Thank you, uncle, for your trouble."

He appeared very polite, showing no sign of being bewildered at seeing a Guardian Spirit for the first ti, as if this was a common occurrence.

At this mont, the large fox lying quietly beside him gradually faded away, first turning transparent and then completely disappearing into the air... Yet Gu Mo still felt its presence, as if he had established a subtle and mysterious connection with it from the very beginning.

The fox continued to guard his side, never leaving, just concealed. He had a clarity in his mind and an inexplicable sense of security.

Perhaps it was psychological, or maybe it was the mysterious influence of the Guardian Spirit, like knowing that even in a strange environnt, as a foreigner in a foreign land, he would always have a friend beside him.

Although this friend was silent and invisible to others, almost like talking about the air...

But he knew it existed for sure and would silently support his future actions, accompanying him on his journey.

"Oh dear, calling uncle, I’m not that old yet..."

At this ti, watching the fox-shaped Guardian Spirit disappear, Fujikichiro ca back to his senses, his mouth twitching a few tis as he tried hard to defend himself:

"I’m actually still quite young, not even thirty yet, just looking a bit mature. Don’t call uncle..."

"Alright, uncle, got it, uncle."

Gu Mo was always quick to accept correct suggestions from others. He gathered his thoughts, aware that it wasn’t the ti to beco distracted by Guardian Spirit matters, nodded to indicate he understood, and asked the corresponding question:

"Then how should I address you, uncle?"

anwhile, he pondered internally, the claim of being less than thirty years old suggesting he’s about to turn thirty?

It seed like that was indeed the case. He scrutinized the man before him, noting that although his face appeared mature and his beard and hair were ticulously grood, there wasn’t much of a heroic look. Instead, it seed a bit cunning with a sly expression.

Hmm, no wonder he’s called Monkey, there’s indeed a resemblance in his features...

However, if it were normal history, the exact age of Fujikichiro at this ti is unknown, but he should indeed still be quite young. Gu Mo seriously contemplated, but unfortunately, when playing gas, he only learned so information about Hidechika.

Of course, this dungeon world doesn’t adhere to normal historical perspectives, as it’s been significantly modified, so discrepancies aren’t surprising.

"Hehe, you can just call Fujikichiro, or Monkey. That’s what those familiar with call , as you can see, that’s the case..."

Fujikichiro ca over, unfazed by the ss on the ground, sat down with a thud, and laughed as he put down his large bags, which collided, making crisp sounds. The loosely tied openings revealed glimrs of gold and silver.
