In a flip second, their surroundings changed as they appeared inside so ruins. Above them were an open do of blue sky, with white marble palace ruins scattered around them.
" So... Are we in?" Lin Xie looked around and asked.
Chen Yin closed her eyes as she nodded. " I can feel the difference of Heaven and Earth energy. The ancient energy is certainly different."
Long Ming jumped above as his senses spread in all directions. " Well, this place is vast. You all scatter around and search."
" Yes, Senior Brother."
" Sister Mu, co with ." Long Ming spoke. " Let’s look around"
Mu Qinglian nodded as she followed Long Ming. " Thank heavens, there aren’t any flight restrictions here."
" Indeed, we can travel fast." Long Ming chuckled as both turned into beams of light and shot towards the sky.
" So, where are we going?" Mu Qinglian asked as she flew beside Long Ming.
" To find treasures, of course." Long Ming chuckled. " The Sky Fountain Palace is vast, laid with both deadly traps and heavenly opportunities. If we can grasp them, it will be beneficial to our disciples."
" You better be careful, though." Mu Qinglian snickered. " Long Ming of Four Seasons Valley has beco a public enemy now."
Long Ming chortled as he rembered that he being hunted by four imperial sects. " Nothing to worry about. Whatever stands in my path shall be cut by ."
" How bold." Mu Qinglian chuckled. " But, isn’t this strange? I can’t see any signs of anyone here. Such a barren ruin..."
" Watch out!"
Long Ming’s eyes narrowed as he yanked Mu Qinglian to the side.

An arrow missed Mu Qinglian as it shot to the sky. The speed of the arrow even made ripple in the air.
" Arrow Intent." Long Ming felt it instantly as his face turned gloomy. Mu Qinglian quickly regained her senses as she pulled out her sword.
" Damn it! Where is the enemy? I can’t sense anyone."
" From left!"
Long Ming didn’t elaborate as he simply shouted. This ti, Mu Qinglian’s body moved as she avoided an arrow and sliced the other one in half.
However, the impact still managed to push her back, making Mu Qinglian surprised.
Long Ming’s bow appeared appeared in his hand as he aid at an empty space. A bright pink arrow charged as he released the string.
" Hundred Flower Shot!"

The arrow exploded like a blossoming flower petals, covering the space like a net.
Mu Qinglian could finally see sothing moving rapidly within the volley of arrows. With a snort, she raised her sword.
" Blizzard Sword Slash!"
Several frozen swords manifested in the air as they slashed at the figure. Each carrying the Ice Intent, capable of freezing and slowing down the space.

Finally, the figure was hit as it got pushed back. Mu Qinglian was stunned as the invisibility wore off.
" Is that...Is that a puppet?"
What stood before them was a bronze statue, its body seed to be arranged like a puzzle fit together. The head wasn’t human, but of a snake, with a pair of gleaming green eyes.
The puppet pulled out an arrow from his back and aid at Long Ming and Mu Qinglian again.
" Hmph! Now I see you, you think you can escape?" Mu Qinglian raised her sword as she swept towards the puppet.
Her sword glowed with crystal blue light as she slashed her sword.
*BOOOM!*
The body of the puppet was slashed into two, then exploded into ice crystals. With a satisfied smile, Mu Qinglian sheathed her sword.
" Hmph, it was annoying because it had that strange invisibility power. Without it, it’s nothing."
" Sister Mu, I think we aren’t out of danger yet."
Long Ming sighed. Mu Qinglian turned around and saw puppets slowly coming out. Each of the puppets was at the Harmonization Realm, wielding different weapons.
" Hmph, I don’t think they can overwhelm us." Mu Qinglian spoke as she pulled out her sword once again.
Long Ming’s face twitched slightly as he was feeling too lazy to fight. As Mu Qinglian was getting ready to fight again, Long Ming’s eye caught sothing gleaming in the snake puppet Mu Qinglian just killed.
He jumped down and picked the item. It was a small rune stone gleaming with a dim light.
’ Ah, I see.’ Long Ming instantly understood sothing as he looked at his surroundings. ’ This is a formation.’
Long Ming’s body vanished as he reappeared neared a broken pillar. Touching a particular spot, Long Ming raised his fist as he activated the power of Great Mystic Mountain Physique.

With a crushing force, a hole appeared there, as if soone cracked a hole in a small pot.
" Sister Mu, co here!"
" Huh?"
Mu Qinglian was stunned as she saw the weird hole before Long Ming. But without hesitation, she rushed to Long Ming. Holding her hand, Long Ming jumped into the hole.

As if the entire space shifted, they both found themselves in a different place. It was a vast white space, with the ground covered with mist. The space was filled with bronze pillars connected to the white ceiling.
" What place is this?" Mu Qinglian was stunned. " Wait, what we saw outside was an illusion?"
" Not really." Long Ming was looking through the bronze pillars as he answered. " We were inside an array formation’s space. Those things are real."
" Aha, got you."
Long Ming found a particular bronze pillar and took out his jade brush. Imbuing a bit of sword intent in the brush, he seed to directly inscribe sothing the surface.
*BANG!*
A spatial crack appeared before them, startling Mu Qinglian. " What the hell are you doing?"
" Taking a short cut, Sister Mu." Long Ming grinned as he stepped forward. Mu Qinglian sighed as she followed him.
Suddenly, the space shifted again as they found themselves in a bright hall. Mu Qinglian was startled as she saw treasures floating in bubbles in the air.
" Wh-What the...Where is this?"
" Greetings, those who have passed the trials of the Southern Sword King. You may each take a single treasure from this space."
A voice echoed, startling Mu Qinglian and Long Ming. Long Ming couldn’t help but sigh.
" This looks like a tomb of an Ancient Realm cultivator. Too bad, there aren’t any Imperial Treasures."
" You think Imperial Treasures are cabbages?" Mu Qinglian was speechless." Only great sects and families possess them, whose ancestors turned into Heavenly Emperor or had ties with them."
" Speaking of which..." Mu Qinglian looked at the floating treasures. " What should I pick?"
" So powerful consumable item." Long Ming suggested. " After all, you already have a weapon and techniques, Elder Sister."
