After squeezing the last bit of value out of Leshar, Rogel sent him on his way without hesitation.
This vicious and brutal madman finally ended his sinful life.
After completing these tasks, Rogel headed back to the location of Gelin with a basketful of bounty.
The biggest rewards of this trip were the Healing Potion Recipe, the Calm Potion, and the Treasure Map.
The Healing Potion is an Apostle Level potion recipe, extrely precious. Who knows where that guy Leshar found it by sheer luck.
Secondly, there's the Calm Potion, with the Wheel of Knowledge, he is likely able to reverse-engineer the potion recipe.
As for the last item, the Treasure Map, Rogel took a look at it on his way back.
The directions on this Treasure Map are very abstract.
A circular land in the center, surrounded by sea, followed by a line of text below.
[The waterfall linking to the sky, the scarecrow amidst golden rice fields, abundance hidden within.]
It seems to be a clue to the destination.
However, since this Treasure Map is just a copy and does not have guiding functions, its precise location is hard to discern.
Rogel did not pay too much attention to it.
He still had many things to do and would soon search for the next Cave.
Before long, Rogel arrived at Gelin's docking spot.
The crew was conversing with a group of rmaids on the shore at that mont.
Lina was using her Blood Spirit Healing Ability and dical skills to tend to so injured rmaids.
Seeing her fellow clansn truly returned intact, Little Taoqi was moved to tears, hugging one of the rmaids and weeping softly.
A group of rmaids, upon seeing Rogel, approached him under the lead of a blonde rmaid and bowed deeply.
"My na is Tara, thank you for rescuing us, Captain Rogel."
"If it weren't for you, we might have died at the hands of that madman Leshar…"
Tara expressed her gratitude.
"You're welco. I once received help from your clansn."
Rogel nodded.
Then, he retrieved a rmaid's skin from his Item Inventory, which was Naya's relic.
He handed it to Tara: "If possible, bury her in your holand."
Tara took the incomplete skin, paused for a mont, and nodded earnestly: "I understand."
"Her na is Naya, she had a younger sister nad Nia, do you know her whereabouts?"
Rogel inquired.
He was rely asking casually.
In his view, rmaids are distributed in small groups, his inquiry was likely to be fruitless.
But a coincidental occurrence took place.
"Naya? I've heard this na!"
Behind Tara, a rmaid Maiden spoke excitedly.
Under Rogel's inquisitive gaze, she quickly gave a response.
"My grandmother once told , Naya was her childhood best friend, but she was abducted during a disaster and lost touch."
"Disaster?" Rogel frowned.
"Yes." The rmaid Maiden nodded: "My grandmother used to live in the Pearl Sea, where many clansn once resided."
"But according to my grandmother, the Pearl Sea was invaded and destroyed by a group of mysterious invaders, who also abducted many clansn…"
"Mysterious invaders?" Rogel recalled, then quickly asked: "Were they a group of humans wearing black robes with starry patterns?"
The rmaid Maiden seed puzzled: "That…I am not sure."
Rogel secretly sighed: "Did your grandmother ever tell you where the Pearl Sea is?"
The rmaid Maiden pondered for a mont: "Maybe there is sothing in my grandmother's relics, I could look for it when I return ho."
Rogel nodded: "Alright, thank you for the trouble."
"No, no, it's no trouble…" The rmaid Maiden responded, imdiately shyly waving her hands.
Rogel looked towards Tara.
"Ms. Tara, I heard from Little Taoqi that you can perform so special modifications on ships?"
"I do have so skills in that area." Tara nodded, sowhat intrigued: "Captain Rogel, are you planning to modify your ship?"
"Yes, I intend to venture to the western Sea of Lava."
Rogel nodded, glancing at the nearby Gelin.
Tara frowned thoughtfully: "If a ship is to go to the Sea of Lava, there are indeed nurous ways…"
"However, since you plan to modify this ship based on its current structure, perhaps there is a relatively straightforward thod…"
"What does it require?" Rogel asked curiously.
"The scorching temperatures of the Sea of Lava make it impossible for a standard ship to sail in it."
"But in the Sea of Lava, resides a creature known as the Lava Manta Ray, so of the young Lava Manta Rays carry special stones on their backs, called Thermally Stable Stones."
"Grind the Thermally Stable Stones into powder and mix them with the Thermally-Variable Mud from the bottom of the Sea of Lava, applying it onto the hull, allowing the ship to navigate in the magma."
"However, since you are entering it, you yourselves will need a sufficient quantity of Thermally Stable Stones, or the high temperatures inside will be unbearable."
Tara explained.
Upon hearing this, Rogel was thoughtful.
These materials shouldn't be too hard to obtain, perhaps worth a try.
Tara knew Rogel was an Extraordinary, likely capable of acquiring these things, but she couldn't help but remind him: "Captain Rogel, the creatures in the Sea of Lava are violent by nature and generally powerful."
