"There’s no need to thank , Yuyan," Lin Feng said, his tone steady and composed.

"You are my student, and I am your teacher. Guiding you is both my duty and my responsibility. Your achievents today are the result of your own talent and natural gifts. I rely pointed you in the right direction."

He paused, his gaze sharpening slightly as he continued, "But you must rember this well... power has a way of changing people. It tempts the heart, distorts judgnt, and magnifies even the smallest flaw. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. With your current cultivation, you already stand above most within this city. It would be easy for arrogance to take root."

Lin Feng clasped his hands behind his back, his voice lowering.

"Strength itself is not evil. What matters is the heart that wields it. If your dao heart wavers, your cultivation will eventually collapse upon itself. Guard your dao heart carefully. Stay true to your original intentions... the reasons you began cultivating in the first place. Never forget them."

He glanced around his classroom, his eyes sweeping over the cracked floors and battered walls left behind by earlier breakthroughs.

Fractures spider-webbed across the stone tiles, and sections of plaster had crumbled from the walls, leaving the room in clear disarray.

With a single thought, spiritual energy flowed silently from his body.

A faint hum filled the air.

The broken tiles trembled, the cracks sealing themselves as if ti were reversing.

Dust and debris lifted from the ground, gathering midair before settling back into place.

The damaged walls smoothed over, the fractures disappearing without a trace.

In re breaths, the entire classroom was restored to pristine condition... clean, solid, and as flawless as if nothing had ever happened.

Lin Feng then continued speaking.

"For now, remain here and ditate. Beco familiar with the flow of spiritual energy within your ridians. Feel the difference in your senses, your reflexes, your control. Do not rush. Sudden breakthroughs can destabilize one’s foundation if not consolidated properly."

A faint smile touched his lips.

"After I finish checking on your classmates and making my rounds, I will prepare a cultivation manual and a combat technique tailored to your physique and spiritual affinity. With proper guidance, your progress will be even smoother."

Wang Yuyan listened attentively, committing every word to mory.

Her excitent from the breakthrough gradually settled into solemn determination.

"I understand, Teacher Lin Feng," she replied respectfully.

"Your teachings have opened my eyes. I will guard my dao heart and rember my original intentions. I will not allow strength to cloud my judgnt."

She bowed deeply, her movents graceful and sincere.

"Thank you for your guidance. I will ditate carefully and await your instruction."

After speaking with Wang Yuyan, Lin Feng did not linger.

He calmly walked across the classroom, stopping by each of his students one by one.

By the ti noon arrived, the sun hung high above the academy grounds, casting long golden rays across the stone pathways.

One by one, Lin Feng’s students finished consolidating their training and approached him to bid their farewells.

"Goodbye, Teacher Lin."

"Thank you for today’s guidance!"

"I will get my dao companion soon!"

They bowed respectfully before leaving, their faces filled with excitent from the day’s harvest.

Lin Feng simply waved his hand lightly, his expression calm and unbothered, as if everything that had happened earlier was nothing more than a trivial matter.

Before long, he was walking alone toward the academy gates, intending to find himself a quiet place for lunch.

As he passed through the courtyard, he could faintly hear whispers drifting through the air.

The gossipers who had once speculated about his imminent demise were no longer speaking in such pessimistic tones.

Instead, their voices carried a cautious respect.

"I guess the Li Clan has called it quits. They won’t touch Lin Feng now that he’s defeated a peak Qi Condensation expert."

"I think so too," another replied.

"It wouldn’t make sense to offend soone as mysterious as him. The risk far outweighs the reward. Who knows what other tricks he has hidden up his sleeve?"

A third voice chid in with a snicker.

"Exactly. A pair of broken balls isn’t worth provoking soone like Lin Feng. Li Tianhao is still alive, after all. Even if he can’t grow them back, the Li Clan wouldn’t go to war over sothing as trivial as that."

A few awkward coughs followed, but no one refuted the statent.

Lin Feng heard everything clearly, yet his expression remained indifferent.

He neither slowed his steps nor acknowledged the conversation.

The shift in public opinion was expected. In this world, strength determined truth.

When he appeared weak, people predicted his downfall.

Now that he had displayed power, the sa mouths spoke of prudence and respect.

Such was human nature.

With his hands clasped behind his back, Lin Feng walked out of the academy gates under the midday sun, completely unconcerned about the Li Clan’s next move.

If they truly chose to "call it quits," then so be it.

If they didn’t...

A faint, almost imperceptible smile touched his lips.

Then Clear Moon City might soon witness sothing far more interesting than re gossip.

Lin Feng slowly made his way toward another renowned restaurant in Clear Moon City, intending to enjoy a peaceful lunch.

Everything felt calm. Orderly. Predictable.

He was even more pleased to know that Ning Xi and Ye Jian were still imrsed in their breakthroughs.

With both of them occupied in seclusion, there would be no unexpected interruptions, no sudden requests for guidance, and no dramatic incidents erupting at his table.

For once, he could eat in peace.

The dishes were quickly served... fragrant spiritual rice, tender beast at glazed in rich sauce, and a pot of high-grade spirit tea.

Lin Feng picked up his chopsticks, savoring the first bite with quiet contentnt.

This, he thought, was the life.

But just as he swallowed a mouthful of food...

Knock!

Knock!

Knock!

Soft, almost gentle knocks sounded against the door of his private room yet they ca so suddenly and unexpectedly that he nearly choked on his food.

Lin Feng coughed lightly, setting his chopsticks down as his peaceful expression slowly flattened into resignation.

"I suppose I spoke too soon," he muttered under his breath.
