Bang!

The ground shook violently as the man leapt from his flying sword, landing with a trendous force that sent dust and pebbles scattering across Lin Feng’s courtyard.

The impact left deep cracks in the once-pristine stone, marking the arrival of soone with imnse cultivation.

"I can’t believe soone is aura farming right here in my presence," Lin Feng thought, allowing his cards to fall with a soft clatter to the floor.

Calmly, he rose to his feet, brushing off any pretense of surprise, and stepped outside to face the unexpected visitor.

The intensity of the aura pressed down like a storm, causing even the air around them to ripple and hum.

The few people who had stubbornly knelt outside the courtyard were stunned into silence, their faces pale and eyes wide.

They had been waiting faithfully, hoping for just a glimpse of Lin Feng, but instead, a cultivator of the Nascent Soul Realm had descended from the sky with crushing force.

Their earlier persistence had completely shattered under the pressure of the man’s aura.

"Who is that man?" one whispered in disbelief.

"Are they going to fight?" another asked, voice trembling.

"Is he here for ntor Lin Feng?"

"Enough questions! This is how we die! Run now, quickly!" soone yelled, sending the crowd into chaos.

The nearby mortals scrambled in every direction, tripping over each other, desperate to escape the sudden threat.

Most fled without daring to look back, but a few could not resist stealing glances from a safe distance, curiosity tugging at them even as fear clutched their hearts.

Their minds raced with speculation, imagining the scale of the battle that might soon unfold.

Yun Wanqing’s eyes widened in shock as she instantly recognized the man.

"Daoist Limitless Sword? What are you doing here?" she asked, her voice a mixture of surprise, concern, and disbelief. She had anticipated that the Nine Peaks Sword Sect would send soone to investigate what had happened in Clear Moon City, yet she had not expected them to arrive so quickly.

Tang Aining appeared silently a breath later.

She did not step forward but positioned herself firmly behind Lin Feng, her posture radiating submission and unwavering loyalty.

The courtyard seed to shrink under the weight of the newcor’s spiritual pressure.

Daoist Limitless Sword stood tall in his crimson robes, the official color of the Nine Peaks Sword Sect, a hue that marked not only allegiance but also the weight of centuries of martial discipline.

His figure exuded authority, his cultivation in the Nascent Soul Realm radiating a sharp, oppressive pressure that made the air itself seem thick and difficult to breathe.

Any mortal who had the misfortune of standing too close would have felt the power pressing down on them, a suffocating reminder of his strength.

Yet despite all this, his face was remarkably ordinary, almost forgettable, like that of a common mortal walking in a crowd.

It was a face that could easily slip from mory, leaving no mark except for the chilling presence behind it.

He surveyed the courtyard with precise, calculating eyes, letting them linger on Tang Aining and Yun Wanqing first.

Every subtle movent, every stance they took, was analyzed in a fraction of a second.

Then, with asured authority, he spoke, his voice carrying across the courtyard like a blade cutting through the still evening air.

"I’ve co to free you, Heavenly Fate, Falling Snow," Daoist Limitless Sword declared. His tone was calm yet layered with undeniable pressure.

His battle intent was not hidden as it pulsed like a living thing, a storm of potential destruction that would have made any ordinary mortal collapse under fear.

Next, his gaze locked onto Lin Feng, piercing through the aura that surrounded him as though reading his very soul. Recognition flared instantly in his eyes.

"Spoiled brat of the ancient clan, I am taking my friends with . Release them at once, or face a grueso death!" His words dripped with lethal intent.

The killing intent that radiated from him could have suffocated anyone in the vicinity, yet Lin Feng stood there unmoved, as though the imnse spiritual pressure was nothing more than a soft breeze caressing his skin.

A faint smile tugged at Lin Feng’s lips. He tilted his head slightly, his voice calm and relaxed.

"Fine. You can take them," Lin Feng said, his tone serene but unmistakably firm. "But know this... when you leave, I expect the Nine Peaks Sword Sect to compensate for the ground you’ve broken. I rather liked that ground."

Without another word, he turned slowly, hands clasped behind his back, and walked into his courtyard, leaving a stillness behind him that seed almost tangible.

Daoist Limitless Sword’s eyes narrowed, a flash of disbelief passing through them.

"What?!" he muttered inwardly, the notion that Lin Feng could speak so casually in the face of his overwhelming power completely alien to him.

He had expected challenge, resistance, perhaps a fight to test his strength but not this casual dismissal, this unshakable composure that made him feel almost... unsettled.

He clenched his fists subtly, the tension in his arms tightening like coiled steel.

Daoist Limitless Sword’s mind raced at a speed that seed almost impossible, faster than any of his physical strikes could ever reach.

Every thought, every calculation, every possible scenario flashed before his eyes in an endless torrent.

He had waited for thousands of years for this very mont, a single, perfect opportunity to achieve a goal that had haunted him for more than a millennium.

It was not just ambition... it was an obsession, a purpose that had defined his life, shaped his training, and guided every decision he had ever made.

The thought that his mont of triumph might be denied him so quickly was intolerable.

He could feel a fire igniting within him, a fierce resolve that made his blood burn hotter, his aura flare brighter, and his Nascent Soul tremble with anticipation.

Every fiber of his being scread that he could not fail, that he could not allow destiny to slip from his grasp after so many long, torturous years of waiting.
