"Young love... so strong..." Ye Jian murmured softly as she watched Ning Xi chase after him.

A faraway look entered her eyes, mories from her own past stirring... days filled with longing, excitent, and foolish courage.

"How magnificent such an experience can be. I wish you good luck teacher Ning Xi."

Three breaths later, her figure vanished as well, silently trailing behind the two teachers, her presence hidden but her attention unwavering.

Ye Jian had co with a simple plan in mind... shadow Lin Feng discreetly, observe his actions, and avoid ddling in his daily affairs.

She intended to keep her distance, to remain nothing more than a silent observer.

After all, she had her own responsibilities, and Lin Feng’s business was not hers to interfere with aside from his continued safety of course.

Yet, much like Ning Xi, she was taken aback when Lin Feng, with his usual calm confidence, walked straight into one of the most expensive restaurants in the city.

The establishnt was anything but ordinary.

Its grand doors glead like polished bronze, frad by intricately carved pillars adorned with rare jade inlays.

Lanterns swayed gently overhead, casting soft, ethereal light across the cobblestone street.

Patrons dressed in the finest silks and robes moved with quiet dignity, and attendants bowed politely to anyone entering, their steps precise and asured.

What truly caught Ye Jian’s attention, however, was the thod of paynt.

Spirit stones... not gold coins.

Spirit stones were rare, precious, and far more valuable than the mortal currency that dominated Clear Moon City.

Clear Moon City, despite its size and reputation, was fundantally a mortal city.

Most of its citizens could only dream of such luxuries.

Only the wealthiest clans... the elite families who controlled resources, trade, and influence could afford to dine in establishnts like this.

Even for them, the prices were astronomical, often double or triple that of a standard eatery.

And yet Lin Feng walked in as if it were the most ordinary thing in the world.

His manner was calm, composed, and utterly unconcerned with the stares and whispers that followed him through the entrance.

"Even I have never stepped into this place in particular before," Ye Jian said softly, shaking her head in quiet disbelief as she took in the luxurious surroundings.

She had thoroughly investigated Li Tianhao, tracing every cri, every connection, every hidden hand behind his actions.

But Lin Feng?

She had dismissed him as nothing more than an academy instructor with an unusual talent for ridian sealing arts... perhaps clever, perhaps bold, but ultimately insignificant in the grand sche of things.

Now, it was painfully obvious how wrong she had been.

I misjudged him completely... again, Ye Jian thought, her eyes narrowing slightly in contemplation rather than suspicion. This man... he is anything but simple.

Her thoughts subtly shifted to Ning Xi, who seed to have her eyes fixed on Lin Feng.

"So this is why Teacher Ning Xi is openly and shalessly pursuing Teacher Lin Feng," Ye Jian mused inwardly, her lips curling into a faint, knowing smile.

It’s not just attraction. It’s instinct... the instinct to recognize soone extraordinary when you see one.

"Interesting," she whispered to herself, before quietly following the two teachers into the establishnt.

She stepped inside and approached Lin Feng and Ning Xi, who were in the middle of speaking with a lovely waitress.

Lin Feng noticed her presence imdiately, yet showed not the slightest hint of surprise, as if he had already expected her to appear.

"Oh? Another guest from the academy?" the waitress said with a bright, professional smile.

"Are the three of you together? Please follow . I have a private room that will suit your tastes perfectly."

With graceful steps and practiced ease, she led the group deeper into the restaurant.

She had clearly recognized Teacher Ye Jian and the others... their noble academic bearing alone made them stand out yet she remained composed and focused on her duties, treating them no differently from any other distinguished guests.

They were soon brought to an exotic chamber tucked away from the main hall.

The mont the door opened, a wave of warm, fragrant air washed over them.

Soft drapes cascaded from the walls like flowing silk, their colors rich and inviting.

Plush cushions were arranged carefully around a low table carved from polished jadewood.

Lanterns hung from the ceiling, casting a gentle, amber glow that bathed the entire room in intimate light.

Scented candles burned quietly in the corners, releasing a subtle aroma designed to soothe the mind, stir the senses, and quietly awaken desire.

Everything about the room spoke of indulgence, luxury, and sensuality.

A mortal stepping into such a place would have flushed instantly, their heartbeat quickening as their thoughts grew hazy and their emotions heightened.

Their desires would have been stirred without their consent, driven by both atmosphere and fragrance to an almost unbearable degree.

But for cultivators like Lin Feng and the won around him, the effect was negligible.

Their minds were clear. Their hearts were steady.

Their cultivation bases easily suppressed any external influence.

To them, the fragrance was nothing more than a pleasant scent in the air, and the sensual atmosphere little more than decorative elegance.

Once they were seated, Lin Feng didn’t hesitate in the slightest.

He calmly began ordering dish after dish, selecting only the most expensive items on the nu... delicacies prepared from rare spirit beasts, exotic herbs, and ingredients infused with spiritual energy.

His tone was casual, as though he were ordering ordinary street food rather than als that cost more spirit stones than most cultivators could afford in a year.

The waitress froze for a brief mont, eyes widening imperceptibly, before quickly regaining her professional composure.

She already knew of Lin Feng’s wealth, as it was widely circulated among the high-end food establishnts in the city.

Still, the sheer amount he ordered stunned her on the spot.

The price of those dishes wasn’t rely a thousand spirit stones... it easily totaled several thousand!

The waitress cast a quick, lingering glance at Lin Feng, her mind racing with a sudden, tantalizing thought.
