7 days have passed by since Quash has reincarnated into this world and 6 days since he had started training.
Training itself was going very smoothly. With his Aura Charged Condition at play, recovery has beco very fast. His stats were growing. His precision and control was increasing day by day.
Most explosive growth within the past few days was undoubtedly his Dexterity stat.
Quash pulled up his status window after he felt his movents beco more fluid, it generally indicated a breakthrough in stats. In other words, increase in stats.

Quash nodded in satisfaction. His Dexterity was finally starting to catch up. He could now run very fast. If he had to compare, he could content with Usain Bolt if he pushed himself to the limits and never missing any rhythm from the repulsion force.
Which Quash could proudly say he has mastered the basics. But since it was originally and aid Technique for the Tri-Sword Formation, it didn’t increase much since all he was doing was just run using its core principles.
But Quash didn’t think much about it, everything will slowly fall into places when the ti cos. Flew days ago, Quash felt that normal calisthenics wouldn’t cut after he got stronger.
So he thought of what he could do. But as he was thinking, a sudden scene of a talent show ca to mind.
He had seen in China’s Got Talent, a dude balance stuff that people thinks is impossible. Just by aligning the center of gravity, they could balance almost anything.
So Quash thought, if they could do it, why not him?
He just needed to balance his body. That will definitely increase his Dexterity stat since it is the Stats that is representing the motor control and speed section overall.
So Quash started balance training. Instead of doing push up normally, he is doing Handstand push ups. He wanted to start with single arm hand stand push up but decided to start slow and make his body adapt first.
He would do squats with a spoon full of water to balance. It helps him to get better control of his lower body.
He also does sit ups to get better core stability. Those were very helpful, this the increase in Strength and Endurance.
Vitality increased because of his Aura Charged state. Because his blood is always inside Aura, it’s slowly getting better. His bodies natural healing factor is also getting stronger.
With everything said and done, Quash still knew that just doing calisthenics won’t actually increase his body control. He needed to learn martial arts to fine tune his motor controls even more. Because that’s what martial arts does.
But he knew nothing other than Tri-Sword Formation. And he definitely doesn’t have any ti to learn sothing new because his schedule is already packed. So he decided that today, he will try to apply the principles of Tri-Sword Formation to hand to hand combat.
The precision of thurst.
The force optimisation of chop.
And deflection of pray.
Quash got up from the tree he usually sits under in that park. It had beco his spot. So students have started to notice him as well.
One was because he was the grandson of the Grundleas Protector, two was because of his noticeable growth in the oast few days. He grew fast enough for others to notice.
Which was his speed. He could now run faster, and with his increased Endurance, tun longer. Vitality and Aura Charged Condition helps him recover extrely fast.
But Quash didn’t care about them, nor did they cared about him. Despite his obvious growth, he was still below average among the students that cos to train in the park. The average stats in around the world is 45- 50 over all.
While Quash’s highest stat just crossed 30 mark. He still has a long way to go. But just because he was below average with the world’s standards doesn’t an he was below average here as well. Most of the students had talents like him. And they also had below average stats. So who did have average stats were considered geniuses of the city. Alan and Elina was on of them.
Their natural talent is like a never seen before phenonon. In the novel, both of them had near 100 stats in the ti of entrance exams. But despite that, they still couldn’t make to among Top 100 because they lack experience like the trained clan mbers.
This word has no place for glass canons basically. That’s why Quash was focusing on his overall control. Because of he could exert near 100% of his capability, he was ahead of many examinees already. Because most ca from normal backgrounds.
Quash continued his training while thinking of ways to use the principles of the Tri-Sword Formation.
He started with normal calisthenics before starting to do balance training. He still haven’t started usuing weights yet but he felt it was high ti he started because his stats has crossed a mile stone.
Every 10 stat is a small mile stone where the result jumps exponentially. Like the previous ten have banded together to support the new ones giving very decent boost in actual strength while the stat remains unchanged. But with each 10 increase, the stats also becos harder to raise.
That’s why Quash needed to use extra weights starting now. And it will also increase his other stats as well.
The more pressure his body is in, the faster it will grow. And he doesn’t even have to worry about healing because of his Aura Charged Condition, his recovery is naturally fast. A perfect loop of growth.
After Quash was done with out door training foe foe day, he returned ho and rested for a bit before standing in the center of the courtyard and visualised ways to implent the principles of Tri-Sword Formation.
