anwhile, Marquis Reynard’s shadow unit had arrived in Yumia Town, using a different thod of infiltration. Rather than coming in force— they ca as rchants.
Their leader? A gorgeous rabbitfolk woman, gracefully stepping down from her modest-looking rchant cart. The town guards stationed at the gate imdiately took notice.
One of them, the captain, stepped forward, eyeing her with curiosity.
"Hello, miss... umm... rabbit?"
The woman giggled, covering her lips with a delicate hand.
"Ara~" she purred, her voice dripping with honeyed charm.
"Just call Jessa."
The captain smirked.
"Oho~ Miss Jessa, is it?" His eyes subtly road over her curvy figure, taking in the soft sway of her hips.
"What are you selling in town today?"
Jessa tilted her head playfully, her long rabbit ears twitching as she tapped her chin.
"Oh~ nothing much. Just so perfus~" she said, her tone slow and teasing.
"My, my, what a gorgeous rabbitfolk..." one of the guards muttered under his breath.
Jessa smiled knowingly, sensing their lingering gazes. Her body language was carefully calculated—not too obvious, not too forced. Yet— her subtle movents, the way her curves naturally shifted when she spoke, made it clear she knew exactly what she was doing. And the guards? They were eating it up.
Then—she changed the topic.
"You know... I had an order from so man." She sighed dramatically, placing a finger on her soft lips.
"But I lost the details. The custor’s na slipped my mind... If only so of you could help ~"
The captain chuckled, stepping closer, his eyes gleaming with amusent.
"Oho~ Miss Jessa... well, maybe we can help you~" As he spoke, his hand slowly reached out, grazing her soft, plump ass. Jessa let him, her only reaction being a soft, teasing hum.
"Mmm~ naughty boy."
Then—she whispered softly,
"He was human. From what I heard... he made a Pinky Promise with so... girl?"
The guards froze for a second. Then—
"Ah! You an that crazy guy!?" one of them blurted out.
"That black-haired bastard?!"
Jessa’s eyes glead. Bingo. Her smile never wavered as she reached into her rchant pouch, pulling out a small glass bottle filled with a light pink liquid. She held it up delicately, letting the sunlight catch the shimring perfu inside.
"Yes... you see this perfu?" she purred, twirling the bottle between her fingers with a graceful flick.
The guards leaned in slightly, watching with interest.
"He ordered this from , saying it was a gift for his girl."
The captain let out a low whistle.
"Oh~ That’s a good one." One of the other guards slowly leaned in, inhaling her scent.
"Mmm... damn, Miss Jessa, you sll incredible."
Jessa, a master of seduction and an elite intelligence gatherer, simply let them do as they pleased. After all— information ca first.
"Ara~ such flattering words..." she murmured, her voice dripping with honeyed warmth.
Then, with a slow, deliberate movent, she lightly traced a finger along the captain’s chest.
"Maybe that was him..." she whispered.
"Could you be so kind as to tell his description?"
She tilted her head slightly, her eyes glistening with anticipation.
"Please~?"
Her tone was soft, seductive—yet carried an irresistible allure. The guards exchanged glances, grinning.
"Oh yeah, we know him."
The captain smirked, taking a slow breath before speaking.
"Human. Black hair. Fierce eyes."
Jessa’s ears twitched slightly.
"And?"
The captain chuckled.
"You won’t miss him. He’s the only damn human around here with black hair."
Jessa’s lips curled into a pleased smile. She leaned in closer, her soft breath brushing against the captain’s ear. Her voice dipped into a whisper, sultry and inviting.
"Now... where is he?"
Her delicate fingers traced lightly over the captain’s chest, her eyes locked onto him with a gaze that promised rewards beyond imagination.
"If you can help find him~" she purred, her lips almost touching his ear.
"Well... I’m sure I can reward you with sothing~"
The captain’s spine stiffened. His throat went dry. His face turned slightly red.
"H-He’s going to Lucia Town! If we’re not mistaken!" he blurted out.
Jessa’s lips curled into a victorious smile.
"Oh my~" She leaned forward, pressing a soft kiss against the captain’s cheek. The captain’s knees nearly buckled. The nearby guards exchanged glances, so of them groaning in jealousy.
"His na?" Jessa asked, still keeping her tone playful. The captain scratched his head, looking uncertain.
"Err... well..." He snapped his fingers. "That little girl that was with him kept calling him ’Uncle.’"
Jessa’s ears perked up slightly. Little girl? But she quickly masked her curiosity, maintaining her seductive act. The captain pointed toward two other guards, the ones who were always pestering Hazuki for free drinks.
"Those two probably know his real na. He treated them once at the tavern."
Jessa’s smile widened.
"My my~ Thank you, Captain." She curled both hands around the captain’s neck, her lips brushing against his ear as she whispered—
"Thank you, handso~"
The captain grinned like an idiot. Jessa then turned her attention to the two guards.
"Now, boys..." She walked toward them slowly, swaying her hips with perfect grace. The guards gulped, their faces turning red.
"Tell ... what’s his na?"
The two n looked at each other, then back at Jessa.
"Umm... if we’re not mistaken, his Adventurer Card showed... ’Hazuki.’"
Jessa blinked once. Then—her smile deepened.
"My~ what a rare na."
She finally had everything she needed. The target was now fully identified.
The captain stood dumbfounded, his face still flushed, watching as Jessa turned away with perfect grace. She moved away, hips swaying subtly, a perfect blend of elegance and allure as she walked back toward her cart.
The other guards were envious of their captain.
"Damn, Captain! You lucky bastard!"
"That rabbitfolk’s got you wrapped around her finger!"
"Maybe we should’ve helped more!"
The captain snapped out of his daze, rubbing the back of his head, but his grin never faded.
"Hahaha... Well, boys..." He turned to them, his chest puffed out slightly in pride.
"Looks like I got myself a new favorite rchant."
More laughter erupted among the guards, completely oblivious to the true ga being played.
anwhile—Jessa climbed back into her rchant cart, her elegant smile vanishing the instant her back was turned. Her eyes darkened, sharp and calculating. Her entire aura shifted; the playful seductress faded into the deadly shadow operative she truly was.
"Lucia Town, huh...?" she muttered under her breath, adjusting her gloves. Her fingers drumd against the side of the cart as she began running through possible routes, informants, and ways to cut off her target.
"Hazuki..."
She smirked, this ti cold and dangerous.
"You’re easier to find than you think."
The wheels of the cart creaked forward, moving toward the next destination—where the real hunt would begin.
