All three clan masters wore looks of confusion. Still, they read the papers with seriousness.
The more they read, the more shocked they beca. Mo Jian had made it easy for them.

After ten minutes, all the clan masters had finished reading the agreent, and they looked at Zhao Tian in disbelief.

"Did the Young Master really make this?" the Bai clan master asked, his voice trembling.
"Yes. Why? Is there sothing wrong with it?" Zhao Tian asked, his voice steady and calm.

The clan masters did not respond. They looked at each other, unsure of what to say.
According to the Licensing Agreent:
They would be required to pay 10,000 middle-grade spirit stones every month to the Thousand Wealth Chamber.
Secondly, their rune masters and formation experts who would produce the Spirit Link would have to sign a soul contract with the Thousand Wealth Chamber.
Thirdly, the Thousand Wealth Chamber had the power to control the price of the Spirit Link.
Fourth, the Thousand Wealth Chamber could terminate the contract at any ti if they were found breaching its terms.
There were more restrictions, but these were the most notable ones.
Thus, the shrewd clan masters remained silent. All their plans to manipulate the Thousand Wealth Chamber had been blocked, leaving them with no room to control the market.
"Can the Young Master reduce the monthly paynt? 10,000 middle-grade spirit stones is too much," the Fang clan master said with a slight frown.

They nodded, unsure why he brought it up.
"The arena belongs to our Young Master. But that’s not all. We’ve created a weapon that is the bane of vengeful spirits. Do you know what that ans?"
"Ordinary people no longer have to fear vengeful wisps. With these weapons, they can kill them as easily as if they were ordinary beasts."
"To get these powerful weapons, you only need to fight in the arena and participate in vengeful spirit hunts. Apart from the weapons, warriors can earn hundreds of thousands in the arena."

Seated on the main throne, the Sect Master sighed and shook his head.
’Why would that rascal give such a huge pie to outsiders?’
The supre elders were thinking the sa. With the Blood Fury Arena’s rising fa, it was only a matter of ti before the land surrounding it beca a gold mine.
"So, what do you decide? I have a lot of work to do," Zhao Tian said impatiently as he took out his Noble Grade Spirit Link.

Watching Zhao Tian’s casual behavior, the clan masters sighed in resignation.
What could they do?
Could they afford to miss such a golden opportunity?
"When will the Young Master start selling the weapons?" the Lei clan master asked.

"Of course. Why do you think you’re our partners?"
When they heard this, light smiles appeared on the clan masters’ faces.
"My Bai Clan accepts the contract," the Bai clan master declared confidently.
Quickly, the other clan masters followed suit, accepting the Licensing Agreent.
Seeing this, the Sect Master and the two supre elders could hardly believe their eyes.
These clan masters were proud and arrogant, never willing to submit to anyone—especially when it ca to money.
Yet, in less than an hour, they had been conquered.
With such a strict contract, they had expected them to reject it.
Yet, they agreed.
