Michael simply shook his head. He did not want to pursue this matter further. But of course, that officer had to serve so punishnt.
As he thought of that, he looked at the sergeant and said, "Just make sure that he is disciplined, to understand that despite being a police officer, that does not imply that he can just make false accusations on soone.
If he is under emotional distress, then he should vent it sowhere else, instead of on innocent civilians."
With his human insight skill at the expert level, he was able to deduce that the police was under emotional distress. Most of the things that he was doing was because of so kind of anger.
Michael was not sure what had caused him to be angry, but no matter the reason, it was not an excuse for him to vent his anger on soone else.
"Yes, yes, yes!" The sergeant quickly nodded as he felt relieved.
If Michael decided to pursue this matter, and it was taken to those above, then it would be problematic. If it was sothing that even his direct superior could not handle, one could already imagine what would happen to the two of them, who were directly responsible.
While he might not be the one who was directly involved, he was still indirectly involved. After all, the subordinate that had taken action was under him, under his direct command. And, they were on duty at the sa ti.
lvin got inside the car, and Michael waved at the sergeant, before he drove away, and the gazes of all the four officers.
In just a while, after the car disappeared, the sergeant finally ca back to his senses. He glared at the officer, who had nearly caused them a disaster, as he said, "You are suspended for one month. Reflect on what you have done, and when you co back from suspension, your punishnt will be awaiting for you."
This ti, the officer did not try to contradict anything. After all, he was completely at fault.
The accusations that he had made, none of the most viable. Michael had a driving license, though it was a special type of driving license.
As for his acquisition of so ’activities’ between Michael and lvin, that seed impossible, considering that lvin had just been saved from a kidnap.
So, he quickly nodded, before he departed. He understood that this ti, he had ssed up big. But still, he needed to vent. And who to vent his anger to? It was obviously the person who had caused him to act irrationally.
The sergeant looked at the other remaining two officers, before he called them over. Since this checkpoint was set up here temporarily, mainly to search for traces of lvin, there was no need for it to continue anymore.
After all, with lvin’s appearance, it was clear that the issue regarding her kidnapping had already found a lead. They would only need to ask lvin about who was behind the kidnapping, to find the clues that they needed to arrest the one responsible.

But just after he was done instructing the two officers, his phone suddenly began ringing. Looking at the caller, he realized that it was his direct superior.
He thought that she was calling to ask about this holder of the master class driving license. So, after taking a deep breath, he received the call
"What is going on there? I was just inford that you were causing trouble for the person who had just been kidnapped not long ago? Miss Walter has just been rescued, and you were actually making accusations on her?" The lady on the other side seed quite furious.
The sergeant could not help but tremble slightly. He could detect the anger in the voice of his superior.
With a trembling voice, he explained, "I’m sorry about that, madam. Actually, it was a misunderstanding by one of my subordinates. Due to the current appearance of miss Walter, he did not directly identify her.
That was the reason why things escalated, but they have already been resolved, and Miss lvin has already left."
There was a mont of silence on the other end, before the lady asked, "Then, what about the holder of the master-class driving license? Has he already left, or is there anything that he needs?"

The sergeant on the other hand let out a sigh of relief. At least, things had not escalated. Otherwise, there was a possibility that he might have lost his job at worst, or he might have ended up being demoted.
The position that he currently held was sothing that he had worked for, putting in a lot of effort. Being demoted was sothing that he did not want to happen.
As for the punishnt, despite his superior speaking in a harsh tone, he understood her quite well. As long as Michael did not pursue this matter, then there was no problem at all. At most, he might not receive his annual bonus.

On the other side, Michael did not know about what had happened after he had left. Instead, the car remained silent for quite a while, as neither of the two spoke.
Finally, as they were approaching the Walter family mansion, lvin could not hold back her curiosity anymore.
She asked, "If I may be presumptuous and ask, how did you train? Did you perhaps train ever since you started walking? After all, the variety of skills, and the extent of mastery in them, they definitely seem to exceed your age."
This was the exact reason why Michael thought that, it would be better for him to reveal few skills in the future. This ti, he had not revealed any skill, just the driver’s license.
In the end, lvin was already asking about sothing like this. And, it made sense. But still, there was an explanation that could be given, or he could decide not to give any, as he was not entitled to explain to anyone about his actions.

At Michael’s response, lvin did not doubt it. She thought, there was a great possibility that Michael was one of those extrely rare geniuses, those that seed to exceed the norms of the other ordinary geniuses.
She could not believe that she had a chance of eting such a person. Genius is like those, who made history, they were mostly protected by the governnt, or were in governnt institutions, studying or inventing sothing new.
Regardless, she thought, she would have to make sure that Alex deepened the bond with Michael. It was clear, not to ntion his family background, just his own personal future prospects were bound to be great.
If they could form a connection with such a person, it would be extrely beneficial for the growth of the Walter family.
Michael continued to drive after responding to lvin, and in a few minutes, they arrived at the location of the Walter family mansion.
The family mansion was located in the northwest of the city.
When they got close by, Michael stopped the car. He had no intention of interacting with so many people, as he believed that by now, there would be quite a number of people waiting for lvin’s return.
lvin could not help but raise her brows slightly when she realized that Michael had stopped. She looked at him with a questioning gaze.
"You go ahead. I will stop here. As for the issue regarding your kidnapping, you don’t need to worry about that, I will handle it.
As for the collaboration between Sky Technologies and your Walter family, you don’t need to worry about that either. I will have Adrian handle it." Michael said calmly.
Thinking about the fact that Michael was so low-key, lvin nodded. She thought, he did not like to be seen in the public, which was sothing that she had realized from the fact that Adrian was the one that represented Sky Technologies.
When it ca to facing the dia and so on, all of it was done by Adrian. As for Michael, not even once had anyone seen him on reports or news regarding Sky Technologies, despite him being the owner.
"Okay then, Mr. Santos. Thank you for your assistance this ti. If you need anything, as long as we can do it, the Walter family will definitely not hesitate." lvin swore, as she felt grateful for Michael’s assistance.
Michael nodded simply, before lvin stepped out of the car, and Michael drove away.
As for what would happen after lvin went back, that was for her to handle. Now, it was ti for him to think about how to deal with the dark society.
