Racing? For a mont, Michael was actually interested.

But in the next mont, he felt his interest waning.

With his current skills, he did not feel like there was any youngster that was capable of competing against him.

First of all, at the Advanced level of driving skills, it was as though he had been driving different vehicles for about 20 years.

With youngsters who were only in their teens, or maybe their early twenties, how could they possess such experience?

So, if he competed against them, he would only end up winning.

But then again, Michael realized that it was not going to be easy for him to be able to find soone that could compete against him.

While it was true that it was almost impossible to be able to find soone who was very proficient in driving all vehicles, soone proficient in driving a single type of vehicle was not impossible to find.

Even though the probability was quite low, there was still a possibility of finding soone who possessed skills of the sa level as him when it ca to driving a certain type of car.

At the mont, if there was sothing that would interest Michael, it was if there was soone who could challenge his skills.

That way, he would be able to tell just how powerful he had beco. Otherwise, if it was just soone that he could easily crush, was there even a need?

It was just that, if he really needed to find soone that was very skilled, then why not join in the fun ntioned by Alex?

This way, in case they had so links to so very experienced racer, who had participated in several races, maybe they could link them up?

"Okay. Let’s go." Michael agreed.

"That’s great. Let’s go. Though, I have to ask, are you good at racing?" Alex was thrilled that Michael had agreed. Though, he had a little concern.

"You don’t have to worry much about that. My skills, they are definitely not to be underestimated." Michael responded with a slight smile.

"Okay. How about this, let’s test our skills out. We will be heading towards the south, where Summit Motorsports Park is located.

There is a long route that is rarely used, spanning about 10 km, before we get to another road that has a higher traffic.

What do you think? Should we take the chance to race? I would like to test out your skills." Alex stated with an eager expression on his face.

He was pretty much curious about the skills that Michael possessed. After all, he believed, since Michael could purchase such a cool car, he definitely possessed so skills.

As for how good his skills were, that would still need to be tested out.

Michael thought about it, feeling that there was nothing much to worry about if they had to race. So, he agreed.

At the mont, they were in the northwestern side of the city, needing them to head south.

The distance to the Motorsports Park was quite big, requiring them to take quite a while to be able to get there.

Seeing that Michael had agreed, with excitent on his face, Alex rushed back to his McLaren P1.

On the other hand, Michael used the GPS function, to lock on to the position of the Summit Motorsports Park. He selected the longest route, as that was the route that they were going to use.

"Let’s go, we will stop where there is a red traffic light. After that, as soon as the light turns green, that will be the signal to start the race." Alex shouted from his car towards Michael, as he drove the McLaren and stopped next to Michael’s car.

Michael nodded in agreent. Then, the two of them began driving forward, with Alex taking the lead.

Then, as they approached the final traffic light on the route that they would be following, they stopped. Coincidentally, the junction that led to that route was currently having a red light.

The two vehicles, adjacent to each other, with both the drivers ready, all of them waited for the traffic light to go green.

Alex was tightly gripping the steering wheel of his car, with his blood pumped, ready to demonstrate his skills.

As for Michael, he was not the least bit nervous or anxious. He did not take Alex seriously, as with his skills, it was impossible for Alex to be able to beat him.

The confidence that he had, ca from the fact that he could feel the vehicle. It was as though he could do anything with it, which was an advantage brought about by the advanced level driving skills.

Vrroom! Vrroom!

As soon as the traffic lights turned green, the two cars suddenly accelerated, joining the road that did not have any cars at the mont.

The people that had been observing the cars from the side, amazed by how cool the cars were, were montary stunned.

None of them had expected that the two cars would suddenly begin racing, considering that when they arrived, they did not seem to be in a competition.

During the first 5 km, Michael allowed Alex to lead the way. After all, his car had an advantage, so, he did not want to put too much pressure on Alex.

At the sa ti, he was morizing the road displayed on the map. This way, he would be able to deal with any situation along the way.

And by the ti that they crossed the 5 km mark, Michael suddenly began accelerating.

All this while, he had only been maintaining a distance of slightly over 100 ters m between him and Alex. But now, as he began accelerating, the gap between them began closing down.

That was especially at the bends. While Alex would have to slow down at so bends, Michael would maintain his speed, if not accelerate.

Initially, Alex had been feeling quite smug, considering that he was leading the race for quite a while.

He was thinking, despite Michael having a better vehicle, it seed that he was nothing much when it ca to racing.

But suddenly, his eyes widened in disbelief, when he noticed through the rearview mirror, that the Koenigsegg behind him had begun closing in.

This made him feel quite so pressure, as he also began accelerating. He was trying to maintain the gap between them, if not expanded.

But unfortunately, the gap only continued reducing, no matter how slow. From the looks of it, if this went on, Michael would overtake him.

And when they reached the first bend, Alex was able to fluidly get past it. But of course, he had not continued accelerating.

But it was completely different for Michael. Even when he reached the bend, he did not stop accelerating, and was able to get past the corner easily.

This made Alex widen his eyes that they nearly popped out of their sockets. It was only at this point that he finally began understanding that all this while, Michael had been giving him an advantage.

But now, Michael was using not only his car that was better than his own, but even his skills that were above him. Now that he was going all out, Alex realized that he could not compare at all.

In just less than a minute, Michael had already overtaken him, and the gap between them was already more than 30 ters, and it was continuously increasing.

Despite his familiarity with this road, Alex found himself on the losing end. This made him wonder, was it possible that Michael had used this road many tis before?

After all, the way that he was maneuvering, it was as though he already knew the road like the back of his hand.

Despite knowing that he had already been defeated, Alex did not give up. He just kept on driving, but did not dare to do sothing that he was not sure.

In any case, this was just a casual competition between the two of them. If he ended up doing sothing impulsively, it might end up with him risking his life.

And that was exactly sothing that Alex was not willing to do. So, he just tried to make sure that the gap between the two of them would not widen too much.

Michael on the other hand did not increase the gap between them by a large margin. Instead, he maintained it at just about 200 ters.

In just a little while, the two of them finally entered the road that had higher traffic. This also marked the end of the race between the two of them.

At a red light, Alex stopped his car next to Michael’s. He looked at Michael with amazent and said, "I never expected that you have such incredible skills."

"Well, I already told you before." Michael simply shrugged as he responded.

Alex could only chuckle bitterly at Michael’s attitude. It seed, Michael did not think much about this victory.

The two of them then continued driving, heading towards the motorsports park.

The Summit Motorsports Park was located in the southern part of the city, on a raised plateau.

It was quite big, capable of hosting 40,000 spectators, and was usually used for so major racing events within the city.

As soon as the two of them arrived, Michael realized that there were quite a few youngsters that had already arrived before them.

"Yoh, Alex, you are late. Where did you go to? I almost thought that you had chickened out." Just as the two of them stopped the cars, soone suddenly shouted at Alex.
