Michael shook hands with Alex, before he opened the car’s door, and got out of the car.
"From the way that you are behaving, it seems that you are from quite an influential background?" Michael questioned.
Michael’s question rendered Alex speechless.
He had thought, by introducing himself as Alex Walter, Michael would imdiately know about his background.
Initially, when he saw that Michael did not react much to his introduction, he thought, maybe Michael’s background was more formidable, or he already knew him.
But now, it turned out that this guy did not even know him. Additionally, despite him ntioning his surna as Walter, it seed that Michael could not link him to the Walter family.
"Ahem!" Alex cleared his throat for a mont, before he said, "I am from the Walter family in this city. My family is quite popular, as we are dabbling in several industries.
In terms of net worth and influence, we can be considered to be among the top powers within the city, and are currently ranked second. We are just a level below the Morgan family."
Listening to his words, Michael suddenly understood sothing. It seed, he would have to do so research on the powers within this city.
Since he wanted to create a foundation here, he would need to at least know those that he would be dealing with.
It was inevitable that he would make enemies, as it was never easy to be able to dominate the business world.
So at least, he needed to basically understand whom he was going to deal with. He did not want an embarrassing situation like the one that he was facing at the mont.

If he claid that he was from a very small city within the eastern province, Drenn city, would Alex even believe him?
Additionally, if soone investigated, and ended up finding that he was previously just an ordinary person, would this not cause so problems for him?

And at the mont, the least that Michael wanted was to have soone causing unnecessary trouble for him.
"Oh, okay. Anyway, can you consider selling this car to ? Maybe, just from the way that you managed to convince Koenigsegg to produce another car for you, maybe you could convince them to produce another one?" Alex stated.
He could tell that it seed that Michael did not want to reveal about his background. Though, he had already began making his own guesses, just by judging from the car that Michael was driving.

While it might be true that he did not really communicate with Koenigsegg, did he not acquire the car through the system?

It was not that easy to be able to earn 22 SP, so, Michael felt that what he was saying was justified.
Alex ruffled his hair slightly, as he said, "I already anticipated sothing like this. But, can you please consider selling this car to ? I really want this car."
Alex was already at his wits end. He had already offered three tis the price, together with his McLaren P1, but it seed that Michael was not interested.
Additionally, considering that Michael was able to acquire this car, his background was not simple. For that reason, it was possible that he did not even care about the money that he was offering.
Michael began contemplating, before he suddenly thought of sothing.
"How about this, I will try to acquire another one. Though, it is going to take quite a while. In return, you will owe a favor." Michael stated.
Alex was slightly surprised when he heard those words. In actual sense, he had not anticipated that Michael would actually agree.
Even if he was not going to receive the car at the mont, there was not much of a problem. At least, as long as there was hope for him to be able to obtain the car, that was good enough.
As for him owing Michael a favor, he did not think much about it. After all, he did not think that there was anything big, that Michael would need him to take action.
Most probably, it would require so things to be done within this city, as from the looks of it, Michael was not from this city.
Otherwise, Alex believed that he would have already heard about Michael’s na. Since this was the first ti that he was hearing the na, he probably ca from another province, especially the central province.
Michael might be strong, but might not be able to conveniently do most of the things within this city. After all, his family influence might not have spread to the eastern province anyway.
"Okay then. As long as there is anything that you need, as long as I can do it, I will definitely not hesitate to do it." Alex responded with the bright smile on his face.
"Alright. I will inform you as soon as I get the other car." Michael nodded.
The two of them then went ahead and exchanged contact information, with Michael promising that he would contact Alex as soon as possible.
Of course, he had no any intention of giving the car away anyti soon. It would require so ti, maybe a month or two, before he claid that he had succeeded.
Otherwise, if Alex thought that it was easy for him to be able to obtain the car, would he not take the favor that he owed him seriously?
Michael was just about to get back into the car and head back to the apartnt when suddenly, Alex stopped him.
"Hey, what do you think about hanging out for a while? Currently, I am heading to et up with a group of friends. Maybe if you are interested, we could hang out together?" Alex inquired.
Michael stopped his actions, as he began thinking, what should he do?
At the mont, Adrian had already compiled the information required for him to be able to advance the cyber security skill to the expert level.
He was planning to go back and go through the information, and see if he could advance the skill to the expert level.
But now, he decided, why not go out with Alex and the others?
After all, he could just take a single day off, relax for a little bit. After all, ever since he got the system, he had not really gotten much of a chance to be able to relax.
Additionally, he might be able to get to know a few more people, and it was never bad to make a few more friends.
Maybe in the future, just like Alex, Michael might need them sowhere. After all, so things might not just be accomplished just because soone had money.
Even with the system, it was not as though Michael could do everything. After all, if it was sothing that required him to convince soone to do sothing, the system could not help with that.
"Okay. Where to?" Michael agreed.
A smile imdiately appeared on Alex’s face, as he said, "Today, there is going to be a small competition. There is going to be a race. Perhaps, are you interested in joining in on the fun?"
