If they made that trade, the advantage they had painstakingly built would vanish. Breaking through the blockade quickly would beco even more impossible.
"Squads One, Two, and Three, use your Hand Cannons to intercept the chanical Spiders! Squads Eight and Nine in the rear, release the Bee Bombs! Let’s show these foreigners they’re not the only ones with good toys," Song Yao hastily commanded.

No one had expected the battle to escalate to such an intense degree so quickly. But this was exactly what Lin Xinghai wanted.
