Yusuf Zuck had taken every precaution, but still couldn’t prevent it, because the male snow demon was too fast, too bizarre. Before he even realized what was happening, the snow demon had already burrowed into his body, causing him to instantly lose all sensation.
Everything happened too quickly, so quickly that he didn’t know what to do.
However, fortunately, although his body lost sensation, he could still think. He even saw Ayden Ac not only failing to rescue him but actually jumping backward, wrapping himself up like a rice dumpling.
Yusuf Zuck couldn’t help but laugh amidst tears, knowing that Ayden Ac probably couldn’t help him either. Protecting himself was the best way to deal with it.
Yusuf Zuck couldn’t move, his thoughts were still intact, but all Divine Skills seed unusable. He watched as the male snow demon penetrated deeper into his soul.
In the blink of an eye, it seed as if the demon transford into a massive black hole, standing around his soul, and inhaled sharply towards it!
Yusuf Zuck didn’t resist, nor could he. At that mont, he wasn’t afraid because... because he didn’t believe the Purple Blood Beads would let the snow demon devour them, so he even had a mindset of watching a good show.
As expected, he was right. When the male snow demon inhaled towards his soul, the Purple Blood Beads emitted a glow. In an instant, his soul was flickering with purple light, enveloping his physical body in a layer of brilliant purple and rotating purple air currents, reminiscent of a dragon’s roar.
"Ah~" A scream ca from deep within his soul, belonging to the male snow demon, followed by an energy mass being ejected from Yusuf Zuck’s body.
The Purple Blood Beads didn’t devour the male snow demon actively, rely ejecting him from Yusuf Zuck’s soul!
And just as the snow demon was expelled, Yusuf Zuck moved, as if he had been waiting for this mont. As the snow demon staggered in pain, he placed his palm on the demon’s head.
The punishnt fire roared to life with a whoosh, igniting the snow demon. The demon reacted violently to the fire, sizzling and screaming more painfully, begging for rcy.
"Bang~" The door was flung open, the woman rushed in. Seeing her man being burned by the punishnt fire, she shrieked, "No, no..." and leaped forward, not towards Yusuf Zuck, but her man. She opened her mouth wide, blowing a continuous stream of cold air, attempting to extinguish the punishnt fire.
"Don’t, my lady, flee..." the male snow demon, gritting his teeth, shook violently, seemingly about to explode, his body expanding!
"Stop, stop, I don’t intend to kill you guys, don’t kill !" Yusuf Zuck suddenly absorbed the punishnt fire back into his hand!
"Whew~" As the fire extinguished, the snow demon collapsed backward. The woman quickly caught him under her arm and retreated swiftly, pulling out a blue Cold Pearl, pushing it into his mouth!
The snow demon was severely injured, scorched by the punishnt fire, his vitality seed entirely burned out, soft and weak with no combat ability, almost on the verge of death.
The woman, trembling, looked at Yusuf Zuck, eyes filled with hate and confusion, because although Yusuf could have killed her husband, he retracted the punishnt fire at the crucial mont.
"Haven’t I said I don’t intend to kill you? You provoked , didn’t you?" At this point, Yusuf Zuck wasn’t afraid at all, even relaxed, picking up a cup and sipping wine, for he could see, the snow demons feared the punishnt fire intensely, they were utterly powerless against it!
"What do you want?" The woman gritted her teeth.
"Nothing much. I just found out you are snow demons. I didn’t intend to hunt you down. If you hadn’t provoked , I would have left by morning."
Confusion remained on the woman’s face, questioning, "You don’t want to consu us and rapidly increase your Cultivation Level?"
"No." Yusuf Zuck shook his head, "I really was just passing by, then my friend ntioned you guys were cursed beings, best left alone, so I intended to leave. Who’d have thought you’d co after us, by my old temper, you’d be dead now!"
"Then why didn’t you kill us?" The woman persisted.
"Aren’t you pregnant? Killing him ans your child wouldn’t have a father. Seeing how you risked your life for your man, I couldn’t bear it." Yusuf Zuck shook his head, grieved by the thought of killing a pregnant woman.
The woman’s face changed, the man was equally bewildered.
"Thank you for sparing us, young lord." The man ca around, cupping his hands in gratitude towards Yusuf Zuck, and the woman slightly bowed, tears in her eyes, "Thank you."
"Enough, there will be more demon hunters here, you better find a safe place. We’ll leave and won’t reveal your presence!" Yusuf Zuck shook his head, finished his drink, and stood. Ayden Ac was eagerly signaling him to leave, as this place was dangerous. Unlike Yusuf, Ayden couldn’t withstand the snow demon’s suction.
Seeing Yusuf truly planning to leave without further conflict, the snow demon couple was left in amazent, questioning if such a good person could exist in this world?
"Young lord, please wait." The woman suddenly called after Yusuf Zuck, and the man exchanged a glance with her.
Deliberating, the woman stated, "Young lord, your noble act shall not be forgotten by us. Within the rear snow mountain, a rare treasure is about to erge. We hope you’ll await its revelation before departing!"
"No need, you keep it. We’re leaving!" With that, Yusuf Zuck continued forward.
The snow demon couple was truly shocked. Despite ntioning a rare treasure, this man showed no greed, what kind of remarkable individual was he?
"May I ask your na, young lord?" The woman called out.
"Gabriel Freeman, Yusuf Zuck!" said Yusuf Zuck as he left the inn with Ayden Ac, and with a grand wave of his sleeves, disappeared into the sky!
"He really left!" The man exclaid in surprise.
The woman nodded, "Indeed, today, we realized this world truly holds such open-hearted individuals, a rarity among humanity itself!"
"Yusuf Zuck, Gabriel Freeman, I shall rember you!" The man nodded.
"Yes, we owe him a debt; we’ll repay when we can." The woman agreed.
"What do we do now?" The man asked.
"To the mountains, we’ll wait the eighteen days for the rare treasure. With it, we can roam freely in Patrick Ruiz’s territory, unafraid of punishnt fire."
"Exactly, we can explore this realm without fear of recognition, nor worry about the blazing sun or the Half-Step Creation masters!"
The couple exchanged a knowing look, abandoning their ho, venturing into the mountains once more by night!
