Aurora then expressed that if she were to diate, she could probably enable Reiger and Altoria to ring two more Pilgrimage Bells.
The port city of Norwich is the territory of Spurgen, the chief of the Earth Clan, a man who is profit-driven. He had so dealings with Aurora, and as long as Aurora intervened, he was pretty likely to turn a blind eye.
The Grand Dining Hall of Oxford is Woodworth’s, the chief of the Tusk Clan, dominion. Despite being temperantal and a staunch queen loyalist who would absolutely not let Reiger and Altoria ring the Pilgrimage Bell, Woodworth harbored so unclear sentints towards Aurora. Aurora could use this to lure him away, allowing Reiger and Altoria unimpeded access to the bell tower in Oxford.
As for the fashion capital, Gloucester, there was a bit of a problem, Mourine continuously guarded it, unwilling to step out of the city and harboring slight suspicion towards the queen’s supporters, making it not easy to compromise with her.
The northern Orkney had beco a no-man’s land, and even the Wind Clan was not clear about the current situation there. If Reiger and Altoria wanted to ring the Pilgrimage Bell located there, they would likely have to venture there themselves.
As for the last Pilgrimage Bell, it had disappeared years ago along with the Mirror Clan and was currently in an unknown state.

Altoria unexpectedly did not express any opinion, while Aurora paused briefly, then readily spoke.

Reiger walked here, holding onto Altoria.
