If [Chantless Cursed Technique] was a gift this transmigrator had bestowed on the Jujutsu World, one that could raise an ordinary Jujutsu Sorcerer's level by an entire grade in one leap, then [Cursed Technique Reversal] and [Reverse Cursed Technique] were the paths to becoming a true top-tier powerhouse, revealed to the public for all to see. They showed everyone, at a glance, what the road to godhood in the Jujutsu World looked like, shattering the seemingly insurmountable barrier monopolized by the great academic clans and sorcerer families.

The students were stunned.

No, stunned wasn't even enough. They were flat-out dumbstruck.

Wait.

Was he really teaching all of this to the public?

No one present knew what [Cursed Technique Reversal] actually was, so naturally they had no idea what it could do or how powerful it might be.

But [Reverse Cursed Technique] was different.

Quite a few students had at least heard of this legendary Cursed Energy technique.

And the nobler the bloodline, the more prominent the background, the more incomparable their awe and yearning for [Reverse Cursed Technique] beca.

Because it was, without question, the supre Cursed Energy technique in the entire history of the Jujutsu World.

Why were there far fewer sorcerers in this world than Cursed Spirits?

Put aside Innate Techniques. Put aside the difficulty of training. Focus on just one thing.

The battle damage ratio.

If a Cursed Spirit suffered a serious injury, it could recover in minutes by absorbing the negative emotions nearby and return to peak condition.

But if a sorcerer suffered a serious injury, then sorry, that was probably the rest of their life in bed. Even sending them to the ICU for ergency treatnt would be useless, because injuries caused by Cursed Energy could not be healed by modern dicine. Doctors could only stand there helplessly, watching the sorcerer weaken day by day until they finally died and their soul left this world.

The reason was simple.

Even if humans could use Cursed Techniques, they were still, in the end, beings made of positive energy. Birth, aging, illness, and death were unshakable laws of the world. Only Cursed Spirits, made of negative energy, could keep writhing on indefinitely.

Legend told of a shrine maiden in ancient Tango Province who once received rmaid flesh from a fisherman.

The villagers said that whoever ate it would gain eternal life.

The shrine maiden believed them, cooked it, and ate it.

At first, her beauty never faded and no illness could touch her. She thought she had obtained an immortal art.

But as the decades passed, her children grew old and died, and all her neighbors perished. She alone remained, her body undying and forever youthful, forced to endure the agony of immortality.

Though her flesh did not rot, her soul grew emptier by the day. She spent every day in the shrine like a walking corpse, like a lifeless doll.

Over ti, news of that miracle of immortality spread, drawing countless people to kneel and worship.

But a group of bandits secretly gave rise to wicked thoughts. Seeing how beautiful the shrine maiden was, they rushed into the shrine under cover of night and violated the sacred maiden.

Whether it was because the shrine maiden no longer wished to live, or because the bandits were too brutal, by the ti they were done, she had already stopped breathing, collapsed on the ground, completely dead.

The bandits were horrified. They fled on the spot, not even bothering to gather their clothes.

But the next day, when those guilt-ridden bandits returned to the scene of the cri, they discovered that the shrine maiden, who should have been dead, had co back to life. She was still sweeping the shrine like a puppet on strings, her eyes empty and hollow, as though the violation of the previous night had never happened.

That eerie sight scared the bandits so badly they cried and scread, calling the shrine maiden a monster, an evil thing. Soon enough, the villagers heard about it too.

A few of the villagers were bold enough that, faced with the resurrected shrine maiden, they imdiately grabbed axes and hacked her to death from behind.

But who could have imagined it? The shrine maiden, who should have been reduced to a dismbered wreck, regrew her severed limbs right before their eyes. The new flesh was as soft and tender as a newborn baby's.

At the ti, famine was raging, and soone boldly suggested that they keep the shrine maiden penned up inside the shrine and cut off her limbs every day to cook and eat them.

As the saying went, harsh lands bred vicious people. The villagers, who had few prospects to begin with, agreed at once. First, they cut off the bandits' heads to atone to heaven and beg for shrine maiden-sama's forgiveness. Then they shackled the shrine maiden inside the shrine. By day, they displayed her as a god for outsiders to worship. By night, they served her up as food so the villagers could survive the famine.

And just like that, in little more than ten years, the villagers prospered, and word of the shrine maiden's miracle of immortality gradually spread all the way to Kyoto.

The Onmyōji concluded that what the shrine maiden had swallowed was a Special Grade Cursed Object, and that the villagers who had eaten her flesh and blood would inevitably beco monsters.

These were no longer ordinary villagers. Heavy asures were necessary.

So Kyoto dispatched its Onmyōji in full force. In the end, they wiped out every last one of the evil villagers and successfully rescued the terribly abused shrine maiden.

The Emperor imdiately gave the order. They had to uncover the secret of immortality and grant shrine maiden-sama a peaceful release.

And so the Onmyōji studied her again and again, trying to understand why she could defy the laws of heaven and earth and possess such an undying, indestructible body.

But even until the Emperor's death, the secret of immortality was never found.

Instead, the Jujutsu World quietly gained a new legend, one known as [Reverse Cursed Technique]...

And yet Naoya Zenin had just shared a secret so earth-shattering?

The essence of [Reverse Cursed Technique], its operating principles and underlying logic, this teacher had explained all of it just like that?

Wait, was this really sothing they could listen to without paying a cent???

"From here on, I want all of you to close your eyes, focus on the flow of your own Cursed Energy, clear away every stray thought, and start visualizing your own [Innate Technique]!"

Naoya Zenin began walking through the classroom.

"What you need to do now is concretely visualize your own [Innate Technique] in your mind. It has nothing whatsoever to do with any of your technique attributes, and it doesn't need anyone else's definition either. You have to fully imrse yourselves in your own inner world and feel the [Innate Technique] engraved onto your soul and carved into your body. The [Innate Technique] that takes shape first, according to your truest thoughts, is the one you must grasp!"

This transmigrator intended to use his students to help himself comprehend [Cursed Technique Reversal] and [Reverse Cursed Technique].

These students were in adolescence, the very best stage for brain developnt. Whether it was a flash of inspiration or the sensitivity to resonate with extre emotions, they far surpassed him.

Youth. That was their greatest trump card.

How many people, after growing up and stepping into society, gradually beco numb? Whether it is the dexterity of their hands and feet or the speed at which they learn new things, they are no longer like the person they were in their student days. It is as if they have beco a complete stranger they do not even recognize.

The works they once loved with all their heart, the mories that once made them furious or heartbroken, the stories they once wrote late into the night with desperate intensity, only to be forced to stop because of schoolwork, leaving behind nothing but scraps and traces...

Their past self, separated by ti, carefully entrusted all of that to their future self, hoping that the version of them who finally gained freedom after growing up would fulfill those wishes. To let their loneliness and pride ring out across the sky. To make everyone who had ever looked down on them see their dreams grow and bloom.

And yet, the sad part was this.

More often than not, once they grew up, they no longer recognized that forr self at all.

It was not because they lacked freedom, nor because they could not rember the past, nor because they had forgotten the anger and loneliness they once carried.

It was simply because they had already made peace with it.

The anger that once made them grit their teeth, the sorrow that once hurt so badly they could barely breathe, to the person they had beco today, it all seed childish.

A lot of people never beco the person they once dread of being. Instead, they beco the sa kind of adult who once laughed at that dream.

That was also why Naoya Zenin chose to enter Jujutsu High.

Only by spending ti with the young could he bring his state of mind back to what it had been when he was young.

And the future of jujutsu rested on these students.

Let take a good look.

That was what Naoya Zenin was thinking.

Which one of you, exactly, will be able to take up Satoru Gojo's banner and beco the next powerhouse to make a na for themselves across the Jujutsu World?
