For three consecutive days, Konoha remained in a state of reconstruction.
Normal comrce gradually resud.
The Ninja Academy reopened.
The police force resud patrols.
The village's shinobi were divided into small teams and assigned to rebuilding work.
The damage this ti was nowhere near as catastrophic as the night of the Nine-Tails' attack.
But many areas still needed repair.
Hashirama Senju's abilities were truly invaluable.
"Brother… is this where Mom and Dad are buried?"
Naruto asked softly, his face filled with sadness.
Uzumaki Shuji had brought him to pay respects to their parents: Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki.
"Yes."
Uzumaki Shuji gently patted Naruto's head.
"But don't be sad. It won't be long before I bring them back."
Naruto's eyes widened.
"Really?"
He had never imagined that the dead could be revived.
"Really."
Uzumaki Shuji nodded.
Once Edo Tensei was released and he obtained the Rinnegan, all that remained was solving the side effects of the Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique.
As long as he could do that, resurrection would not be difficult.
The Rule Breaker had already proven unable to remove Uzumaki Shuji's cooldown, but that did not matter.
There were other thods.
"Three million five hundred thousand points…"
Looking at his system balance, Uzumaki Shuji felt his confidence swell.
His attributes had also risen slightly.
"Exchange for Seraph's Embrace."
Without hesitation, he upgraded the Goddess Tear to its highest form, spending one million points.
Seraph's Embrace
15,000 Mana 100 SpiritAwe: Grants bonus Spirit equal to 3% of total mana from equipntMana Shield: Creates a shield that absorbs damage equal to 25% of current mana for one second
Uzumaki Shuji opened his status panel.

"Over forty-three thousand mana."
Uzumaki Shuji smiled.
"The Sealing Scroll really was worth stealing."
By his estimate, if a Rasengan cost roughly four hundred mana, he could cast more than a hundred of them.
"Most of my strength still cos from equipnt."
"But once my body matures, the raw stats will beco absurd."
"At this rate, by age ten, my physical abilities alone might provide tens of thousands of mana."
He glanced at the remaining points.
"Two million five hundred thousand."
"That number feels ugly."
"Let's buy sothing else."
"Exchange for Invisible Air."
Forty thousand points were deducted.
Invisible Air (Rank C Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm)
Covers a weapon in compressed wind, rendering it invisibleThe compressed wind can also be released as a ranged attack
"Another fifteen hundred mana and a few extra stats. Not bad."
Uzumaki Shuji was satisfied.
Invisible Air was excellent for ambushes.
While it could only conceal one Chain of Heaven at a ti, it would beco even more useful once he mastered swordsmanship.
The mana cost was also low.
"Now that I'm King, it's ti to reform the system."
He could not dramatically increase his personal strength in the short term.
But as ruler of a nation, he could transform the world around him.
And every year, his subjects would generate more points for him.
If they were his people, then he would treat them properly.
The day his Gate of Babylon was filled entirely with system-grade treasures, he would truly beco the Hero King Gilgash.
Soon afterward, Uzumaki Shuji convened the first council eting of the Empire of Uruk.
The attendees included clan heads and newly appointed team captains.
There were fewer than seventy participants, but every one of them was now a key figure in the empire.
Uzumaki Shuji sat at the head of the chamber and spoke calmly.
"First: recall all shinobi currently outside the country."
"Those unwilling to return will be considered deserters after three months."
"Second: all jutsu below B-rank will be taught at the Academy."
"The curriculum will now include tree climbing, water walking, and C-rank techniques as standard subjects."
"Third: all techniques below A-rank, including the secret arts recorded in the Sealing Scroll, will be open to every shinobi."
"A-rank and above techniques will require contribution points."
"The sa applies to clan secret techniques."
"The contribution system will be finalized within one month."
"Fourth: grow food."
"Every piece of usable land around the village is to be cultivated."
Silence filled the room.
Hashirama had also slipped into the eting.
No one bothered stopping him.
After being forbidden from attacking anyone and assigned to endless construction work, he had beco little more than a living mascot.
Since Edo Tensei required neither food nor rest, Uzumaki Shuji saw no reason to waste such a perfect laborer.
Hashirama had stayed because he wanted to see what this child would make of the world.
He wanted to know whether he had truly been wrong.
The silence in the chamber was sharply divided.
The ordinary shinobi were thrilled.
The ability to freely learn B-rank and lower techniques was beyond anything they had imagined.
In the past, they had risked their lives to earn such opportunities.
The clan leaders, however, looked grim.
Their secret techniques were the foundation of their power.
And copies of those techniques were preserved in the Sealing Scroll.
Now those sa techniques would be opened to everyone.
To them, this was nothing less than digging up the roots of their families.
