Chapter 1732: Do you know a dick also represents a man’s emotions?

Man’s dick… it was a fascinating creature!

There were three stages of universal truth hidden within a man’s dick.

Yup. Universal Truth!

The first stage… if it was long and hard, it meant the man was interested. Physically stimulated. Morning wood. Blood pumping harder than usual. Or, of course… he was thinking about doing something naughty.

The second stage… if it was short and soft, it meant the man couldn’t care less about whatever tempting curves were on the other side. It could also mean stress, exhaustion from exercise, or even the temperature messing with him.

That was the Universal Truth most of the world believed in.

But…

There was another one.

The Third Stage!

A rather plicated truth that almost nobody was willing to acknowledge.

Because during this stage… the dick might not even be there anymore.

Yup, you heard that right.

The Third Stage was what happened when fear reached its absolute peak.

When you realised you had pletely fucked up your life. When your blood felt frozen solid, your heart threatened to stop, and the entire world seemed ready to collapse around you.

At that exact moment, the dick shrank so much that a man could only stare downward and wonder…

“Where the hell did my dick go?!”

That was the Third Stage… where it returned to its childhood days~

Of course, this stage was an extremely rare occurrence. Not everybody had experienced it, nor had many even witnessed it, because anyone unfortunate enough to reach this level was usually too busy shitting themselves in absolute terror.

And right now…

Our MC had successfully reached the Third Stage!

No!

The pinnacle of the Third Stage!!

A height he had never achieved before in his entire life.

Even back when he was having some-some with Raven and Thalia, and he had accidentally seen by… Emberlyn, their mother… his little brother had merely powered down into Stage Two.

That was all.

But here…

At this very moment…

His dick had probably retreated so far into his body that even his jewels had disappeared alongside it, as though they were terrified beyond reason and desperately trying to hide from whatever nightmare stood before them.

Cold sweat instantly exploded across his body. Beads of perspiration rolled down his forehead, soaked his back, and dampened his clothes within seconds as his trembling eyes slowly met the stunned gaze of his friend.

Why was Jonathan…

Aether’s friend…

So shocked?

Well… of course he would be.

From Jonathan’s perspective, his best friend’s hands were firmly resting on his wife’s hips, gripping her shorts while the two stood dangerously close together. Close enough that any sane person would arrive at only one conclusion.

They were about to fuck!

Young Aether’s entire body jerked in panic when he noticed Jonathan’s blank stare fixed directly on his hands. His heartbeat skipped several beats as he immediately let go without the slightest hesitation.

“I-I-It’s… it’s not what it looks like! Listen to me first!”

Unfortunately…

The very instant he released his grip, her shorts slipped all the way down.

And…

Her red lace panties were suddenly on full display for everyone to see.

“…”

“…”

“…”

An oppressive silence swallowed the room.

It somehow became even worse.

Young Aether felt another wave of cold sweat burst from every pore as his coat slowly became drenched. His lips twitched helplessly, his face turned deathly pale, and his soul practically left his body.

As for his dick…

Well…

It wasn’t even there anymore.

Even though none of this was his fault… one way or another… the world would still find a way to blame the man!

And being handsome didn’t give anyone a freaking free pass!!

“A-Aether…” Jonathan’s voice turned cold and emotionless, sending another chill down Young Aether’s spine. His heart sank even further. Just as he parted his lips, desperately trying to explain the situation…

“Oopsie~”

Sasha spoke in an amused tone before casually pulling her shorts back up and fastening the button. As though nothing had happened, she walked over to her husband, wrapped her arms around him, and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips.

“Darling~ You’re home earlier than I expected.”

Jonathan remained silent.

His eyes stayed fixed on Young Aether, whose body gradually crumbled beneath that unwavering stare. Although he hadn’t actually done anything wrong… guilt still gnawed at him for some reason.

It was irrational, yet he couldn’t stop feeling like the worst person alive.

Without even glancing at Sasha, Jonathan replied through gritted teeth,

“I was worried my friend would be alone… but I didn’t expect you to be keeping him pany.”

Sasha let out a soft giggle before nodding innocently.

“Oh, I only came to change my clothes. But when I arrived, he was lying on the floor pletely motionless. He wouldn’t wake up no matter how much I teased him, so I got worried and carried him onto the bed.

Since you said you didn’t want everyone seeing your friend, I thought I’d wait until you came home so you could decide what to do.

But then he suddenly woke up, panicked, started screaming, and flailed around like he was possessed. I tried to hold him down to calm him, but he grabbed my shorts and accidentally pulled them while trying to throw me away.

You know… like that SmackDown move you mentioned before.

Thank goodness you came back when you did. Otherwise, who knows what kind of misunderstanding this would’ve turned into? Sigh… who would’ve thought my shorts would e undone and make everything so awkward? Ahaha…”

As she finished, she secretly threw Young Aether a sly little wink.

She had fabricated that entire story…

In mere seconds.

Without a single flaw.

Even Young Aether stared at her with a mixture of admiration and… absolute terror!

Honestly…

She had just lied straight to her husband’s face.

And as Jonathan’s friend, Aether couldn’t bring himself to expose her.

So, in the end, there was only one thing he could say.

“I… I don’t know what came over me… I… I’m sorry, Jonathan.”

Hearing both his wife’s explanation and the sincere apology in Aether’s voice, Jonathan’s expression gradually softened. The tension left his shoulders as he took a slow, calming breath before stepping forward until he stood directly in front of Young Aether.

Young Aether forced an awkward smile, though it looked more painful than reassuring.

“Why did you lose consciousness?”

“I… I honestly have no idea…”

“Hmm…”

Jonathan frowned thoughtfully, crossing his arms.

“Maybe… because you’re an Otherworlder and don’t have the ability to survive here…”

His sentence suddenly stopped.

His eyes widened.

A crucial detail finally resurfaced in his mind.

Something so important that he couldn’t believe he had pletely overlooked it until now.

“Wait…”

He looked Young Aether up and down with a stunned expression.

“How are you still alive without an AIL?”

His eyes instinctively searched Aether’s body.

There was no sign of the golden crystal.

Not anywhere.

Young Aether looked genuinely puzzled as he tilted his head.

“AIL? What’s that?”

Jonathan blinked before answering.

“It’s a device that protects your body from the conflict between both energies. According to every report we’ve received, Otherworlders can’t survive in an atmosphere where both energies naturally coexist.”

Young Aether simply shrugged.

“I honestly don’t know anything about that. I’m from… the Void Empire. Both energies naturally exist there.”

Jonathan slowly nodded several times, the confusion fading from his face.

“That actually explains a lot.”

He folded his arms before asking again.

“Then what caused you to lose consciousness?”

Young Aether could only spread his hands helplessly.

“I wish I knew.”

Jonathan remained silent for a few seconds, carefully thinking through every possibility before letting out a quiet hum.

“Perhaps your body simply reacted to the sudden transition. A different world, unfamiliar surroundings, different energy flow… it wouldn’t be surprising if your system temporarily shut itself down while adjusting.”

His serious expression gradually softened into a warm smile.

“Regardless, you’re awake now, and that’s all that matters.”

He stepped forward and gave Young Aether a firm pat on the shoulder before pulling him into a brief embrace.

Young Aether returned the hug without hesitation, yet a strange heaviness still lingered inside his chest. He knew he had done nothing wrong, but the earlier misunderstanding continued to weigh on his mind.

As they separated, his eyes unintentionally drifted toward Sasha.

She quietly twirled a strand of her hair between her fingers while wearing an innocent smile that pletely contradicted the playful glimmer dancing inside her eyes. Before anyone else could notice, she gave him the faintest wink, her expression carrying the unmistakable confidence of someone who knew exactly how much trouble she had just rescued him from.

Young Aether immediately looked away.

“…”

“Anyway,” Jonathan said cheerfully, pletely unaware of the silent exchange, “you haven’t eaten yet, have you? e on. Dinner’s ready.”

He gestured toward the dining room with an inviting smile.

*****

Everyone soon gathered around the large circular marble dining table as one steaming dish after another was carefully arranged across its polished surface. Fresh steam curled gently into the air, carrying rich aromas of roasted meat, simmered broth, fragrant spices, and freshly prepared rice throughout the room.

The scent alone made Young Aether stop in his tracks.

For a brief moment, he simply stood there.

The warmth rising from the dishes, the familiar seasonings filling the air, and the forting atmosphere surrounding the table stirred memories he hadn’t realised he had missed so deeply.

It felt like finding a forgotten piece of home after wandering for far too long.

A smile slowly spread across his face.

“Damn…” he whispered with genuine excitement. “These are exactly the kinds of dishes I used to love.”

When he looked up, Jonathan was already seated across from him, while Sasha Vale and Maiuri Vale occupied the seats on either side. The four of them, gathered beneath the warm dining lights, created a surprisingly peaceful scene.

Jonathan chuckled.

“It’s been far too long since we’ve shared a proper meal together. Of course I was going to prepare something special for my friend.”

Young Aether laughed.

“Then I’m not holding back.”

The moment he picked up the first piece of pork and took a bite, the rich juices burst across his tongue. The meat was tender, perfectly seasoned, and carried just enough smokiness to awaken memories he hadn’t thought about in years.

His eyes widened.

“Hmm… damn…”

He quickly reached for another bite.

“I seriously missed this.”

He pointed toward the pork while still chewing.

“Only this world knows how to make pork taste like this.”

Without waiting, he lifted the bowl of soup and took a careful sip.

The rich broth spread forting warmth through his entire body, easing away exhaustion that had quietly accumulated since arriving in this un/familiar place.

“And this soup…” he breathed with a satisfied smile. “This is exactly what I needed.”

His forks immediately found the sushi next.

The delicate balance of fresh ingredients, soft rice, and subtle seasoning made him close his eyes for a brief second, savouring every bite.

Jonathan watched the entire display with an amused grin, while Sasha and Maiuri exchanged quiet smiles of their own.

Seeing someone enjoy a meal with such genuine appreciation somehow made the dinner feel even warmer.

For several peaceful minutes, only the soft sounds of spoons, quiet conversation, and satisfied smiles filled the room.

Then…

Clang!

The marble table gave a noticeable jolt.

Everyone immediately turned toward Young Aether.

Young Aether awkwardly scratched the back of his head before giving an embarrassed laugh.

“S-Sorry… I got a little carried away.”

He quietly lowered his knee beneath the table after realising he had accidentally bumped the marble.

Jonathan burst into laughter.

“You’re exactly the same as I remember. You still get ridiculously excited over the smallest things.”

He smiled warmly before gesturing toward the table overflowing with food.

“Go on. Eat as much as you want. Tonight, nobody’s counting.”

Young Aether smiled with genuine gratitude before happily reaching for another serving.

Looking at the four of them from a distance, anyone passing by would probably assume the mature man and the Mature woman were husband and wife, while the young man and young woman were their children, happily sharing a peaceful dinner together.

A picture-perfect family…

Except…

Young Aether quietly shot Sasha a glare beneath the table, his thighs instinctively tensing when he felt something brush against the inside of his leg. Her bare toes slowly traced lazy circles between his legs!

Meanwhile, Sasha carried on as though nothing unusual was happening. She calmly continued eating her meal with perfect posure, occasionally lifting her eyes toward Young Aether before casually licking the spoon clean in an almost absent-minded, yet undeniably provocative, manner.

‘This fucking… b… fuck!’

Young Aether gritted his teeth inwardly, forcing every muscle in his face to remain relaxed. If she weren’t his best friend’s wife, he would have already bent her over this very table and ripped her pussy apart without a second thought.

At first, he had thought she was simply playing around.

Now…

It wasn’t funny anymore.

Even if a part of him found her attractive, that feeling was rapidly being drowned out by irritation.

She wasn’t teasing him anymore.

She was practically sexually harassing him at this point.

‘Maybe she’s just immature… maybe this is simply how she jokes around…’

He desperately searched for any explanation that would stop himself from believing his friend’s wife was simply a plete bitch.

Keeping his expression as natural as possible, Young Aether subtly shifted his leg beneath the table, trying to push her wandering toes away from his crotch without attracting anyone’s attention.

Just as he was struggling to free himself…

“Aether.”

“Y-Yes?”

Young Aether flinched and immediately looked toward Jonathan.

Unlike the warm smile from earlier, Jonathan’s expression had bee noticeably more serious. Even while eating with slow, posed movements, his sharp eyes never left Young Aether’s face.

“You said your name in your world is… Lackey, right?”

“Yes.”

Jonathan quietly hummed to himself, his fingers lightly tapping against the table as though organising his thoughts.

“What?” Young Aether asked, sensing the sudden change in atmosphere. “Is something wrong?”

“No… it’s just…”

Jonathan slowly raised his eyes and looked directly into Young Aether’s.

“We recently received reports about a monster slave running loose in Beta Division.”

Young Aether remained silent.

“It slaughtered thousands of innocent people.”

“…”

Jonathan’s gaze sharpened.

“And its name…”

He paused just long enough for the silence to grow heavy.

“…was also Lackey.”
