Gradually, the moon was completely covered by a shadow, leaving no trace of light.

There was a long silence from Nathan Foster on the other end before he finally said, "Nothing."
South Grant sensed Nathan Foster wasn’t in a good mood and thought to herself she’d just managed to smooth out his fur over the past few days, best not to provoke him into bristling again.
Then South Grant started speaking to amuse him, "Do you know what people call a lunar eclipse?"
"Celestial Dog Devours Moon." Nathan Foster replied in a tone suggesting the question was silly, as it was basic common knowledge he certainly knew.
"When it gets to August 15th, I’ll give you a mooncake to eat, and take a photo to save it. That way there’ll be a Celestial Dog Devouring the Moon in the sky, and a Foster Devouring the Moon on earth, quite the spectacle."
After saying that, South Grant burst into laughter, finding her biggest joy of the day in teasing Nathan Foster a couple of tis daily.
But Nathan Foster didn’t imdiately retort after hearing South Grant’s words.
South Grant was curious and wanted to hear what Foster would co back with, but he didn’t say a word.
"What’s wrong, are you mad?" South Grant tested Nathan Foster.
"No." Nathan Foster paused, then continued, "I’m just thinking about how to eat it."
South Grant was stunned, she called him a dog, and he was seriously considering how to eat?
There was sothing off about this vibe, wasn’t there?
As if knowing what South Grant was thinking right then, Nathan Foster said:
"Didn’t you say Celestial Dog Devours Moon, earthly Foster devours Grant? I’m thinking about how to eat it. You set the date for August 15 and plan to take a picture, naturally, I want to choose a pose that satisfies you to eat it."
South Grant: "..."

He truly could drive a car anyti, anywhere, making it roar with energy.
While South Grant was speechless, the moon in the sky at this mont slowly erged from behind the shadowing cloud.
